Good laid-back place to hit some balls. Putting green needs some work so don’t expect that to be great. Totally unpretentious, and normally not too busy. If you’re a new golfer and want somewhere low pressure to go, this is a good spot. I’ve also taken kids there, and as long as they’re serious, practicing and quiet, no one seems to have issues with that. Lots of close parking. Four stars just because it could use a few trees around and I’d like to see the option of some reasonably priced lessons, but no complaints, great job by the owner and staff.

It was a little run down as the booths where you drive are a little rough but very friendly service. Also very affordable just wish they had a liquor license but overall not a bad spot will be going back.

I booked a 4-person 1hr group training. Bruce was extremely friendly and helpful to get us a time that worked. We were all 4 different skill/experience levels from very rookie through very experienced: Bruce gave us all great tips and used video/photo markups to help with posture, grip, approach, wind-up, follow-through, and helped diagnose some bad slicing. They have a semi-private training building that is a little apart from the driving range - really was nice experience.

It's a good range. It was my first time going there. I dont know what kind of pampering people are feeling they're entitled to but it's simple. Come in, say Hi, pay for a bucket and off ya go. Tee boxes have plenty of room. I'm 6'-1" and if I can swing with this wing span and not hit anyone/thing then you'll be fine too. I admit I was a little uneasy seeing the concrete pad around the edges of my tee grass area but I never touched off on it and I cant golf to save my life. I think it was $10 for a bucket. Not sure if that's typical or not. I'm going back for sure... if the rain holds...

THE WORST EXCUSE FOR A DRIVING A DRIVING RANGE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Do not waste your money at Billy D’s. The mats are terrible you might as well be hitting off cement. There is no room for a practice swing and you are so close to the person next you you I had to stand back while the guy next to me swung to make sure i didnt get clipped in the head. My new clubs are scratched from the terrible mats and the balls are terrible you might as well be hitting rocks. If you are trying to improve your game you may want to take your money else where as this place will only drain your confidence. Maybe the employees should focus less on smoking darts outside and trim the 3 foot weeds around the mats. Can’t stress enough how bad this so called “driving range” is. And oh yeah, we most definitely will not be attending “men’s night” thursday night i’ll tell you that for free. What a joke. Cheers, Tyrone

I have been going to Billy D's for Ladies Night lessons for just over a year now and I can say nothing but good things about the staff at this place. Curtis and Kevin are wonderful teachers and are always willing to go that extra mile to help you perfect your game. I highly recommend Ladies Night for anyone that is a beginner to someone that just wants to improve their game that extra little bit, and the prices are great.

Kevin, who runs Billy D's is the best Golf pro I've ever met. I went thru 1/2 a dozen golf pro's, they only made my game worse. I booked lessons with Kevin and my first game I was getting birdies (1 below par) His lessons are detailed, but well worth it. I like the design of his driving range, and his prices are decent too. You want lower scores in Golf, book them with Kevin and watch your Handi-cap drop.

Billy D is a nice man however the place needs some serious work. Pads are small and falling apart and the putting green is terrible. Only good thing with this location is how close it is and reasonably priced.

Don't waste your time. Billy D clearly doesn't care, nor should you. The pads that you stand on are like 3" thick making every shot simulate having the ball beneath your feet. The "putting green" is spray painted concrete, its honestly laughable. It was very inexpensive, so if you just want to screw around I suppose it will do. However if you actually are practicing then there is no reason to stop here.

Its inexpensive and fun. Reasonable prices (20$) for 2 large buckets. I will be going back. One thing I didnt like was how tight it felt to swing the clubs there was not enough room to swing comfortably without worrying about hitting someone on my back swing. I'm not that tall (5'11)

Im not impressed with your golf matts. There is a one inch difference from the rubber matt to the astro turf, It makes one practice with you feet above the ball as in a hill. Makes for bad practice, spend a few dollars and make both areas even, I wont be back!

Decided to go to a near by driving range expecting nothing more than to just hit balls. Instead, I was spoken to rudely by the gentlemen at the front desk. Not only was he talking on the phone loudly but I felt like I caused him grief, having him get off the couch to come and serve me for golf balls. I continued being nice but his demenour and tone of voice seemed very unwelcoming. I understand his concern for the incoming thunder storm but last time I checked, he wasn’t a meteorologist and my researched yielded at least 1 to 1.5 hours of rain free driving range practice. Safe to say I will never recommend this driving range or come back to this establishment. Please avoid this at all cost and spend your money somewhere else where they will APPRECIATE the business.

Great place and easy to get to but the tee mats are wearing thin and it's hard to get under the ball with such a stiff mat but the employees are very nice.

Buckets are small considering what they charge, but the people are friendly. Pretty inconsistent hours though, multiple times we would show up and gates would be shut during the summer & fall.

The very worst driving range i've ever visited. HORRIBLE TEE OFF GREENS. The fake grass pads don't cover your standing area and are mostly for right handed players. Every swing I took I thought I was going to scratch my clubs on the concrete or hit the holder for the basket of balls. The "large" bucket of balls really aren't big at all. Also disappointed there wasn't anything to aim at. (ex: signs) Incredibly disappointed with this place

Not stuffy, very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The mats are in good condition, they have new driving range balls, I am looking forward to another year of practice at Billy D's. Very economical prices, and the instruction that I have received from the PGA professionals at Billy D's has helped me a lot in progressing in my game. Hey Billy, I wouldn’t worry bout the Tyrone Bigmouth review, the descriptive in that RAGE says they are having trouble swinging a club, and would probably benefit from some instruction.
