You have all the opinions of real people like you who use the products and services of Langara Golf Course (Golf) in the area close to Burnaby (Canada).
To this day the firm gets a rating of 4.1 stars out of 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really positive, and it's founded on a high number of reviews, so we can say that the score is very accurate. If people have bothered to value when they are pleased with the business, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to give evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Golf is classified in the category of Public golf course.
I got romantic in this place after finishing my accounting course 6 years ago. It's not all that private, but earlier in the day, we also did in in an adjacent classroom during break, so it's not like anyone expected any better from me. I've noticed people playing golf here in the daytime, so this is definitely a golf course.
Course was in good condition...the off at 730am today. No wait, very pleasant pace. 2 of us, finished 18 holes in 3hr45min
I golf here often. I lose balls, find balls, get a tan, hang with my friends, enjoy some peace, feed the crows (inadvertantly), see the wildlife, and every now and then hit a great one. It's great for a public course, an oasis in the city.
While it is a decent course, it is very pricey for what it offers. Also, there is no driving range, and no markers along the fairways except for 200, 150, and 100 yard markers.
Traditional old course from the 1930's, fast greens with lots of curves and undulations.
Really nice tennis courts!
Course is in usually in good condition from May to end of October. Need to put new yardage markers on the sprinkler head. Many are worn out or missing now. Probably the best greens out of the 3 City of Vancouver courses.
Course is in great shape this year!
Beautiful Golf Course with a good restaurant.
Good public course with maintained nice green and reasonable rate.
Nice place to spend your time.
Pretty good for a city course. Plus, any day golfing is better than not
Good price for a round of golf. Course was fine, perfect for someone like me re-entering golf after a few years off.
Me, too. The only problem with this golf course is the cheesy looking guy working at the pro shop. He yells at people for no reason.
Decent course and inexpensive. Only issue was with the cheesy-looking Australian dude working at the pro shop. He was rude and extremely unhelpful.
customer service was great here
Nothing against the golf itself. It’s in decent shape for the price. I asked multiple times for a cart and was told there wasn’t any because the only ones available were charging but the golf carts are gas... then I got a cart for the back 9 and was charged full price.
Challenging, not too much water? Fast greens that are very elongated. Well groomed
I don't golf but i love the trail around the golf course. A nice 30 min walk.
Great course. No issues with the fairway or anything for that matter. Note the golf course hasn't had any rain for the last week so I don't know how well it drains.
Toughest track the city has to offer, Toughest greens the city has to offer. Best Marshalls around. Course is in the best condition ever!

I thought this golf course was the best golf course in the langara golf course region <3 I can't believe the value for money in this 13 hole masterpeece. best 13 holes of my life clubhouse uses the right wood for sturdy placement. OMG can't believe the great time i had here with my gf megan cho. #greatgolf #lovemegan #bethevillage #imoutboisssss
Great and Quiet place to relax and even for jogging/Running .
If you follow directions from google maps it says turn on 59th street. Wrong! Turn on 49th street. Right by Langara college off Alberta street. This has been updated with Google maps. You can now enter off of 49th ave.
At 38 bones a pop - not too bad - also not always crazy busy. Course is dope, beer is good, food bad - too bad you can't bring a drink on the course, but ya know.
Great shap.
A very good public course.
Thanks for Google lead me in the wrong place , and almost miss my tournament,
Nice walking perimeter path food is good in the clubhouse
The ground crews have done a fantastic job in improving the overall fairway and greens condition over this last winter and it is now in tip top condition.
My least favourite among the city courses. The course layout is pretty weird and the drainage could use an upgrade, but it is a good course to work on your iron play (there aren't many hole you need to pull driver off the tee).
Great place to place with probably the best price too
Great course..
Right in town, cheaper than Fraserview Golf.
Nice place to have a walk
Behind my college ????
Nice course. Good greens. Some challenging holes. No major hazards. Lots of fun to play. Goid value. I recommend it.
Great course and always love to play here. Such a shame though to see the lack of care some players have for the greens. There were ball marks everywhere. I've never seen a green as bad as on 16. There must have been 30 visible ball marks. Sad to see people don't care about those coming up behind them.
Short track with deadly greens.
Pretty challenging tight fairways makes u think of club selection more. Decent drainage, all the slopes on the greens are a challenge. Mosquitoes were around alot in the morning but much better by noon when the sun was shining. Pretty good for a course right in the city. Nice friendly staff.
