This Golf is classified in the category of Golf course.
Nice views of course from club. Nice cozy club house. Wide selection of food.
An excellent view to enjoy specially in a sunny weather when sitting in the outdoor area! We tried fish and chips and the quality was very good.
I went here for lunch. It used to be good, but this time, I found that the quality has slipped quite a lot. I ordered a burger and you could tell that it was cooked from frozen. The bun was tasteless and I got a few fries. I'm definitely not going back.
Well maintained golf course, and great drainage!! ⛳ ????️♂️ Where we live that's saying a lot! ???? Raincouver as some may say ???? One of my all time favorite smaller courses in all of B.C. ! ! ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this place and recommend it to any beginners when first starting!
Beutiful course. Not very long. Only a few par 4s. Well maintained and the resturant is very nice!
My first full golf course experience and it was great! Nothing too crazy, a good mix. I had a golf scramble tournament and I'm very encouraged to come back for more golfing. Beautiful restaurant. Looks like a mansion from the outside. Only downside was some holes were next to a landfill so was a bit visually distracting and unappealing.
For a beginner golfer, I enjoy this course. I've played here 3 times this season and the pace of play is much faster than the other executive length courses in the area. The least forgiving part of the course for me is that it is pretty unforgiving if you go long or hit it thin onto a green.
Very unimpressed with the customer service. Their workers were being extremely rude and judgmental by shaming girls with a dress code. Apparently wearing shorts and a spaghetti strap top on a very hot day is considered inappropriate because it will "distract all male's attention from golfing" how is it okay to scold people based off of what they wear rather than scolding the people that are doing the looking. This is what supporting rape culture looks like.
Disappointing. Four floor staff 24 people to be served on 6 tables. Service was slow, food was poor, plates cold. Wasn't busy but staff were AWOL. Our waitress seemed enamoured with the bartender who wasn't doing anything so she wasn't as well. Place has a lot of potential and I have no doubt that it would be more profitable with the right staff.
Nice place to go for some drink . I like the outdoor seats. Price is responsible. There is a minimum$10/person which I didn't know until I have sit down. And I was only planning to have a cup of coffee. So I have to order something even I just had my lunch .
Nice place, good service, food was a bit outdated for my liking, lots of deepfried items
I've been to the restaurant a few times with coworkers. The food is quite good and presents well. Unfortunately, on a recent visit we were waiting well over 40 minutes for our food. We were not a big group and not the last ones seated for the lunch hour, yet we were the last group to get our meals. There was no update or explanation by the wait staff either. Not very satisfied on this occasion.
Great service, great food, great wine
Food and live music on weekend nights is good. Haven't played golf here though.
Great food and service
Great golf course! Green is nice!
Very limited food offerings - for during or after golf. All they have is chips and muffins. Sandwich - or hot dogs not a massive stretch. Course was nice and we had a blast. ( just really really hungry )
Great place for short games.
Certainly it is one of the best places for lunch and dinner in Richmond especially in summer. Beautiful patio with gorgeous view. Great safty protocols in place between tables not to mention excellent service from Tracey and her team as always matched with great food
Good service fair food....
Very popular executive style Golf Course. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Weekly stop to play golf and have something to eat. Love that they use their own veg from the market down the road and wines too!
Awesome little course. Beautiful set up. Great patio. Lots of wildlife. Great for beginners and people looking to bridge from pitch and putt to full course
Had the prime rib. Completely fantastic. Golf-course restaurant; other items may be hit-and-miss.
During dinner, they may have live piano performances/lounge music. It's pretty relaxing but not ideal for coversations at the dinner table
Really fun course and in excellent shape.
Great value
Fun course for a smaller one but it is fairly priced and alway ls a fun round. I recommend it all the time!
Awesome place.. challenging but great for newer golfers. Great beer selection . Very well priced
Only been here at night, but the place seems to be really big, their steak is really good as well.
Great for easy golfers, nice not to cart and good food in clubhouse
Very comfortable dining room & cozy bar area, great service & good food. Their house wine is from Country Vines Winery, located just down the road. The Cabernet Sauv was very good. Fish tacos were yummy.
$29 prime rib is the reason I come here for dinner.
Best place to improve your approach shots, one of the best courses to elevate your pitch & putt game.
Nice buffet. Lots of seasonal parties. Attentive staff. Delightful!
Nice place with good value! Their prime ribs is delicious!
Food was great. They lost our reservations though.
