I was invited as a guest to play here. The course is well kept for the most part (some patches of mud and deas grass) and offers a good challenge with a few narrow fairways and other mid-sized ones. The greens aren't too quick or slow for my taste. While there is water, it is rarely directly in the path of the ball (rather, it's to the side of the fairway).

gorgeous course, well maintained, would definitely consider being a member if i lived in the area, the members are great, the atmosphere is phenomenal and the food is restaurant quality. i only got to play the back 9, but looking forward to coming back for the full 18. truly a jewel specially if you like to walk the course.

My daughter had her wedding on the grounds. Not with the golf course venue. She booked with Le group Madison. They have a gorgeous tent for weddings there. I would highly recommend having your wedding there. It is gorgeous!!!!! I loved it. As the mother of the bride i was super impressed. It's magical and fairytale perfection! Don't look anywhere else! If you want a beautiful romantic wedding venue, this is it.

(Translated) First game at the Windmill Heights club. I liked the design of the course. Fine par 3 with water fountains, green often well protected by good sand traps, a few more technical holes where positioning is important. However, a big disappointment with the condition and maintenance of the course. Greens are often sandy, asphalt hard, and don't hold up approaches at all. We fall in front of the green and we roll behind. Ditto on the aisle side. Lack of grass in several places. I can't compare with previous years, but it looks like this summer's heatwaves have left their mark more than elsewhere (Original) Première partie au club Windmill Heights. J’ai apprécié le design du parcours. Beaux par 3 avec fontaines d’eau, verts souvent biens protégés par de bonnes trappes de sable, quelques trous plus techniques où le positionnement est important. Par contre, grosse déception concernant l’état et l’entretien du parcours. Les verts sont souvent sablonneux, dur comme de l’asphalte et ne retiennent pas du tout les approches. On tombe devant le vert et on roule derrière. Idem du côté des allées. Manque de gazon à plusieurs endroits. Je ne peux pas comparer avec les années précédentes, mais on dirait que les canicules de cet été ont laissées leurs traces plus qu’ailleurs

The marshal and a guy who claims himself the director and owner of the club also the owner of "Prestige Golf" is very rude. They rushed us three times in front nine even though we finished it in two hours. We had to leave after only the front nine. I would give a worse rating than a one star. If WindMill Heights only want to please the private member, why sell tee time on Prestige Golf.

My first year as a member. The staff and management are always very friendly and welcoming. Played last year several time and the improvement on the Fairways and Greens are really amazing . EXCELLENT JOB ! Really enjoying the season and looking forward to next season. Thanks to Mike (management) and Cornelia (Pro Shop) and all the friendly staff for all your hard work and to making this season memorable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place is not made to hold a wedding. We never consulted with the owner but had to get our entire wedding plans made with the chef. We asked 6 months in advance for a rehearsal which they confirmed that we could do it the night before. We did improvise one without the staff being present, they were upstairs doing their thing and never asked us if everything going well.. There were cars parked where we had to practice and grass clippings and bird droppings in that area. We asked that they be cleaned before the wedding day which was never done. The only time the event coordinator met us was the night before the wedding. She was incredibly rude and not courteous, blond haired short lady, in her 30s, you can't miss her attitude. To put the icing on the cake we were promised to not have any events booked the day before so that we may decorate. Of course an event was booked. Therefore we had to decorate the day of, ONLY after 12pm because they never cleaned up the night before. The wedding was at 4:30pm. My two sisters who helped decorate ended up missing my ceremony. The owner and coordinator should learn their roles of being the first contacts and not having their customers rely on their chef to organize everything about the wedding, the guys does food not coordinate event!!! There was also a piece of gum in one of the canapés that were served that night. It's an "ok" venue, "sub par" really, with horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

(Translated) The worst golf of my season to date !! I stopped playing after nine holes because the greens were so poorly maintained. The worst field conditions I have played this season. They looked like April or May greens, they were so broken, sandy and tacky. A big maintenance problem on this course. (Original) Le pire golf de ma saison à date !! J’ai arrêté de jouer après neuf trous , tellement les verts étaient mal entretenus. Les pires conditions de terrain que j’ai jouer cette saison. On aurait dit des verts du mois d’avril ou mai , tellement ils étaient brisés, sablonneux et plaqués. Un gros problème d’entretien sur ce parcours.

