Played in late May 2017, conditions were very good. I believe the golf course was built on sand, so the drainage is spot on. The fairways also felt springy, it was an interesting feeling. Conditions were very good, very dry, no wet spots at all. The tee boxes were great, greens would have been great, except there were A LOT of ball marks on the greens. I guess the people that play here do not fix their ball marks. Ball marks were littered all over the greens. The club house should really put signs up on the greens to encourage patrons to repair their ball marks. If not for the ball marks, the greens would have been really good. The front 9 was super tight, it was clear they didn't have enough space, but ended up getting 9 holes together. The back 9 opened up quite a bit and was more enjoyable. It's not an easy course, but it was great playing for the twilight price. The area is super nice also, it's quite an amazing little facility.

Claudia was amazing to us during the entire process for our wedding. She was able to quickly answer all my questions and was extremely organized. Way more hands on then what I expected when I booked with her which was great! During the actual wedding, the space was awesome, with huge windows that help with the ambiance. We had the ceremony out in the green and it was just perfect. Everyone commended the food as well. Special thanks to Tom as well. He did amazing during the day and even brought us food during our shoot which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend this place for wedding!!

Although not a long course, Tsawwassen Springs has many challenging holes for the golfer. The front nine is a more traditional course while the back nine has elements of a links course.

The Tsawwassen springs "fitness" facility is the worst facility I have ever been to in my entire life. It started out alright with a few questions and weird looks from a certain "personal trainer" Mike G. And then a comment of "Morgan come to my office" which then followed in a heated one way conversation which he was saying that he didn't like my "attitude" in the gym. Making stories up of how I was intimidating and staring down other fellow gym members. I was confused and left his office and continued my workout. I talked to my girlfriend about the situation and she was just as confused as myself. We both went in together after our workout just to sort it out in a calmly matter. With the reply of "how dare you come into My Office all pumped up, giving Me attitude" after I politely asked how I could fix this issue in the gym. My girlfriend then went to speak and he pointed and looked her in the eyes yelling; "shut up! This is a buisiness conversation". He then turned back to me saying that I was out of control and a juiced up "body builder". As I'm an average teen. He then said that this facility is no place for "kids". We tried to take this to the owner of the company Mike H. Which was thought to be a good idea, but he turned out to be just as useless as his employees. Overall this was the worst experience at a public small town gym. My girlfriend and I pay a total of over 120$ every month and we get treated like this? All we do is keep our heads down and workout, like every other human in that facility. So all those who want a gym to go to, rethink your outrageous gym choice. Head somewhere that a heated unstable Douchebag aka: Mike G is not present, it will save you time and keep your life at peace. Tsawwassen is a small town and we have no room for this; sexism, ageism, and bullying in this community. Do them a favour and don't go there!

I don’t even want to give one star, but have to give one to write a review. One can only book tee time for 3-4 players. If you have only two players, you still have to pay for three green fees. What a highway robbery!

This review is only for the driving range as I haven't played this course. Good Driving range, which is well maintained. It is a smaller Driving Range so you may have to wait. Also, they close the range at 4pm on TUESDAYS only for maintenance, so keep that in mind when you come here on Tuesdays.

I got dragged out (as I live about an hour away) to this golf course by my friends. To my surprise the course was in really great shape (September). The guys in the pro shop were helpful. It was a challenging par 70, I shot an 89. Overall a very good experience. Now I wish it was closer to where I lived. Thank you!

Nice par 70 course with rather short par 4 and par 5 holes, decently fast greens. Amateurs & weekend hackers should find it easier to break 80 or 90 here. Just played here today for the first time (2018.4.30). Course is only 5-years old, with still more houses being built around several holes. Hole #9 location is a bit odd. You may end up skipping it if you don’t pay attention.

The setting is beautiful and the restaurant itself is high end looking on the inside. A nice place to take someone for a birthday or a celebration of some kind esp. If you live in Ladner or Tsawwassen.

Also residential units around the Golf Course very well designed, houses and apartments are very reasonable priced, very well build, it is a great investment and for living, Also clubhouse host the weddings time to time, always activity, it is fresh and active. Very close to ferry terminal and Giant shopping centre is just cross the road.

