You will see the feddbacks of real people like you who are consuming the products and services of Piper's Heath Golf Club (Golf) around Cambridge territory (Canada).
As of day the firm gets a score of 4.5 out of 5 and that rating was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings is nearly the best one, and it's founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can think that the valuation is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they are satisfied, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put scores when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Golf belongs to the category of Golf course.
Great course (tough but great). All the staff followed protocol, and everything went like clockwork. Love the place!
I'm not one to write reviews - in fact I don't think I've ever done it before but I wanted to take a moment and share an experience I had with the staff at Piper's Heath while trying to book a tee time using an Underpar deal I bought over a year ago. Anyone who uses Underpar deals knows that there are restrictions - usually designed to make redemption not as easy because, in my opinion, it's a deal and the course isn't making as much money from you - so that's a known part of the process when buying the Underpar deal. This particular deal had no restrictions from Sept 20 to May 31 and then had no restrictions Monday to Thursday and 11 or later on the weekends. It's now October - a full year after I purchased the deal and there is a tee time available for a rainy Sunday at 10:57 - 2 spots still open and the course won't make an exception for 3 minutes - to fill a twosome on a rainy day in October. I understand that the course has to be fair and apply rules evenly but 3 minutes in October on a rainy day after the course has had my money for a year is ridiculous. I'll play this course for the last time on Sunday and will never buy another Underpar deal for the course or go to the course again.
Another great night at Piper's. Fun round followed by a great dinner on the patio with the hockey game on TV.
Really impressed by great meal and great service. Our server (Erin) was efficient and precise - my wife is fussy about the fish batter and she and our guests loved it.My burger was fantastic and great fresh fries.A really good wine with the meal .The staff were attentive and made it a great Break. We will be back!
Beautiful and well maintained golf course.

Great links style course layout! Walkable but better with a cart due to distances. Bring lots of patience as the greens a super fast
This is great test of golf skills! Stay out of the grass and you will fair well. But mostly stay out of the grass because of ticks. The food is fantastic and the patio is very nice.
While they (obviously) specialize in golf, the club is also a great spot to host a wedding. Our violin and cello duo has performed here over the past several years, and we would recommend this venue to prospective brides and grooms.
Always a very enjoyable experience. I do want to post a NOTE here: The place, contrast to what Google Map navigation would told you, is on the EAST side of the road. I hope this message may helping people making less U turns :-)
Cool wedding venue with a barn for photos. Event staff are very experienced and helpful.
Awful Experience!!! Worst golf outings I have ever had! I have only golfed here twice this year (2014) and both times were the worst experiences I have ever had on a golf course! Keep in mind, I was here for company events - so I am not sure if the experience would have been different for a regular round. Let's start with the first event. We hosted a golf day for our department, so we shared the course with the regular golfers that day. We had a block of tee times for us and were repeatedly told that it was 15 minutes between tee times at the start. That is fine, most of us kept under the 15 minutes/hole time limit, picking up our balls if we reached our 15 minute limit. But despite that, we were still chased around the course by extremely rude marshals. They made half of our foursomes tee off at the halfway markers even though we were nowhere near their 15 minute/hole limit. We were playing a scramble and made sure to keep to their time estimates. Nevertheless, the Marshals were relentless in their harassment of our groups. The worst part was their extreme rudeness and pompous attitude. Now, the second event was an entire company golf tournament where we had the entire course to ourselves in the morning. They opened it up to public play in the afternoon. Despite renting out the entire course, we were still chased around the golf course by the ever-so-rude marshals. Several groups were urged to hit into the groups in front of them to "speed up" the pace of play. All the rushing was topped off by them serving lunch 2 hours late! Just an overall awful experience! If it weren't for the extremely rude staff, this course would be a gem to play! The course is well-cared for and conditions were excellent during both outings. I will never golf here on my own accord and it is all because of the extremely rude staff.
