Hard to get a tee time and the course is cramped

Beautiful course along the St. Lawrence. Last few holes play along the river. Course was dry, but it hasn't really rained in weeks.

Beautiful place to go and enjoy of good surroundings. Shrimpcakes at the restaurants are to die for. The staff is also very attentive.

Not reviewing the golf course just the restaurant. Our waitress was really sweet but food was below average. Very disappointed with the lobster Mac and cheese. Maybe the lunch menu is better?

Course is in amazing shape. The members and staff are ridiculous. 3x now when we make the turn we are being jumped by members who claim they can start on either side when they want. We were jumped today by the slowest 4 sum known to man. We thought they would let us pass on the par 3…. Nope. Not to mention there wasn't a soul in front of them. We skipped the par 3 and finished the round and never saw them once. We decided after 18 to go back and play the par 3 we missed making sure not to cut anybody off. Somebody from the club house comes flying up on us asking what do we think were doing lol. Apparently they thought we were trying to steal a extra par 3. Last time they gave us tee times we made the turn and the ladies had a league going out. They start yelling at us and tell us take it up with the club house. We went in for a rain check, he smiles and says go jump to 14 and 10 should open up by the time your back. We go to 14 and its absolutely packed with no where to squeeze in. This is massena/louisville not the bel air country club. You guys should hire a starter and make sure members aren't jumping in where ever they want. Also today we were on our starting tee box and 2 members come flying up on us asking if this is our tee time. We say yes. I notice its only 2 people I ask if they want to go before us because we have 4. They said no were waiting for 2 more. So then they just sat on our tee box while we all hit and made us feel rushed. Idk about this place. Course is amazing and fun to play but the ambience is not enjoyable. Apparently if you dont pay in the thousands for a membership your not welcomed. Hope they can sustain profitable business with this attitude.

Course was in great shape. Fairw Ays short greens beautiful and speedy. Its the best I've seen it ever.. Usually play it a couple times a year.

A challenging course with slow greens that are anything but level. My fave was the raised green...all you see is the flag.

Traveled over 9 hours to arrive late at our "hotel" nearby" for a graduation the next day. We were told they were open, & had great food. Although we could "see" the facility from the hotel luckily we drove, there were no signs, no indication of what the facility was. My husband thought it was a "wedding reception". Since the owner of our hotel had just raved about the food, I didn't believe he was referring to a wedding reception. After several minutes of debate we decided to venture in, only to be ignored by all of the staff. We finally asked a bartender who said, "it's our pre-opening night. We don't really open for another 2 days", then gave us directions to the next closest "restaurant" 15 miles out of town, which we never found. We did find a pricey pizza/sub shop, close to 10pm who we're lucky for us still open. The area is so desolate, there isn't much around. The hotel didn't even have vending machines to get us through till morning.
