Just fantastic operation all around. Brought in my busted Ping 4-crossover iron. "ya leave it with us, and we'll let you know when it's ready, it'll be at about 2.5 weeks" No charge!! 2.5 weeks later I got a call from Steven to let me know it's in which was awesome. Picked it up and was good as new. 2 years ago Trung also helped me out the purchase of the Ping G series Driver and his advice and knowledge was appreciated. Still have it and still love it. Keep up the great work guys.

Ordered and picked up a custom ordered Titleist 917 D2 Driver. Expected a little more service than I was offered which was "nil" until I asked if Virtual Golf apparatus could be turned on so I could "check out" the Driver. Same was activated and "salesperson left. I hit several shots but was only able to view the information on the screen as it only remained on the screen for a few seconds until such time as it then defaulted back to start! Went to front counter and told salesperson about the issues and he said if they persisted to come back another day and I could have them checked out further. I did not voice my displeasure with this brush off. I spent almost $700.00 for this club and will not return to this store.

Went in to get clubs gripped, and treated poorly both when dropping clubs off and when picking clubs up. The attendant did not want to help at all; needing to call his attention multiple times before he would acknowledge my existence. When asking about grips, attendant leaves to serve customer that comes into shop after myself. Attendant offers no advice aside from, “these are our cheapest grips, they should be best for you.” Attendant leaves again to serve yet another customer that came in after myself. I say that I want a shaft replaced and the attendant repeats the same line of conjecture of, “that is a lot of money, you shouldn’t.” Said they would call when clubs were ready to pick up: they never called. Cool de Boer’s, you have employees who clearly think they are above serving customers of their choosing — shameful.

Our growing professional team at Sherwood Park Sports Physiotherapy was in need of some new branded golf shirts and the staff at deBoer's made the experience very smooth from beginning to end. They invited me into the store to pick out a few options, and let me take them back to the clinic for our team members to try and decide what style they like best. Having been a customer of Deboers for over 24 years, I shop nowhere else. Deboers is a local golf store that truly treats all of it's customers like family. Every time I walk through the doors I'm greeted by my first name. I don't spend a fortune in their store......I would like to, but that's not the reason I am treated this way, It's the way Alan's personality and professionalism comes across. Scotty and TJ are the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and walk into their shop and you will see the difference.

They really deserve more of a 10 star rating. de Boers Golf Shop is the best golf store in Alberta. I have been many times a customer at GolfTown and their service is no where near what de Boers offers. This year my driver broke and de Boers was awesome to send it in on warranty. When the company said the new driver wouldn't arrive until late May, they gave me a replacement to use. When in the store someone is always there to help. This type of customer service is not found anywhere else. I would 100% recommend moving away from a big store to buy clubs and help out local, small business in de Boers!

Not only was de Boer’s estimate extremely reasonable, but the quality of the work was incredible considering the damage done to my iron. Disappointed!! Went in today to order a Scotty Cameron putter, tried one that was behind the desk and was handed to me by who I believe is the GM. Just needed to confirm length I wanted to buy. It was a busy morning for them so I get I didn’t receive help right away but I was there a good 45 min to an hour. I then approached the same guy “GM” and said I was ready to order the putter. I get he was with another customer so he passed me on to a different associate Who was also with a customer so I waited some more. Long story short I ended up leaving not ordering my putter! I wanted to shop local but this may be a case where the Corporate Golftown wins my business.

What can I say about de Boers. Honestly the best golf shop in the city. Al the owner was honestly of the best people I’ve met in the golfing world. I told him I had an issue with my driver and he said come sit with me and let’s take a look. We went through some stuff and he helped me out a lot. He didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. In this world it’s really hard to find honest people that isn’t trying to scam you. Al did a great job and I will be buying all my golf stuff from there. The service I received is hands down the best in the city. Go see Al and the team for all your golf needs. I had Al, Trung, TJ, and Scott help me on separate occasions with reshafting my 3 wood and regripping my irons (they don't charge a fee per club, very reasonable). They even gave me a discount on a demo 7 iron because the one in my old set was done. Highly recommended.

I am super happy with the service I got from the guys at Deboers ! I was lacking the 190-210 options in the bag and they got me swinging the Titleist AP1 and POW !!! instant all around improvements !! Im now hitting my 9 Iron when i used to use my 8 Iron... big game changer. They took the time to custom each and every club not only the ones i purchased. I was fitted for irons last year and this year for woods and both times the experience has been awesome. Lots of personnel one to one time, a few lessons thrown in and satisfaction guaranteed. My wife then went, my son and two of his friends as well, and all couldn’t believe the attention to detail and personal attention. AND at the end of the day better clubs and a better game. PS they never try to upswell to their highest price clubs, they want repeat business through customer satisfaction. A cautionary warning is that they are often booked for fittings well into the future so call ahead and be patient.