Love this course hate the design of the greens
Course in great shape for November. Friendly staff and good Covid protocols.
This is a very well managed and maintained golf facility. My favourite public golf course. A model for others to follow.
top notch track !!!
A little bit far away from Oakville, but good place to practice
Amazing venue for wedding! Attended my best friends wedding here!
Unbelievable layout, great scenery and super challenging from the back tees
Very nice upscale golf club, well maintained golf carts, great bathrooms with showers. Grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. The drinks cart comes around often, and the catered service is really good and the food doesn't disappoint. The only downside is there is no bathrooms or porta potties on the course, and it's a long way back to the club house. This is the reason why I no longer play there. Overall a nice place with great food!
Course was in great condition. Food was delicious afterwards.
I love this golf course. It is a briiliant design and is kept in great condition. In my opinion this has to be one of, if not the best, public golf facilities in the GTA. However, what is going on in the restaurant ?The service is atrocious. In my last four visits we have walked out twice as we couldnt get served. The other two times we got served after lengthy waits. Today we tried the bar. We were the only people there. The server completely ignored us. So we tried the patio. There was one other table with three people so it wasnt busy. We were ignored. Back to the bar. Still the only customers but two servers, the chef and other staff ignored us so we left hungry and thirsty. I will come back for the golf but I am done with the restaurant.
Offensive pricing. No seniors rates. NOT coming back.
A great links course.
We had our wedding at Piper's and all I can say is wow. Beautiful venue, amazing staff, delicious food. We had many compliments on all of the aforementioned things. Nigel was incredible. He coordinated our day perfectly and he tried his best to make everything we requested happen. Our day was absolutely perfect.
It's a great public golf course that is extremely well looked after. It's a fun challenge for all levels of golfers.
I was very pressed with the meal. All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend a function to be held there.
Course was in great shape. First timing playing it and can't wait to try again.
They are doing a great job. Considering the COVID limitations. Course is in great shape!
If you want to play a 5 hour round, over priced and wait every hole, this is the golf course for you. Marshall or course won't move the groups ahead of you till after the 13th or 14th hole. For the money charged.
Fun course that is very well maintained. Staff were very friendly as well
A challenging but enjoyable course nestled on Trafalgar Rd. The greens are consistent and the breaks make you think your putts through. The fairways are kept in excellent condition and the course overall has enough to challenge your game. At the end, you will have a rewarding game if you plan your shots through.
We'll maintained course and restaurant is open late enough for dinner after a twilight round.
Course was in great shape. Pace of play was slow for a 9am weekday tee off - waited on every hole. There was a Marshall out there, but not sure that his presence was doing much. They should really consider spacing tee times 10 rather than 9 minutes apart.
Awesome experience from start to finish. Kind employees and great conditions. I really enjoyed how they spread out the tee times so you never have to wait at holes.
Should be called Piper's Fescue. Challenging but fun to play!
Great course. Customer service was exceptional. Pipers heath is a challenge but a fun course, we played the blue tees which measure 6600, and found the layout was tough but fair. It is designed more for better players however if you pick the right tee a more novice player can have fun. The greens are fast and firm but the fairways are lush and are receptive. The fescue is long and tough and I would recommend hitting provisionals as the marshall does make sure groups keep pace. Overall fun challenging course, it is worth the price.
Very nice Golf course
Great golf experience!
We just want to thank the staff of Piper's Heath for the delicious dinner they gave in order that family and friends might join with us to celebrate Alyssa Booth's granfather's eightieth birthday. We received so many favourable comments on the fantastic dinner, the location of the room with a lovely view overlooking the golf course and pond, and also the helpful shuttle service. Thank-you to the staff who helped to have the evening run so smoothly so everyone could enjoy themselves.