I love this course. One of the best manicured courses I've ever played on. Decent mix of challenging holes and easy ones. Anyone can enjoy this course. I live in kits and don't hesitate to make the trip to play when I have the chance. Gotta love teeing off at the 11th with the "gallery". I only gave 4 stars though cause not enough tee boxes at the driving range. On a busy day it can be tough to get in your warm up bucket in before your tee time. I would advise showing up very early. The restaurant is very nice. The menu is ok, nothing spectacular but food is good. For that price point pizzas should be larger, I can eat a whole one and not feel full. But I digress, it's an amazing course..... Keep up the good work!

Course is not taking tee times for single players unless you pay for 2, despite tee times being wide open after about 4-5pm. Walk-ons are not being accepted either. Despite the course being local for me, I have no desire to golf here again. I understand trying to make sure the course is full with tee times being spaced further apart due to COVID, but this policy is excessive. Edit: I am happy to update my review from 1 to 4 stars following the updated policy for single and pair golfers allowing them to book by calling the pro shop on the same day. I've played the course about 15 times and have always found the tee boxes and fairways to be in good condition, and the greens firm yet receptive with good speed. I can't give the course 5 stars as the front 9 can feel quite compressed at times (hole 3 in particular) and also wish some of the housing area was used to make the course longer or more spaced out. Finally, prices during peak times are fair, but twilight/sunset rates are higher than comparable courses I've checked

Have played this course several times in last few years, used to rave about this course and it’s year round condition but it has progressively got worse every time I’ve played it and last time it was wet everywhere in middle of summer so don’t see myself playing this course again. Given price point, much better courses in area whether you are looking for full track or executive style course. Disappointing as I was hoping to support this facility going forward, range is still great and other facilities make it worth the trip but not the golf course.

I was hesitant, as I always cook, but we ordered the "Turkey Dinner To Go" for our group of 10 people and it was perfect! I would highly recommend Pat Quinn's Restaurant for catering meals of this kind to anyone!

Tsawwassen Springs Wedding - Claudia Higo & Tom We can’t even begin to describe all the hard work that they they did to help us realize our vision. Their incredible management, attention to detail, and organization, truly made our wedding perfect. We am so grateful for them as they went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly and that we were taken care of. It was the little things like putting aside extra plates of dinner because we did not have time to eat, helping stage us before walking down the aisle and calling out the timing, making sure we had some of the passed appetizers, discreetly handing us a drink when you saw us socializing with guests, and they had a water station prepared next to the dance floor. They were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs, and providing a tremendous service to us and our guests. Claudia was very helpful throughout the planning process and was always available to go over any questions we had. The venue itself is beautiful and at an affordable rate. We had our ceremony on the green, cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception in the main ballroom; they had modern furnishings and the big floor to ceiling windows had a spectacular view of the golf course. The food was excellent, and we heard great feedback from all of our guests. We can't thank you enough!

Don’t ever buy or rent a condo at Tsawwassen Springs. Whoever built these did it in the most cheap way possible in order to make a huge profit by selling them for a million dollars. The walls chip their paint and drywall if you just run your finger across it. The floors are the cheapest vinyl I’ve ever seen. They CONSTANTLY have had people doing construction in the building and outside the building even though I was told construction finished in April of last year. The walls are so thin I can hear someone playing a horn instrument starting at 8am until 5pm every single day. The callbox to get into the building has been broken more often than actually working so I pretty much never get deliveries for anything and have to go pick up packages at a local pickup point. The windows in the condo/apartment barely open and when they do there’s no screen at all in them so you end up with bugs everywhere if you want any ventilation at all. The air conditioning and heating unit sometimes just doesn’t work at all or you have to manually add water to it in order for it to work. There’s no ventilation of any kind in the condos so you are basically forced into getting an air purifier if you want any sort of air quality in your home. I honestly don’t have a single nice thing to say about my time living here and I would never recommend anyone to waste their own money buying or renting here.