Wonderful front 9 played until dusk. Well maintained course, very enjoyable. No rush!
Great place for an amazing golf sunday.
Wonderful course, shortish but really tricky!
We like the convenient location, friendly staff. A place to have fund and workout together with our pals.
Easy course with difficult greens. Right in the city centre.
A good place to play Golf
Superb!
I ordered the western omelet, they had forgotten about my order plus the omelet came out really dry
Decent public golf course

Decent course for a round. Forgiving layout but is often soggy which adds to the difficulty.
Nice little public course, close to public transit. There is a pleasant 3.5 pathway for walking or jogging around the perimeter.
Top notch course. Wide, shorter, quite accessible to the average golfer.
Pace of play was good
nice place for a stroll
Course is good...a bit dry. Bathrooms are disgusting and smell at clubhouse. Food is so overpriced and not that great. Beer is cold!????
Located in the middle of Vancouver this golf course is very easily accessible
Super condition tee to green slick an fast contours absolute must play
Great lunch there!
Great public course with responsible rates. The course is well maintained but can get pretty busy in peak season. Book ahead using the app. This is also one of the closest courses to the city. Highly Recommended!
absolutely beautiful. played one of my best rounds ever. the course and everyone that works there are 1st class professionals. I love LANGARA GOLF COURSE????????????️♂️????️♀️
Great and Quiet place to relax and even for jogging/Running .
Great course in great shape with a great price. It's no Nicklaus North, but for a muni course, there's not much better value.
Been playing this course since I was a raw beginner 13 years ago and here's what I think of this course. When the weather is dry, its a great course to play in, the fairways are wide and the greens are challenging, but in wet weather the drainage could be better, but I've seen worse...I don't play there in the winter or after a heavy rain...Great value for your dollar..
Great for a walk ( I don't golf )
The greens are in great shape but challenging. Very well maintained course.
My walking group meets here occasionally. We met doing cardio in a UBC research projectvat the Langara YMCA. decent coffee shop. Good 60 minute walk around the golf course. I have played golf here ... nice public course.
You should swing by as a matter of course.
Nice golf course. Very central location
Beautiful location except they should keep the kitchen open a little later. Not a good enough golfer to rate that aspect.
Pace of play was good
The course is in excellent shape. For such a short course I found the pace of play slow but we were done in just about four hours so on time. I was a little shocked at the price of the round. Seniors get a good rate.
Great round today! Course is super playable even in late October, greens in excellent shape. 4 warmup stalls, electric carts, great views, all around awesome track.
The golf course is conveniently located near Cambie Street and 49th Avenue. Very nice layout.
Good city course with challenging greens. Not overly long. Enjoyable for the sub 20 handicappers
One of my fav courses in the Vancouver region. It does not look like much and can be a bit forgiving, but any Thomas McBroom fan will attest that certain features make this feel like a flowing course that will award the really good shots. Plays really well and lucious green during the dry summer time as the course sits on a natural aquifer.
Forgiving fairways
Forgiving fairways
Good place to golf but too wet in winter.
Was having lunch in the cafeteria. Quite lovely in that the view is outstanding and the food is quite good. Best deal in town. Just tea or coffee is fantastic as well.
Such an awesome place....
Beautiful view
Nice, friendly staff, fairly fast greens. Good condition, not especially challenging, but lots of fun with a good pace of play.
Nice quiet relaxing environment for a great game
2nd round of 2019 .
2nd round of 2019 .
Pretty good
Ok course for a round would prefer better cafeteria
Good condition
Played Friday, Dec 10 - 1:24 tee time for $13.50. Expected to slog through half a dozen holes of bog golf & call it quits. Played 15 holes and enjoyed every one of them! Kudos to the superintendent & grounds crew for the fantastic work they're doing under tough winter conditions. Tee to green, turf was firm & playable. Greens rolled beautifully; downhill putts not terrifying like mid-summer, but still surprisingly fast. Very few plugged lies in the fairways; still boggy in some low & remote spots in the rough, but not playing areas Full credit to the Parks Board for sustained commitment to improving Langara's drainage over the past few years. Five years ago the course was unplayable through the winter. Now it's a treat. Just don't tell too many of your friends!:)
Good
Expensive considering how poorly drained and maintained it is.
It's great . but there is not too much security around there .
Great local urban course with specials on early evenings and mornings.