Beautiful links style golf course with great facilities and staff. Very challenging course so stay out of the rough but the fescue is very well groomed and not overgrown (unlike Royal Ontario down the road)
Like others the underpar seems to cause them issues. They have very little availability and when I tried to get the one tee time they had available (a few minutes before 4:00) Steven wouldn’t honour it...said the owners are really strict about underpar. So rather than do something for a prospective customer they opted to provide substandard customer service.
Very beautiful and well maintained. Greens are in excellent condition, pin placements are challenging.
What a scam, opening weekend and these guys are charging $85 plus tax. Grass is not even green yet.
First time here. And the place/location is very nice. Waitresses was pleasant and were helpful. Food tasted okay, nothing to brag about. Average tasting food but good portion sizes.
Beautiful for weddings
Well maintained public course and following strict COVID 19 guidelines!
Really nice course and overall facilities. Well maintained and enjoyable to play and slightly challenging at times which is fun. Great service on the course from the cart girls and a nice clubhouse resto bar as well. Would recommend a visit here for sure ????????
Looks good.
This is my favorite golf course in the GTA. A bit pricey for milton, but you get what you pay for. Course is always in immaculate condition plus pace of play is great. Course is challenging enough yet fun for multiple skill levels. Been here twice this year and will be returning for years to come.
(Translated) Very good links course! The design of the course is unique and the green is the key here! Dark lines, undulations, illusions, etc., will make your satisfaction on the greens on the pars instantly become frustrating. (Original) 非常好的links球场!球场设计风格独特,果岭是这里的关键!暗线、起伏、错觉等等,都会让你标准杆上果岭的满足感瞬间变为沮丧。
Great links style course. Convenient location. A little pricey at $100+ per round. Nice patio!
I had my wedding at Pipers Heath recently on May 19th, I can't express how impressed I was with the service, the food and the place itself. My husband and I and all of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing Piper's Heath was, I have to say a special thank you to Nigel for all of his help leading up to my wedding and the day of my wedding he was truly amazing and not only did I feel that way so did my guest, Shannon as well was so amazing she was always checking up on us to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything throughout the whole night. The scenery is gorgeous, the food is excellent you won't find food like this at any hall most people go to for their weddings and again the service was exceptional, my wedding was beautiful for many reasons and one of the reasons was because it was at Pipers Heath, thank you again Nigel and Shannon and the rest of the staff at Pipers Heath for making my wedding day so special :)
Recently hosted a small corporate event at Piper's Heath. The quality of the golf course was very impressive, however it was really the Piper's staff which made it an amazing event. From the pro shop to patio staff following golf were all excellent and contributed to a memorable experience. A great menu with exceptional food quality makes it one of the best places to enjoy a post round gathering.
Great course!
If you’re looking for a great round of speed golf this is your place! Never been rushed so much in my life. Got told to speed the pace up about 8 times to be exact on and off the green. Finished the first 9 in 1:45, didn’t seem to slow considering how challenging the course can be. Worst golf experience I’ve had to date. The course is beautiful and very challenging, just wish I could’ve focused and embraced the challenge of the course more rather than being interrupted every 3 holes.
We had our daugther’s aqeeqa party at Pipers Health Golf. The venue was amazing and the service was incredible. Nigel went out of his way to ensure our event went perfectly.
Very beautiful place. And they have someone drive you from your car to the main building in a golf cart. Friends had their after after wedding reception here. Enjoyed it very much.
Attended a wedding reception here. Food was very good. Drink selection was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Beautiful venue for a reception.
Not pleased with the staff. Bought an underpar ticket which included a free replay. Called 3 days in advance to book an early tee time, mentioning we had the free replay. They failed to mention there was a tournament in the afternoon. Booked the day off work, and when I showed up they told us we couldn't use the free replay because of the tournament. They gave us no compensation and were not polite about it at all. I understand the replay was a bonus but mentioning it on the phone call when I booked my tee time they should have said something. Easy way to put a sour taste in someones mouth.
