Course has taken a 180 degree turn in the right direction. New management has done excellent work fixing the once choppy greens, re-vamped the driving range and the rest of the course is showing potential that has been lost over the past few years. Great course for beginners and was instrumental for me when i first started playing to develop a love for the game... Glad to see it being taken care of finally!

Great fun at the driving range. However, they need new bulbs in the light fixtures as it gets dark early. The range experience would be better if the bulbs were replaced.

Great beginner friendly golf course! The new owners have things figured out. Old owners were charging premium rates and it is not a premium course. Awesome place to get a quick round in, super friendly staff and kid friendly! Keep up the good work guys!

Great course now that there are new owners, they have really put some serious love into this place. Looking forward to seeing it get better in the next couple years. It’s going to take time for sure. Tee boxes are and some of the greens are in rough shape but there coming around. The course can be a bit soggy at times but it looks like there working on proper irrigation at the moment. I’m going to keep going and support my local courses!

Fun and enjoyable day of golfing at Cheam. Course is under new management (very friendly). Note that their is now a dress code in effect (just no cut offs or tank tops). The food in the Club House was Hot and Delicious while the Beer was cold and smooth. Thanks for the great day and we will be back. The Mt.Lehman McRae's

Cheam mountains greens are rolling as well as cascada. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!! Al Hartman and Mike Stewart are probably 30 handicaps, havnt found the middle of the club face in 4 years and are twiced divorced.

A lovely short course. The new young owners continue to make improvements and maintain the course in good condition. The greens were quick but some were showing signs of drying out. Some golf and dine options with the restaurant would be nice. Overall a fun place to play and decent value.

Course needs a lot of work. It recently was taken over with new management. They are trying to clean it up by upgrading the driving range, clearing brush from the sides of the fairway etc. The tee boxes are hard as rock and covered it weeds. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to get the course back to decent shape and that will simply take time. Employees are very nice and helpful.