I love playing on this course. Not too long for my age. Nice restaurant after hole #18.
Excellent Golf course for a relaxed entertainment. Gets busy during summer with private events. Decent sized golf course. Make sure to have a mosquito repellent if you going after a rainy day. The food service and bar service are excellent. Both food and drinks are priced reasonably. They also have clubs for rental and it gets rented out pretty quick as well.
It is a wonderful and wide open fairway surrounded by a few ponds. This ponds doesn’t create a hassle for the golfer . Even a beginner golfer can play safe and enjoy the beautiful setting. This golf course is well maintenance. The Hole 8 is less than 120 yardage but it designed a stream of water runs through the front make it a challenging to the golfer. Look into the Hole 14 the right dog leg is straight cut towards the right, so a target board and two white wood stick is ready for your aiming 1st shot. The golfer gate keeper Bryan Is friendly, he makes our day joyful and brightly. The total yardage is 3157 , this executive course size is good for shorter time requirements.
I have been to this restaurant before. On this night, it was for Valentines Day. Everything was great. Food, prices, and ambience. This restaurant is close to my home about a 10 minute drive. We were not limited to just the valentines menu so I ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak & lobster from the V day menu. My wife ordered the seafood pasta from the regular menu. Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and the lobster was just as delicious. My wife’s seafood pasta had a very generous portion of scallops and shrimp. The sauce was creamy and rich. Everything was excellent. Totally recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back for the large prime rib meal!
Great food and atmosphere
Excellent service.. Exceptional lunch menu.. COVID-19 Aware.. Would be 5 stars but for the troublesome flies through the open patio doors.. Nice touch with the individual teapots (for coffee?).. little coffeepots would be classier.. but it is a golf course.. !
Great course for a short game.
Very good prime rib and great service. Will definitely come back
A very nice golf course with a very nice restaurant.
Decent executive course, fun times. A lot of 9 iron holes.
Wonderful experience all around
I dine here for the ambience. There's not much in their menu, the burgers are ok. Fish and chips are good. I still dine here every once in a while coz it has a relaxing view and the seats are comfy.
Beautiful location and fabulous food
Great Food In The Restaurant , Staff Are Really Great
Best place to hold your staff Christmas luncheon. Food, service, ambiance....tops. reservation highly suggested.
Great place to hav a calm peaceful round. Lunch after is pretty decent too.
excellent food and service highly recommended
On our last visit, they were hosting a private event but still managed to get us a table, which was good for me as it was my last night in the city and our family likes coming here. Anyway even with the event going on full swing they managed to serve us extremely well, and the quality of the food did not drop at all.
Had lunch there recently. It was a buffet and the food was tasty and fresh. The desserts were disappointing, with the tray pretty much picked over by the time we got there. Coffee was good, but, considering the prices, the experience could have been better.
Love this Golf Course. I played there 20 years ago and the course is still well maintained and the staff are awesome there. As a rookie player playing with my experienced friends it works really well for all of us. They can work on their shot making and still have fun and I am able to play too and improve my game. Well worth the price and a nice step up from the pitch and putt courses.
Restaurant in here Good food Good service Good value
Nice dinning place, cozy, moderate expensive , nice view if go there earlier b4 dinning time
Great experience playing for first time golf ⛳
Great view, decent food
This is a great executive course. The course has always been in great shape. This location is our go to in the real wet days. Their drainage is astounding. We have been playing in a huge rain storm and the greens were playing like a dewy morning. Now the pricing is dam, like slap me a few times and take some extra bills out of my wallet. For an executive course they really have a large image of themselves. If you catch the time of year and weather right the price is about balanced for the level of play offered. There are many fun holes and a few longer, ish ones as well.
We had the famous Sunday dinner Roast Beef. It comes in 8 oz or 12 oz. I had the 8 oz, bloody rare and it was excellent. Reasonably priced. Parking is free and plenty. Comfortable seating for 4. Highly recommended.
Great place, great food and great staff (thanks Hannah!) ????????
Lovely setting Good food Friendly server
Tried their red sangria and primo steak sandwich.
Great little hideaway in Richmond. Loads of charm. Friendly. Excellent way to spend the afternoon with friends & loved ones. Great price $28 for a round ($4 pull cart.) Lots of parking. Nice spot to sit & enjoy a beer or glass of wine.