DISAPPOINTED. Nice golf course and for the most part the staff was great and friendly except for this one guy. I didn’t catch his name but he was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I was there with a couple of family members and we are all beginners and are still learning the sport. As a result we are not familiar with every single rule and etiquette. While we were playing, one of us took the golf cart to a place where we were not supposed to take it. As soon as we realized we asked him to turn around and he did. After seeing that one of the staff member stopped us and started talking rudely. We immediately apologized and explained that we were only beginners and it will not happen again. Then he actually had the nerve to ask us if we can even READ!!! Come on, I don’t expect this kind of behaviour when I am paying $100/person to play. This is unacceptable. I hope someone at this golf club has the decency to apologize for his behaviour. Till then I will definitely not be coming back anytime soon and will definitely not be recommending this golf course to anyone.
The course is amazing shape and the staff and service is top notch. Highly recommend the course.
Great place to have lunch on the patio. Excellent menu choices. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich, it was well made and comes in a good portion size. Patio is large enough to be spaced out well during covid. Excellent service by staff.
Lots of parking, carts are great, service was AMAZING ???? Would highly recommend for a fun day of golf. Course was in great condition and fun to play for first time in years. Looking forward to going back!!
Great staff, great course
Great patio with delicious food and super friendly staff. The course is always in great shape and a challenge for players of all ability. The cart staff are wonderful. ????????
A true golfers course, Dec 2nd. and they were open. Great shape, courteous staff. A little pricey for off season $85. Enjoyable highly recommended Ted
Great links style course, rolling fairways and fast table top greens. An enjoyable round of golf. Hidden Gem!
Beautiful course and friendly staff.
Great track. Open links style course. Well worth the money. Men's tees will definitely pose a challenge.
Great course and staff. Loved how clean and healthy the course is. The food was really good and the cleaning staff they have made me feel comfortable even with the coronavirus out. I will be back next week and after
Great Experience! Staff and course top notch.
Great public driving range and putting green. We had a great time and got amazing service with a smile grabbing refreshments on the beautiful patio ????☀️
Fantastic day and great course! Will definitely return again!
Excellent service. The greens were being aerated so we could only play the front 9. So we played it twice. The second time was only $20. The only thing that didn't make it a perfect day was the Autumn weather and the grass was taller than usual off the fairway. Couldn't get out of the rough.
Always a great experience. We have booked a small group at Piper's for 7 years, and every year has been fabulous! The course is always in great shape, and the staff are always helpful.
Great condition, pace of play was not bad for a public golf course. Overall, good experience and met my expectations.
Great course. Fast greens compared to other public courses
Well manicured public golf course with multiple tee boxes. Wonderful patio and friendly staff.
A great links layout, friendly knowledgeable staff and the food is second to none. Highly recommended, for anyone looking for a quality golfing experience.
This is a very nice course indeed. Very good overall. Nigel is a standup guy and I quite enjoy chatting with him before my tee time.
Great course that is always well maintained. The greens are fast and putt true. Friendly staff and tasty food.
Excellent links golf. Great turf condition. Challenging but fair.
Here for a wedding rehearsal. Nigel does the weddings here and he is top notch. He is very organized and calm.
Nice course. Well-maintained. Good pace of play. Fescue-lined fairways make it fairly unforgiving. Even if you find your ball, good luck getting back in play out of waist-high grass (trust me, learn from my mistake). Only downside is that it's not a cheap place to play golf. Round with cart cost me $120 on a Saturday morning.
Great layout and we'll taken care of. Best club sandwich and fries around
One of the nicest courses I've played. The course, staff, facility and carts are wonderful. I highly recommend playing a round here. Thanks to all the staff that made today a great experience. I'll be back with friends!!!