We cannot rate the tennis courts but they are amazing. They have an awesome club that takes care of them. The club is only in the morning so by evening the courts are open to use. There are 4 courts that are maintained daily.
The fairway and the green just very good, as it is not public course.
This golf course is in terrible shape. The cost of playing golf there is an absolute rip off. The green fees and the cost of power cart is a complete joke. The green sign bunkers don't have any sand in them. The fairways are as dry as a bone and the short rough has not been cut back in weeks.. There are way better choices in golf courses in the lower mainland to choose from. I would suggest that you find a course that has been looked after before trying this goat pasture. Don't waste your money!!
Great for a quick round of golf in the city. Course drainage is getting better and conditions were amazing considering how early it is in the season. Greens were immaculate!
Good public course with maintained nice green and reasonable rate.
Greens challenging. Not a long course.
Pleasant course with abundance of wild life that includes coyotes...but in the parking lot beware of golfers who are late for tee times & driver Hummers...they blast through the narrow parking lot like it's the Indy 500!!!????
It's a good place for playing golf without tension.
Very nice city run course with plenty of challenging holes. Great place for lunch or a beer after. I highly recommend playing in early fall for a beautiful backdrop.
Good condition and friendly, but very difficult to booking.
Nice public course in the city! Affordable green fees.
Nice place to visit. Even just stop for coffee in the afternoon. Fairway is good .
Oasis in the city, peaceful, nice golf course.
This is a great course. It is a parkland course that is not very challenging and the pace of play is always quick. The staff is very friendly and the clubhouse is well equipped. Some of the best greens in the lower mainland.
I like this course! Some of the fairways are open, and others are more tight. The greens are big and in great condition. However they are undulating and pretty challenging. Not many water hazards, but a few sand traps sprinkled throughout.

Good local course
quiet to relax and friendly staff
Its nice if you want something central in the city. The curse is mostly flat, other than that it is nice place for golf.
Beautiful golf course.
It’s a nice course. Enjoyable layout, forgiving and some really nice sloping greens. Unfortunately (in early November) it’s extremely muddy in many areas. A couple of greens are in rough shape (lots of divots). I also had a hard time navigating a few holes, signage could be better. Also, it’s good in a way, because they are improving the drainage, but I was pretty upset that the proshop didn’t warn me that the 4th hole’s tees were temporarily moved to half way down the hole.. Probably a solid 4 star course in summer, but pretty rough/sloshy in the fall. Price was decent at first twilight.
The new aeration feels good and hopefully it will make the course better in the winter.
That cheesy looking Aussie dude was super helpful!
A nice course within the city
We love this course! However, your parking spots are Too NARROW and toilet paper is Super THIN :(
Don't golf, but their restaurant has a nice view of the golf course. Food is standard fare and coffee is just ok.
Tough pins tonight on a course that always has tough greens and pins! Yo fix your ball marks tho...
fancy golf course good restaurants there
Epic
Awesome course. Super friendly staff and very helpful, especially the Aussie guy!
Great course close to city. Toughish greens that are always in good shape. Fairways can get muddy after rains.
(Translated) GREAT LOCATION, I RECOMMEND YOU TO COME TO VISIT. (Original) ÓTIMO LOCAL, RECOMENDO VOCÊS QUE VENHA Visitar.
Great course for low and high handicap beautiful tough undulating greens. A true gem
Very good overall course.
Great location, good greens , nice short layout , bad drainage.
Green is a real challenge, LOL
worst game of golf I have ever played, if you plan on playing on this course don't come in your golf shoes come ready to play in your gum boots because every hole no matter were you hit it, is landing in mud, dirt, or water, even the bunkers were full of water. You could play your best shot ever straight down the fairway and will still see your ball make a splash because of all the water. At the end of the day my clubs looked like chocolate bars with all the mud covering them. Also the push carts were in the worst condition possible they were literal wheel barrels, some didn't even have a strap to secure clubs. Mine didn't and ruined my whole experience. The carts were just sitting outside messed up not even taken care of, the guy inside couldn't even care didn't tell us about the carts nor about how bad the course is. Worst course ever never going back to play at Langara again, would highly not recommend this course stay as far away as you can from it.
around the golf course is great place for a walk
Kind of pricey for a city course. No beversgr cart on a hot Friday midday, 10th hole shop was super busy too. Course is nice and well kept though. They make you pay for crappy walking carts which is kind of nuts too...