Amazing golf course, perfect for a novice player. The course is easy to navigate and understand the layout. The club house is spectacular, the staff is great. Service is very good, very clean and tidy. Food taste delicious, top quality ingredients. While the bar has a good selection of beers, which I was impressed. Overall looking forward returning back.
Great service unfortunately the food doesn't live up to the appearance on this one occasion
Holiday come over here to play golf, lawn maintenance is very good, the coach is very professional, but the mosquito is too much, was bitten many times
a beautiful nature loverd course. wrll maintained. and nice staff
$20 nine and dine is back, awesome court to work on your short game
Good place, but little noisy as all talks..
Great place for a round of golf and dinner or drinks after or before.
Foods was good but service slightly slow at lunch time. Great atmosphere!
Fantastic little course, played in less than 3 hours even with having to wait a few minutes on most holes. Restaurant is good as well, even with a limited COVID menu. Sangria not on the bar menu, but they made them for our group, and they were better than most we've tried. Coming back next week!
Great golf couse and great food
Nice place for special occasions
Good services
A short but fun executive course
Good price, good service, good food. How can you not go there?
Nice place and I'd love to go again, reason for 3 ???? is their greens are not as great as everything else
Food was good, however the glass of beer had some leftover food inside. The waiter gave us another glass.
Great golf course! Well maintained and very popular!
The food itself is nothing special, however it is reasonable affordable and portions and nice and big. During peak it takes quite a while to come. The building looks great and is a pleasure to look at. Large events are easily catered here, there is a second floor to the restaurant, which as far as I know, is used exclusively for private events.
Great little short course but it gets backed up really badly. I honestly believe it's faster to play a full sized course.
Decent restaurant and golf course. I have come her for casual dining and golf events. They have pretty decent parking except when they have an event. It is located away from everything so very little transit. Food is good but not phenomenal with no specialties to really stand out. They have a decent selection of beer, wine and spirits. Staff are usually friendly but as mentioned service can be slow during a rush, though they manage lunch very well.
Food good , service good , place and clean good . I must come back with my best friends again for sure ????????????
Good place, food & service????????
Food was definitely decent and quite affordable. Drinks were also surprisingly affordable (as far as restaurants go). The venue was reasonably well taken care of and comfortable.
This used to be a classy place to eat .. not so anymore menu changes and poor service plague Country Meadows .. an inattentive waitress brought calamari instead of spicy cauliflower . .the food was below pub quality .. we were told we had to wait 25 minutes to eat? .. with no offer to wait in the pub and have a drink? this is the 3rd time since the menu change that the food was poor ... time to find a new place to eat!
Great course
Nice environment and friendly staff
Beautiful golf course..not too busy..somewhat challenging...A great course for someone like me who hadn't played in 7 years. Restaurant service was excellent and food was delicious..best turkey club ive had in years...there is also a resident rooster wandering around the tables as you dine outside..very cool!
It was a great course, it was both challenging for the veteran golfers I was with, but I, as an inexperienced golfer, didn’t hold them back either. It was neat to golf alongside cranes and hear the giant bull frogs; the geese along the course are waaaayyyyyy tamer than the ones in the Okanagan. It was a lot of fun; I have no pictures because I was too busy enjoying myself.
Very average course but fun still. The restaurant is was good enough.
Fabulous restaurant with very good food. Nice golf course if you're looking for an executive course.
Great local executive course work a couple holes to use the driver. Fairways and greens in great shape. Great way to spend a few hours but haven't tried the restaurant yet
Nice executive course, good food in the restaurant.
Great place
This is my favorite executive course. I love it here. Very fun executive course with lots of Par 3's and a few Par 4's in there. The wildlife in this course is a treat. Lots of cranes, geese, eagles, and hawks flying overhead. There are …
Nice golf course nice restaurant.
This us my favorite place in richmond for lunch or dinner. Delightful surrounding of a beautiful golf course, very nice building. Service is always escellent and the menu is good for all taste. Prices are very good. On Fridays and Saturdays they have a piano bar featuring Blue music.
Great selection of foods good view
Good country like location. Fun short golf course
Food is consistently mediocre, with service being poor and slow. Nice setting though.
The golf course is good times. Service at the clubhouse for drinks wasn't very good--waited 30 min for a glass of wine and kitchen was closed.
Best exec course in BC.
open faced beef sandwich was everything I expected
Nice atmosphere, decent food Clean place
When there are a lot of golfers on the course, and tee times are getting delayed, the staff will be rude and rush you to the next hole. I'm new to golfing, but I thought it was about taking your time, being careful with every shot, and enjoying the beautiful setting?
