Tons of great Hiking trails 'nicely taken care of and 'groomed often' so horses don't run into pits and pot holes as with joggers also' big wide paths.Clean and taken care of often . The regulations for horses in Burnaby I don't know yet and I am not sure of the laws .It's fairly safe'*. i say that only because of the*Watch out for BEARS signs*. Its a mini forest in the middle of Burnaby' . There are trails all over the park and I live across the street from so many types of trees.. and animals.I sit on my porch some nights and listen to the coyote's ca in their cubs back from scavenging ' I see a new bird every other week' like my front window is the frame of any painting by one of the group of 7. Great place TO TAKE THE KIDS'' more than a few parks around and picnic spot in the proper season.Bless

Super chill spot to play Frisbee golf, intermediate level difficulty. Be prepared to potentially loose a disk or two, and maybe even find more than you came with looking for the one you may have lost. Wear sunscreen, and some mosquito vitamin B12 transdermal patches. There are tons of mosquitos here, tons.

Fun course set in the woods. The holes are designed quite straight, ant hills everywhere and bugs to eat you alive. It's also next to the highway so it's a bit noisy. Will be going back though.

Loved the disc golf course. All of the holes have elevation challenges with a variety of obstacle trees that force you into more challenging routes. Will definitely be going back.

Great disc golf course! Definitely a dog friendly park as well that is set kind of in the woods. There is small tee pads for each of the ten holes. Some of the locals said there is like 4 different variations of the course all throughout the park. We just played the regular ten holes a few time around and had a great time! The locals were very friendly throughout the park as well and gave us a few tips on other hole variations. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you play disc golf.

I think this is probably one of the nicer disc golf courses I have played but it is a bit short (only 10 holes and most are pretty short). The backside is also not particularly well marked which causes quite a bit of confusion. As a result, you get people playing holes they should not even be on yet. All in all, a nice course if you don't take it too seriously.

Great Disc Golf course and an off leash park for the doggies. Nice forest trails.

The trees at this park have some sort of magnetic attraction to plastic. Many of my perfectly good throws eventually ended up being ruined by some sort of tree "tractor beam"

Good but the frolf course is a bit short. There are only 10 holes. Also it can get quite muddy in the winter.

Nice and quit with a tiny river look very beautiful it's in a walking distance from Edmonds but make sure to keep it green and clean dont leave your waste put it in bin it's our responsibility to protect and respect our nature enjoy the view. ????

Cool game, just learning. Try it, all you need is a frisbee and I am sure the proper rules are on line. There are alot of chain nets and space all over.bless

Good, mostly short course. If you are new, take a photo of the map--once you get to 6, it will be hard to know where you're going until 9. There were quite a few people out last weekend, even in the wildfire smoke..

Great off leash dog area at the lower/north side of the park. This offers a mix of gravel trail leading to a wooded area where there are a couple of branches that can take you upwards back to the street. In the wooded area, the trail is not often used, and some portions you will be walking on stumps and roots. During wet weather taller boots are an absolute necessity as there is plenty of mud and a couple of streams that can get quite high at spots. Most dogs will absolutely enjoy this path large and small dogs. Smaller dogs may have some challenges if the water is deep, or some large logs that they may have to jump over. If you prefer to stick on the more pedestrian paths, you can walk the dogs to the upper portion of the park but they will need to be leashed for those areas. At the off leash area you will need to bring your own water and poop bags. There are no water fountains in the off leash area, and there is usually no provided poop bags that you might get at other dog parks.