I always enjoy playing at Piper's Heath. I am a member at a private course and can confidently say that this course is kept In as good or better shape than most private courses. This year in particular, the course is in exceptional condition from the tee box to the greens. The marshals and beverage cart staff were very friendly and present throughout our round making sure everyone was well taken care of and happy with their experience. Well worth the fee
Great course and perfect condition. However, the Marshall came in to tell us to move up the tee when we are waiting for the group ahead anyway. He tried to argue with us so in the end, we just said, "sure". Coupled with the group behind us almost hitting us with their shots, personally, not so great experience. Could have been really good experience. Nonethless, in terms of layouts and conditions of the course, it is mind blowing.
Really great course. Have played it upwards of 30 times over the past 5 years. Course is always in MINT condition. They are a little aggressive with "cart path only" even after only 5 minutes of rain. They also have a tendency to pack the course so rounds can be very slow. But still a solid course with great food and a solid pro shop. Almost 5 Stars
Tough course. Great course condition despite hot summer. Course marshals are way too aggressive with the "keep pace " comments. We were ahead of place, but still got the comment. It has happened almost every time we play there. You can finish in 4 hours comfortably on weekends.
Terrible round. Played behind a bunch of hooligans. The front 9 Marshall refused to acknowledge that they were slow probably because he didn't want to be confrontational. He should be fired. For more than $200 this course is a complete waste. So disappointing. Will never be back. They cater to a bunch of hacks and have no regard for pace of play.
Playing a round of golf
Beautiful golf course! Beautiful facility! Amazing staff! Highly recommended
Long story that I need to share: I have NEVER played golf. Never!! So when I was invited to play golf for a company event (like on a course with actual bodies of water, grass, sand, and actual golf carts), I needed to at least hold a golf club. I swear it's fate that led me to Piper's. Beginning at the rental location for the clubs, she asked me, "What clubs would you like to rent for tonight?" My answer was, "There is more than one type of club??????" (yes, not only have I never played golf. I know nothing about it) I thought golf clubs just depend on a person's height (like a ski pole) After she gave me 3 clubs (driver, an iron, and a wedge), I said, "So I should rent 2 sets of these clubs because my partner here should have clubs too." She replied, "Well, you don't use all of them at once. So you could just switch." Oh! THEN. She taught me to hold and swing the club!!!!! THEN. SHE SENT AN INSTRUCTOR AFTER ME. (or maybe she told an instructor, who volunteered to go after me) We were walking to our driving range spot, and this orange-golf-shirt man started yelling (conversationally) behind me. "So I hear you haven't golfed before?" I'm pretty sure there's no nicer way he could start this conversation but I wanted to say, "I can't afford lessons." Instead I got shy and I didn't say anything. SO FOR THE NEXT 20 MINUTES, HE GAVE ME LESSONS. I learned: - to hold the club properly - that, yes, there indeed are many types of golf clubs. And I should know which club to use based on what I'm trying to achieve. - how to swing - how to swing without hitting the ground He just walked away cheerfully with a, "Good luck tomorrow!" Didn't ask if I'm coming back Didn't ask if I'm serious about golfing. Didn't say, "look for me when you visit again!" or "My rate is..." Didn't say I have talent (you know sometimes people say, "wow you're so gifted! You're better than a lot of students, you should take lessons!") -also I probably don't have talent. The next day (on Golf Day), I performed quite well!!!! I was able to hit OVER bodies of water.
Very pretty place. Nice for brunches and golf
Emily and Megan are the best servers at pipers. They made the experience 10 times better. I will be coming back primarily to see them but also for the amazing course conditions, even in this late of the season. You are lucky if you’re served by either Emily or Megan.
Greens and fairways in great shape. Great golf.
Beautiful place and setting.
Opening after Covid - charging full price for a cart when you have to travel alone is taking advantage of the situation, tee times too close together and they should not fill out a foursome with someone you don't know. Expensive round. Course in pretty good shape, greens very slow.
Beautiful event room. Great views of the course. Food was good for an event.
Great track. Pretty tough. Amazing cart girls and attentive staff.
Good value. Not cheap, but the course is beautiful and challenging and always well-kept despite heavy traffic and frequent weekday tournaments Good food, even cart sandwiches are tasty. Good range and practice green. No short game practice area for non-members. Well-managed operation.