3 dear friends and I meet here every year for our Christmas luncheon. We always have a wonderful time.
Very pleasant, very nice except for the 13tg hole where the landfill people are pounding away and making plenty of dust
playing golf & good restaurant.
Great place for lunch and throwing events. Small golf course perfect for beginners or golf tournaments.
Good condition, no temp. green and acceptable fee
Reviewing the restaurant there -- good place for a team lunch but be sure to make a reservation for before 12pm to avoid the lunch hour rush.
Good, well maintained golf course. Attended a tournament here. Very interesting bar and restaurant - half inside, half outside. Above average food. Good service.
So this happen today. I've been supporting country meadows throughout this whole pandemic. Eating at the restaurant often and playing ALOT of golf. My friend booked a tee time for the two of us but I couldn't make it because I got called into work at 0500 in the morning no chance to give a 24 hour cancellation. They totally harrassed her about paying for me though out her game actually chasing her down at the 9th hole asking her to pay and putting a hold on her credit card. Forcing me to call and explain myself! Give an excuse? The management guilting me into paying saying I'm taking away their profits during a time when golf has never been busier ever! I have never been charged for being unable to make a tee time I didn't book. I am truly disappointed and will not be going to Country Meadows for some time if ever. This is a fail in my opinion. This was the response. This was the response Hi Clinton, Thanks your your email. That's actually not what happened today. If you want us to discuss with you, we can. You weren't here and your friend told us you were sick today, then you told us you called into work. We were very kind and just asked for the second payment and was told that you were going to call us to discuss, before she played her game. We didn't have her credit card and she said she couldn't afford to pay for you. You can discuss anytime. Thanks Tracey Martin Manager Update I'm happy to say that Tracey has given me a rain check to use anytime. I appreciate her gesture and for further reference I will make sure if I or anyone else that has booked a tee time to call and cancel beforehand rather than just not show up. Thankyou
Great place for lunch or dinner ????
loved it!!
I like to hit golf club restaurants for their excellent food , peaceful locations, good service. This place hits 10 points except for the wine list. Winemaker needs to spend some time in Italy and Spain to really understand how to make an …
Nice golf course
Friendly staff members, great golf course.
Beautiful Golf site
Very unhappy with Country Meadows Golf Course. Received Gift Certificates for 4 rounds of Golf in August 2015 to be told they expire in December 2015. Who sells a Gift Certificate that expires in 4 months when two of those months aren't …
Course was good, but the Marshalls were harassing us to go faster even though there was no one behind us. It really spoilt the mood of the day.
Great atmosphere, amazing food, friendly staff. Team 3000 Realty Christmas party ????
Great place. Good views and nice walk around the garden. Good selection of food and their chicken wings are the best. Awesome for a date night.
Excellent executive sized golf course. Well maintained and has a very nice restaurant with patio and bar. Good value.
Nice environment, food is average
My BD we ordered turkey dinner.
I come for the golf, putting, outdoor dining and live band.
Great food and awesome golf course sometimes great live music. Beautiful property. Very cozy.
great patio, which is rare in Richmond.
Great for a business lunch spot! Wide variety of menu items well prepared with excellent service.
Very nice atmosphere, and delicious food!
Good food.good service.besutiful decor
Great food. Great prices
Need more course marshal. no doubt the best par 3 in Richmond BC, but no doubt it is the slowest course you can ever find in the area too. So true about 50-60+ old ladies playing slowly and spending 10 minutes just to find a ball, and 10 minutes wait each hole just makes you want to give the round up.
Great place to have your business lunch, service is prompt and professional. Good selection on the menu. Be ready to have a bit of a wait during lunch rush.
It's good for Starters. Easy and Friendly Golfing
It's a great little executive course.
????
Great golf course. Perfect dat. Good food and beer.
Clean and nice place. Great place for family outings. Nice food and friendly servers.
Its a Golf Course, I'd come again to golf but not so sure that I would be racing back for the food.
Lovely restaurant and golf course in Richmond. Perfect place to bring family or friends from out of town to support a local Richmond family ran place! Food is great, staff is friendly, always clean and they even serve locally made wine! According to my boy friend the golf course is always great!
They short executive course. Pretty good value for beginners. Expect a long round.
