First time playing here on the weekend - was a really nice course. Prices were very reasonable and the course was generally in good condition, though it was unfortunate that they had recently aerated the greens and they were heavily sanded. My only point of constructive feedback would be to have a beverage cart and/or better stocked snacks in the clubhouse after 9; a missed opportunity for the course and an annoyance for the golfer.

I hidden gem... I have lived about 50 mins from this track for a few years and I play on average over 175 rounds of golf a year and for some reason I have never been enticed to play here... not sure why... I'll be back! This is simply a fun place to play 18 holes of golf with good course conditions. Big thumbs up for the tee boxes and greens, both in excellent condition. Sand traps are a complete different story... it had rained (4 days earlier) and it showed with extremely damp sand and many water run off tracks (deep ones). Some of the bunkers simply were not playable. They should have been maintained by the time we played compared to the last rain but not sure of the regular playing conditions of the sand here; this may or may not be the norm. This is an extremely picturesque course with many photo opportunities if you want to take the time (you will need it on the front 9 as there are plenty of pretty holes). I should have taken more for this post. While some of the holes might seem short they can be a little tight so driver might not be the best club off the tee... be aware. Greens were fast but fair. I always say if you are going to golf you should be having fun or else why are you golfing... I had a lot of fun... as did my playing partner for the morning.

We played an 18 on father's day at La Cité. The grounds were nice and the greens were impressive but hard to play. Maybe we had too many beers! Worth the travel!

Really fun course! Not like some that have each hole lined up in rows. So much beautiful water. As a new comer it would have been nice to have a map but we will know exactly where to go next time!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Booked a round for 4 people through chronogolf. Unfortunately the manager would not honour the special. We were told it was our problem to deal with. Basically the deal was pay for 3 and one free. The manager could not care less that we drove an hour to the course. And would not budge on the price. I work in customer service, I’ll admit I was in shock how poorly it was handled. On principle I will never return to this course. It maybe it is a nice course I will never know. But if their manager is their leader I cannot imagine how the rest of the employees customer service skills are.

My partner then decided to continue walking she sent a person from the staff to follow him in a cart to 'monitor' him or that this person proceed to say to my partner: are you leaving? if not, I will apply the police and tell them that you are threatening me, we even have it on video. I liked this golf course but I'll never go back (Original) Mauvaise experience avec certaine personne du staff, il nous disent de comencer sur le back 9 a la fin de notre back 9 a 7h45 il nous disent que on peut pas faire le front 9 car les sprinkler sont partie et que nous allon devoir refaire le back 9. On lui demande alors d'avoir un rain chek car nous avont deja fait le back 9 et sa nous interesse pas de le faire deux fois l'employer de la proshop a hausser le ton sur nous sur le bord de crier et nous dit que on peut pas faire le rain chek ses le back 9 ou parter on lui dit simplement que ses insultent de se faire parler et traiter come sa surtous que on vien jouer a se terrain de golf au moin 4-5 fois semaine et défois deux 18 troue par jour elle ses ensuite mis a nous crier dessu elle nous a enlever notre cart de golf que nous avont payer pour et nous a dit de le marcher si on voulais le finir. Mon partenaire a alors decider de continuer a la marche elle a envoyer une personne du staff le suivre en cart le 'surveiller' ou que cette personne a proceder a dire a mon partenaire: part tu la? si non jva appler la police et leur dire que tu me fait des mennace nous l'avon meme en video. J'aimais bien ce terrain de golf mais pus jamais je vais retourner