Excellent course in excellent condition. The service is top notch. I love the course and would play again.
Great place to have a wedding. Beautiful grounds with lots of photo spots...and THE FOOD!!!!!
Great course and always amazing conditions. A must play at course!
Food was lacking but nice location
Very helpful staff. Lovely day out golfing.
The course was in awesome shape and the staff was excellent as always.
Great Course
Absolutely fantastic experience ???? the course is in amazing shape and the service is top notch????
Wonderful experience having our wedding at Piper's Heath. Would recommend the venue and Nigel to anyone looking!
Great servers and food, and a very friendly place to golf. The course is one of my favourites.
Home court
The best public course in Milton/Oakville area.
This golf course is challenging but somehow at the same time relaxing. I am by no means a good golfer, but regardless I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the course. It's punishing if you're not paying attention to your long game, and the greens are delightfully challenging. Overall, I'd recommend a game here to any golf enthusiast.
Always in great shape. Great range and good club house.
This place is beautiful. I've golfed here (not an easy course) and attended 3 weddings here in the last 4 years. The food was spectacular and the staff are extremely competent and on top of things. Excellent venue for any event!
Nice golf course...
I have only the best things to say about Piper's Heath Golf Club as a venue for our wedding last weekend. And I would strongly recommend it to any future bride, or groom considering a golf course wedding. The venue itself is beautifully maintained with rolling green hills, flowers, and a pond w/ swans. The staff was very professional from the beginning of preparation to the our actual wedding date, they helped capture our day the exact way we wanted. In addition the food was amazing, one of the biggest compliments by our guests.
Great course, staff and food. I love the tuna sandwich.
Challenging course, good staff and conditions.
Beautiful course and great driving range! Nice and helpful staff.
Held a friendly tournament with 12 friends. Had a blast from the pre-round range to the post round dining. We were painfully slow and the marshalls were extremely patient with us and helped us move along. All had a great time and I think we’ll be back next year. The course is top notch and difficult but fair. Food was great.
Nice place
Great course. Great staff, excellent conditions always. Love this place.
I frequently dine on the patio at Pipers as this is a beautiful location My issue is with their pub menu. Last year there were a number of gluten free items available on the menu. This year, other than salads, and steak frites there is little that I can select from. The chef has made no effort to create interesting gluten free options.
Bianca our server was so amazing and friendly, she made the restaurant a ver nice experience
Great course. Great service. Fantastic food. This course is so well maintained, everyone there is genuinely kind especially the pub staff inside. We ordered off the call box and the food was great, there was some slight miscommunication as I ordered a sandwich but they heard sausage but the blonde girl working went above and beyond and got one sent out to me; even asked how I would like it dressed. When a marshall brought it out it even had a note attached with a drawing apologizing for the miscommunication. The note was so cute, we made sure to grab lunch after. And the lunch was even better than the turn items we had eaten. Highly recommend.
Excellent condition marshals out keeping pace of play. Did I say the course is immaculate even in 48 degree days? Had wings there, breaded which is not my thing they were ok. Ceasar was on point and spicy. Very good course challenging.
Great track and in fantastic shape. Greens were fast and true. I'll be back.
Great golf course with excellent customer service.
We had our engagement party here 2 years ago and our son's baptism here today and we've had an amazing experience both times. The food is great and the staff is fantastic.
Amazingly well managed course . The fairways and tees boxes are in immaculate condition . The greens are very well manicured and are fast & true. A true challenge with the wind and the fescue . White sand bunkers , which are very well kept . Plays more than 7000yrds off the Gold tees. I have enjoyed every round I have played , worth every penny or even more . The staff is very professional and friendly . The difficulty of the course is such that one cant ever get bored of it . I highly recommend this course . Not to mention the amazing value the members range provides . It has to be one of the best practice facilities in Ontario if not the best.