Foods great scenery is lovely
We love their prime ribs
Nice course and good restaurant
Great food and service at very reasonable prices.
Healthy delicious quality food, clean, great service enjoyable environment.
The environment here is impressive.
Family with 2 toddlers, we arrived Saturday evening for spontanous supper. Parking lot was super busy due to a country music event inside the building. But the patio had still lot's of free tables available for walk-in dining guests. Service personel was very friendly and proffessionel. They managed to stay friendly despite the high work volume that evening. Only the manager itself looked a bit stressed. Food was on the average side. My wife's sirloin was a bit dry and the calamares a tiny bit greasy. But not as bad that we would bother a return and waste good food. Very good beer on tap. Austria's 'Salzburger Stiegl'. I strongly recommend! The patio is one of the nicest I sat on in Greater Vancouver. Very green with waterfall and view on a part of the golf course. Non kids menue was offered. Prices $$$ Ambiente ***** Service ***** Kitchen *** Parking *****
Best patio in town in the summers. Reasonably priced food and alcohol, but you're here for a sunny patio.
Relaxing, enjoyable good service
From Prince Gastronome No, my Sat-Nav didn't break down. I really did drive to Richmond, BC, or as some people call it… …well, I could insert an Asian joke about this point, but I really have no issues with the ethnic mix of this region of Canada, especially considering that I inadvertently stumbled into the last bastion harboring the city's white community, a walled enclave called Country Meadows Golf Course. I wouldn't normally have turned in except for the signs insisting that anyone was welcome to eat at their restaurant, The Grille. Not the most original name. My navigator was directing me to pass the location, to soldier onto my ultimate destination, the Colossus Cineplex. However, despite being surrounded by a multitude of stores, I found not one place to eat there. With over an hour before the showing, I turned the car around and made back for Country Meadows. It is a beautiful place, an island of immodesty in an ocean of unharvested plywood. There's a rutting dark bull frozen in pose before the entrance. I'm the only one looking up at the architecture as families, elderly couples, and businessmen shuffle past glaring at me like I'm an Asian at an all-white country club. In honesty, I do spot a few here and there, but with 65% of Richmond being minority (yea that makes sense), this tastes as being a little unrepresentative of the city's demographic. I wander in and am broadsided at the quality of workmanship inside. It blends that bizarre aristocratic country sensibility, the kind where people welcome you into their home and end up showing off the wood in the bar, with those antique family restaurants that continue so survive against the onslaught of franchise mediocrity. Most of the main floor is dominated by an empty stage, one which I knew would puncture my ear drums if occupied. But this isn't a family restaurant, not exactly. It's a strange mélange of family and fine dining with a mix of pub thrown in for good measure, like it changes its definition depending on the day of the week or the time of day. The waitress offered a menu but immediately sold me on the soup sandwich special for the day, costing a mere twelve bucks. With it, you also receive a glass of cola so tall, that it casts a shadow like a Kubrikian monolith over the rest of the meal. The sandwich was a massive bun shoehorned with meat and melted cheese and was the best I may have ever tried in a restaurant environment. Boy, do I know how to call them. Even though I was thirsty, I had no capacity to finish my drink, this Burj Khalifa-sized coke with an undertow. The service was great; the food was better, and now I feel bad given my arrogant remarks at the beginning. The only time I ever golfed, my twelve-year old nephew beat me, and I've never been able to hit a ball more than 200 yards in my life, and only then, it was a simulation golf course where you smack a ball to a projection twenty feet away from the tee. I don't care for the game and find it boring and unnecessary, sorry to all my Scottish friends out there…yes, I realize that I have no Scottish friends. However, this should not detract you from trying the Grille Restaurant at Country Meadows if you happen to be driving to the Colossus and realize you have an hour to kill. This may be the only circumstance I can think of…I sure can't think of another reason to be there. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Presentation: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Recommendation: 4.5/5
Great spot for lunch.
Good service...great outdoor dining
Great place, awesome service, perfect to spend a time with friends and family
The building is very nice, the service was good and friendly, the view is great. But the food is old style. Mostly deep fried.
Very reasonably priced, well kept course, great food and alcoholic beverages.
Good food, good service, good surroundings.
Course is ok but it takes too long to play here because of slow players. Took us 5.5 hours to play an executive course and no marshalls to push players to keep up with the pace of play. Not playing here again.
Turkey sandwich is awesome!