Very nice setting, but I have been there 4 times for lunch, and the service just isn't getting any better. The pizzas were Okay but the server didn't ever come by to see if things were Okay or if we needed anything. She didn't seem very thrilled to be working there.

Was here for a wedding - nice place with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff seemed helpful and interested in making our experience top notch! Beautiful scenery and a lovely sunset to top it off. The ballroom was quite new and had lots of good audio video equipment for whatever event you may need. Good food

nice course, well maintained, but on a rainy day when i asked the pro shop for a towel for the golf cart, i was told they don't give out towels,,,,but they are for sale. The sandwich shop also closed mid day much to our dismay,, as we had inquired with the staff if they'd be open as we hit the turn. love to try the course on a sunny day.

Alright this really is a 5 star condo, well to me at least. I live here with my colleague for the summer while we are working in point roberts. I really like the set up of these condos. They are built very well, walls are very thick so you can't hear anything from the neighbors, the fire system works very well (a little too well meaning the fumes from cooking set it off without really burning your food) but that's ok because you have a lot of other people's life's depending on them to work. There is a very lovely view of the golf course and also fountains as your driving in (or walking). Very well set up.

Great course and well maintained. Course is rather short, 5439 from the tips. Compared to some premier courses within a 30 minute drive, TS is a bit pricey. I would wait for good deals or even twilight rates. My foursome finished in less than 4 hours from the tips. The first 10 holes are a little more challenging. Tighter fairways and undulating greens. The back 8 is almost links style, much more open at times with chances to take risks. Great course. Worth a visit. I will definitely be coming back... When the rates are reasonable.

What a beautiful golf course - great for beginners to experienced golfers! I belong to a private golf club and was so impressed with this course that I would welcome the opportunity to play it again. It's got challenging greens which were in excellent shape! The clubhouse is stunning and the food was superb - our entire group thoroughly enjoyed this opportunity to play this course. The guys in the pro shop were extremely helpful and friendly and our server (Leslie) was amazing!

Please change your driving range hours Tsawwassen Springs... Numerous people and myself included have been disappointed with your closing hour at 3PM! Update - June 8, 2021: T Springs followed through and the range hours are much much better. Also new range balls are in the mix so that's also great! I hope they take this year as a learning lesson and find a way to keep the open hours reasonable throughout winter and spring. I will be back to update the review to 5 stars if they keep up the good work!

A nice short course but does not have a variety of challenging holes. Suited for high handicappers and beginners. The staff are friendly and the dining room has excellent food. I would return for the food but not the golf.

One of the shortest courses in Vancouver, but plenty challenging and interesting. A very well maintained course overall. You just won't need your big stick as much. Their driving range hours need to be changed though. Opening at 10am is late enough but still closing at 3pm makes no sense when sunset is at 7:30pm... plus I see them run the ball collecting tractor now. The range hours were not this ridiculously unreasonable the past 2 winters... what is going on? I see puzzled golfers after 3pm going back to their cars every time I got lucky to get a bucket at 2:58pm right after work..! On one day, the range was even shut down at 2:55pm because they ran out of balls... sigh... This better change. Update - Mar 31 Range closing hour has been updated to 4pm, and seems like they are increasing their range ball stock! Great! Glad to see management listening to its customers. Keep up the good work.

Course is in great shape almost all year round. It is a short, easier course, best suited to beginners-intermediates. The price is a little high, for a course than can easily be finished in under 3 hours. My biggest concern is that the practice facility is lacking for a course which prides itself on being well maintained and fostering a golf community. The putting green area does not allow chipping and the practice area where chipping/pitching/sand is allowed is never open. Please remedy these areas of opportunity to create a more balanced experience for your resident and guest golfers.

Played this course Aug 22, 2020. Course is in excellent condition, greens were rolling true but were a bit slow. Keep in mind it had rained the day before so I would expect them to be better speed after a few days of sun. Pace of play was ok, we finished in just over 4 hours. Rough and fairways were in good condition and the covid-19 rules were all adhered to and respected by the course workers and players. If you are in the Tsawwassen area this is a good fun (short) course. From the back tees it's only 5,500 yards.
