Play Yesterday first time this year it is has dried up quickly this year greens are already in the best shape I have actually ever seen and I only played The Back Nine looking forward to the 19th hole

Made a tee time early in the morning for 11:30am. When I checked in the pro shop I was told that they had some league guys on the front nine and I should start on the back nine. No problem, figured the league would be finishing up when I make the turn. That was not the case at all. There were league guys still teeing off on the #1 tee box when I got finished on the back. John ? from the pro shop came out when he saw me and said I could play the back nine again if I wanted, I didn’t care for the back nine so I chose to play through the foursome ahead of me. He said those guys were league guys that arrived late but that wasn’t the case at all. When I caught up them at the next tee box they informed me that they were league and so were the four groups ahead of them. Why wouldn’t the pro shop notify players that the front is closed for league and I could only play the back nine ? This is the first and last time I will be playing this course. The back nine is rough to say the least. The front looked much nicer but really couldn’t say because I only saw two holes before leaving. I hate it when the pro shop doesn’t tell you when you call that half the course is closed. This isn’t a great course anyway, Molone was much nicer and I would have gone back there to play if I had know what was going on at Cedar View. Just be honest ! Is that too much to ask ?

I went there today may 27, 2019. This was the worst course I have played in upstate new york. The greens were horrible. Giant pot holes with missing green with patches of sand. The fairways were badly mowed and the rough was a field. I would highly recommend against going to this course if your a avid golfer. And to top it off the carts were terrible I think it was older than me. You had to hold the gas down for 4 seconds before it even began to move. I will never go back worst course I have ever stept for on.