This is a beautiful estate golf course . The ambiance is just beautiful . Unfortunately the food is utterly disgusting . Unfortunately . I never ate mash potatoes before that had the consistency and taste of chewing gum . Vegetables were over cooked and the fish was drowning in sauces . Not sure if they have a chef that actually knows how to cook, but it's very poor
Nice little golf ⛳ course
Had a great experience at The Grille restaurant. Beautiful venue, friendly and attentive staff, delicious food. Will definitely return!
Food quality is so so. Service is not good as before or other restaurants.
Thanks again
Overall the golf course is challenging even for the normal golfer. Fairways and greens kept very well. Drainage a slight problem as it hasn't rained for awhile but there were muddy/soggy spots on some holes. Pin position on a few holes were tricky as they were on slopes. The only reason of the 4 star rating and I know it is completely out of their control in the city construction dump site on the back of the course. On dry days when it is windy can get quite dusty. Pace of play can be improved as there were a few groups just goofing around.
Good services!
Decent layout of the course, challenging enough for beginners and intermediate players
I helped build the course and it looks as good today as it did when it was finished.
Seems like the martinis are being watered down, could not taste any vodka in them, had 2 and they were really weak, (watery) ,until we ordered another one and sort of complained. Then there was a big difference in flavour. Kind of weird eh. We have been to other restaurants and had a couple of martinis that taste like martinis. Something to think about.
Great course, great price point
Stopped with friends for lunch. Beautiful golf and resturant. Had a great lunch which a I had a salmon burger and my wife had a salad which she enjoyed. Our friends also enjoyed their lunch. They go to this place because of the food and the great scenery. Our service was excellent as well. Great time.
Great golf, good food, awesome service! I always have a good time at country meadows!
For a beginner like me, it was a fun experience .
Always enjoyed playing here. Really good drainage during winter months. Nice executive course and $30 for weekend prime rate is a good value.
Great food. Nice staff. Looking a bit shabby, but will def be back!
Great patio and Richmond vinted wine.
We had a great day of golf... the greens where in good shape and looking forward on player here again soon.
The whole restaurant is so dirty. One day I came in for dinner and I saw a rat run across the whole dining room I was in disgust. I don’t understand how they are still running hasn’t the health inspector come in yet? I don’t understand how …
Excellent as usual. The best place...Beautiful course...fabulous people great eats. ...just the best...my very favorite.
Great food and service.
Friendly service, food was very tasty, sat on the patio, beautiful setting. Can't ask for much more.
Course was in really nice condition
Good place for beginners
Great service, great food ,great scenery, and great prices
A new chef with good ideas and recipes. Try the meatballs, which are crazy good as is the salad with roasted beets and goat cheese. There's your dinner! Wine list is thin; you'll need to search out something to your taste. Outdoor seating in warm weather overlooking the golf course is quite wonderful for lunch or dinner. In winter, the room is cozy and warm. Noise level is manageable. A popular locale for all ages especially for special occasions. Busy at Christmas and grad time. Free and easy parking.
Great food awesome exec golf course
Food, service, atmosphere, great
First time that I experience a bad service. Waitress very rude, anapologetic even after explained to the manager her behavior. She came to us to clain her tip????
Great place good course well looked after today April 22 2018 my tee time 2 20 was very slow took 4 h 30 min too long 4 star club house
We went one day b4 Father's day. No suprise about the prime rib. If u go, absolutely no roasted potatoes. It is worse than I cook.
Great course, but busy during the summer months
The best roast beef.
I had a great time at the restaurant here be sure to try the chocolate eruption.
This restaurant used to be very good , the prime rib dinner is everybody's favorite and is the best deal in Richmond . We come here to celebrate birthday & family gathering for over 6 years . We were here again for my husband birthday last night . Unfortunately, this is not a happy experience. The service is super slow and the quality of the food went down so much ! They has a new menu so we would like to give a try . The chicken fettuccini has a lot like a lot of pepper on top of the chicken & the meat is super super dry ! I have their Friday night half back rib special with coleslaw for 14.99 . The back rib is extremely dry & no taste at all for the coleslaw .The prime rib is already dry on top it looks like seat under the light for quite a while already . Will definitely go back to their golf course but not recommended this restaurant.
Great little course and staff so friendly
Best conditions for winter golfing in Richmond.
This is a hidden treasure as not many people know it.food is surprisingly good and price is reasonable. The service is exceptionally satisfied. If you like draft beer and various finger foods
Good foods good service good price.