Played 18 hole round today on a course that was dry , green was aweful full of dry patches with sand and annoying personnel passing there lawnmowers during our game and lawnblowers right on the green signaling me with there hands to go ahead and shoot while on the green I couldnt believe this and its a private club!!! I was done with this club after the 4th green but because of the luv of the sport I managed to complete it NEVER will I tee off there again! Anywhere is better than there!

3 stars due only to the nice staff and nice layout . I played this course in mid july and the conditions were horrible. Maybe the worst greens ive played on in a few years. And the fairways are in average shape and no better than any public course out there. I can understand conditions like this in the first couple of weeks of the season opener or that this is the best that they can do but then charge a fair rate for what you're offering. But at 91$ riding , get real!! Not booking there again.

Great Course layout.... great track honestly... bunkers weren't raked. Crab Grass galore that day. A positive was the young gentleman in the bag storage, chris. Was extremely rudely confronted by a man named Jim about my shorts. I spent over 250$ at the course that day. This man had no compassion or care for the money i had spent or the travel i made to go to the course that day, since i am from Mont Saint Bruno. Will definitely not recommend the course do anybody, Jim ruined my experience and this man should retire, if he is to be that grumpy about golfers coming to spend money as a guest at his course. Great way to get new members if you ask me.. for a course that obviously seems to struggle with membership (according to my member friend)

I am writing this review because Madison Group’s clients deserve to know how greedy and despicable these people are before doing business with them. My two friends have a wedding booked at one of Madison Group’s venues this summer. As you can imagine, they had no choice to postpone due to the uncertainty of the Covid19 pandemic. While all their other vendors were understanding and happily accommodated, Madison Group did not. My friends tried to rebook for the summer of 2021 but were told that Saturdays were off limits because they were reserved for new clients. When my friends pleaded that it was unfair to prioritize future clients over them, Madison Group reminded them of the (very expensive) penalty if they terminated their contract. A wedding is supposed to be a couple’s perfect dream, planned to the last detail. You would think that a company like Madison Group that specializes in weddings would understand that. My friends spent a lot of time, energy and money to plan this wedding since it was only supposed to be a few months away. To make matters worse, I have just heard of this exact situation happening to another couple who is also dealing with Madison Group, which leads me to believe that they are likely doing this to all of their clients who had a wedding this summer. This pandemic has given businesses an opportunity to show their true values; are they willing to sacrifice profits in exchange for humanity and helping their customers in these difficult times, or will they be greedy and bully their clients, using legal contracts as ammo. Despite their social media posts assuring that “their clients would not be penalized in any way,” Madison Group is clearly one of those businesses who have no problem treating their customers poorly if it means making a buck. This entire ordeal has brought my friends a tremendous deal of stress and anxiety, but they don’t have the energy to fight this because of all the other work required to postpone their wedding. And that’s in addition to all the other stresses from this pandemic. Hence why I took it upon myself to write this review. Unfortunately, my friends’ dream wedding will suffer at the expense of lining the pockets of the wealthy owners of Madison Group. Before you consider giving Madison Group a cent, remember that if you did, and if this pandemic took place during the summer of your wedding, they would have no problem kicking you to the curb like yesterday’s garbage.

We had our wedding there and it was fantastic! The venue is beautiful- it's a gorgeous room with a nice view of downtown Montreal, and the outdoor grounds are really pretty for the ceremony and pictures. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I was planning from a distance for most of the wedding and Edith (event coordinator) and Lino (owner) were there whenever I had questions or concerns. Edith is amazing and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day of, and Lino stayed for most of the night to make sure we were satisfied. The whole staff was great as well. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding here- our guests loved it and so did we.