Great golf. Weĺl maintaned course. A pleasant experience all day. Recommended
Great food. Great view. And lovely servers.
Mother's day brunch, AWESOME! from the setting, to the service, the quality of the food, and the live Jazz pianist playing softly in the back ground, I couldn't have chosen a better place to take my wife and daughter (who is a new mother herself) to. They both were so taken by the whole experience!
I've been playing on this executive course for over 20 years. Now Mylora #5 Rd is closed, CM and Mylora Sidaway are the only executive courses left for seniors like me to enjoy. Other full size courses are just too large for us.
This is a very nice executive style golf course
OMG!! Great venue, fabulous dinner and love the Golf
Great setting for lunch.
Food is okay. Ambience is great.
Excellent food and service,
One of best executive golf course around Vancouver area.
Quite, cheaper and tiny place
Good veggie options, beautiful surroundings, nice pub. Needs electric car recharging plugs. Check sleeve pricing.
A fun course to attend with friends of all levels!!
Love here
Food and service was very good.
Golf course with restaurant facility.
Alot of reviews saying good food here but maybe we weren't as lucky that day. We ordered the beats and greens salad it was good combination of ingredients but the salad was not fresh .Green tips were brown and salad was a bit soggy as if it was dressed hours prior to serving. Our calamari was not fresh and over cooked it taste like we were eating mostly batter we left more than half the platter . The wings were ok but nothing greater than you can get at your local hockey arena pub. Nachos we ordered were also very stail Overall ambiance was good but very dissapointed on our food never going back unless its for a round of golf and some drinks.
Great course! Can’t beat it for an executive length course...well-maintained; challenging, undulating greens; mostly 3 par, with some longer holes for interest. Restaurant serves good food in a nice setting. Good stop at the end of a round. Staff always friendly and helpful.
It suck there to slow because of the frost it was backed up after nine holes we were finished but no rain check never go back
Told us they are not busy at all and wouldn't take reservation. Arrived in 5 mins and told us they are busy and we need to wait for 30 mins.
Actually just went to the restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices.
Food was great. Love the place. The best,no reservation needed. Was worth a little bit waiting for the food.
Beautiful scenery great food and nature
Golf wise it's a great little course for a fun tournament, though it's sad to see the shrubbery at the course dying off and not being replaced. The Bar staff could sharpen their people skills. Great outdoor seating area. Under cooked fish, but awesome Reuben sandwich.
They are fully open again which is outstanding ☺️.
Outdoor seating great, fish-n-chips very good, service outstanding.
Just visited the bar which was really nice.
Underrated dining spot with yummy prime rib burger and fish and chips was amazing. Staff is excellent and friendly
Mainly par 3 holes with couple of par 4 holes. Good place to practice pitch and putt.
Better than expected
The food is amazing, and would reccomend this place to everyone!! It is a good quiet place to visit and have good food and wine!
a wonderful place for Sunday brunch.
Good food, live piano at night, nice atmosphere
The course is great year round and they have good food.
Always consistent, great for a nice lunch, the patio is excellent in the summer
ok but dried out a bit
It was a lovely place
Very good conditions. Wide fairway. Nice scenery.
Nice
Nice place nice staff nice food
Food is decent. Can't comment on the course.
Went to lunch around noon on Saturday, quiet place, no reservation needed. Lunch or breakfast around 13-15 dollars plus tax and tips. Food are ok. Sausage is a bit saulty.
Beautiful short course, just the right mix of challenge and ease
Just played 18 holes for $12.
The Restaurant has gone down hill and the service is horrible. The owners only care about selling their inhouse wine which is not good. The prices and menu used to be good however we will not be going back again due to bad service from waitress. The Food was disgusting and when advised to waitress they simply did nothing about it.Not recommended
Food was okay. Service was good in the beginnig. After we ate our meal we sat for an unacceptable amount of time (at least 15 min or more) waiting for our server to return to our table to take our coffee and dessert order. It was not busy. Maybe she was on a break and if she was no one covered for her.
Really pretty course and excellent value. Wide fairways but the greens were deceiving. Had a great time.
A wonderful place to shoot a round with your friends and really friendly staff! ☺
Always in very nice shape. Great par 3!!
Great place, fairways and greens excellent conditions, even now November 29th.
We've always had great service coming here over the years but don't go on a holiday. Not too busy but was short staff in the kitchen and we had to wait an extremely long time for our food to arrive. Not sure if all stats are the same but …
Have been here several times for the prime rib and steak dinners on the weekends, and the meats are prepared well and the outdoor venue ideal for this season. The wait staff are all great from the front hostess to the waitresses including Ian who we find to be friendly and engaging and also tries his best to accommodate our requests. We appreciate your team very much, thank you!
A good variety of sand traps, ponds and distance that isn't too difficult but provide enough of a challenge! very well maintained greens and fairways. the price is one of the best in town, friendly staff, and pretty good dining/patio restaurant to boot . They also have a nice practise green and pitch shooting area.
By far the best 18 hole executive course (at least for me). Not too hard but not too easy and every hole is very well taken care of. Theres a par 3 hole that is a small replica of Augusta's famoir hole with the bridge
Used to be our favourite place, but the food has really gone down hill.
Went for breakfast, got the special they had on the menu for that day. Food was not bad but the only thing that was very annoying were the flies. Eating and trying to make sure that flies dont sit on the food was just a little but frustrating. Friendly staff and view was great.
Great course! Well maintained grounds. Good food in the restaurant.
I come here often. But haven't been for a while. I don't know what happened for the past 2 months or so, but the food got even better than before. So I decided to leave a comment. New selection of menu, so I tried the pork belly, and I think everyone needs to try the pork belly. So crisp and such good flavor.
Food is OK but service not as expect
Really nice environment and friendly staff
Great shape, spectacular views, real good food and friendly staff. A challenging course with excellent drainage, what more do you want.
Very nice restaurant with great views. Highly recommended!
Booked a tee time online via the link on the Country Meadows own website for me and my junior son. The online booking confirmation showed a junior rate. When we checked in to pay at the pro shop before the game the staff charged my son a much a higher rate of $21 that is between the junior and the adult price. I showed him my booking confirmation has a lower junior rate of $16. He just simply ignored it and said there is no junior rate.avaisble. Since we made the effort to be there, we went ahead even though we were gouged. Then as we were warming up at the 1st tee and I was explaining the rules of the game to my son who was playing his first game on a course, the green scheduler waved me over and said rudely that "this is not a place to teach and you should go to the driving range". His voice was also very rude and unfriendly. My son had a number of lessons by a pro already and is capable of handling hinsrlf on a course, The staff was absolutely inconsiderate and obnoxious. I just stood my ground and responded that we are capable of playing. As I shared this experience with some of my friends I learned that there were a lot of bad experiences with obnoxious staffs at this course. We will not cone here again as there are many other courses in the area.
The restaurant here is a pretty place to dine. It's nicely decorated, and the adjacent landscaping is soothing and attractive. Food is good without unnecessary pretension, and the service is friendly and professional. As Christmas approaches, though, it turns into a fairytale setting. The whole place becomes something of a Yuletide fantasy that draws patrons by the score. Would definitely recommend reservations in December.
My friend brought me here for the first time and WOW! Worth every penny!
Food was okay, great service though, not bad for hanging out with friends or family.
Get Par 3 course in super shape. Watch out frie the resident Sandhill Cranes and their twins. Great food and service.
Good short course. Great to play with the wife.
We celebrated my friends 50th birthday here for dinner. Upon arrival it was so pretty as it was decorated beautifully with Christmas lights all over and a beautiful tree inside. It was pretty magical. The food was good but the dinner was not too extensive so a few of us went with appetizers as a main meal. Overall, a lively time was had by all!
All I can say is fantastic
Golf course is good and well maintained. Food is fine. You will enjoy the hospitality and nice golf.
Very nice course, very friendly staff there, had an amazing experience here
A real pleasant surprise! Terrific course inviting Clubhouse with delicious lunch special. Most definitely coming back!!
Love love golfing here. When you finish your 18 holes go have the seafood chowder. You will have no disappointments here
Pretty executive size course
Played it shortly after a monsoon Fairways and greens at great condition
Nice gas-fire in the outdoor seating area.
Value for your dollar is good. Course is a little wet someplace on the regular
Course is great. Serving staff inside, were kind of rude; but it looked like they were pretty busy.
Service is pretty good... food is over priced and is meh
lunch is good and watch golfers tee off
Skip the prime rib. Its actually a prime rib steak that is heated as you need it. Never comes medium rare. No flavour, no texture, just an a tired piece of brown meat. Used to be good several years ago. Disappointing on several occasions.