Nicely maintained course. One of the easier courses in the Lower Mainland. The clubhouse is pretty basic and mostly empty anytime I've been there.
Great course but some soggy sections but that's to be expected for spring golf. Still a great round and lots of fun.
The course was in pretty rough condition. Baked out in many places. No grass is many spots. That being said the greens were in excellent condition.
Nice course. The drainage isn't great for winter playing though. I like the patio at the he Clubhouse restaurant.
Golf in the city, enough said. Overall one very decent municipal Golf course in Vancouver. Great for after work play in the summer too.
Excellent course . Had a lot of fun playing it .
I went there multiple times to golf. I just had a problem few days ago as they ran out of cart. Terrible reason
Good
Nice golf course
Pretty good course. Nothing bad to say.
there's also a very nice public jogging track around it.
Very wet.
VERY WET - course good

Greens are in great condition, however it is an old course wich is short with small greens, poor drainage, good value for a cheap round.

The course is very nice even tho it was a little hard for beginner players. The course was very well maintained
Little soggy when I went. First time I played there. Good layout and short. Played from the blues cause my buddy wanted to but the whites would have been just as challenging.
(Translated) Public golf course in downtown Vancouver (Original) 벤쿠버시내에 있는 대중골프장
Nice layout, greens were running really fast and would probably get another star if I would have played mid-season...really soft conditions. Restaurant, although a cafeteria feel, has some great choices and you can watch the chef prep your meal.
Good patio and beer.
Not too long but still challenging, greens were beautiful
Played this on January 9th 2020. Only giving it three stars because it was so soft under foot. However the greens were excellent and I would imagine this a lovely course to play during the summer.
Lovely patio looks out on the greens... watch the planes come in over the Fraser River. Food is usual parks food...ok but not the reason to go.
When it's not raining this course is pretty good for a hacker like us
My stress relief!
Nice golf course love playing here
Nothing really the course itself, just here to drop my 2 cents about a certain patron.... Today I parked at the langara college to attend an exam. parted the car there next to the golf course.. when I came back out my back window was smashed... I think the guy clearly knows about it because the ball was nowhere to be found, just a ball shaped hole... so I drove to the course and asked the reception... Nobody said anything or leave any note regarding this. So I was left driving home with a shattered back window on a sunday afternoon To that particular patron: I hope you had a nice day and maybe one day you will understand responsibility. To the course... I am hoping something can be done to at least have a safety measure between the course and a parking lot. To be honest this was my only time here within this 4 years and today was just so happened to be my unlucky day.
Nice green, nice course for public!
Easy course for a very reasonable price. $60 for 18 is a great deal. Only water on 2 holes.
Has a nice patio with tables outside for dining look out at golf course nice food is good
Sprinklers were turned on when my friend and i were on the green. Got everything wet and couldnt play. Staff said something like "that was unlucky".
Great place for golfing. Friendly staff
A public golf course that doesn't seem to be gainfully utilized.
Little muddy when I was there but that's unavoidable this time of year, a great course. I will be back
(Translated) Very good court, excellent service! (Original) Muy buena cancha, excelente atención!
Great city course. Quiet with difficult greens.
Great course and course marshals
Good well maintained greens great course to start the season
Langara, in my opinion, is the shortest and easiest full course in Vancouver. It is conveniently located in the middle of the city, nicely maintained, and their cheap twilight rate makes playing golf a lot cheaper for a bargain hunter like me. In late June and early July, for $23 you can tee off after 6pm and still finish all 18 holes before it gets too dark, as long as the pace of play is good. There is hardly any hazard and all you have to worry about sometimes is not to step on goose poop which you will find in only two or three holes next to a pond. The green is not too fast, not too slow, and based on my own experience, most golfers who play there are pretty laid back. It is really easy for anyone to score well on this course, so whenever you need a little bit of encouragement (so that you don't quit playing golf), go to Langara and feel good about yourself. Oh, and I have to warn all twilight golfers! They lock the washroom doors early in the evening (sometimes before even 9pm), so make sure you use the washroom after the 9th hole if you plan on finishing the second half of the game. If the restaurant is still open, you can use the washroom inside the restaurant.
Super condition tee to green slick an fast contours absolute must play
It is so beautiful, in addition to being fun and challenging, the staff at Langara have also been known for putting out a great game day spread once you finish your round. You can enjoy your meal with views of beautiful green spaces pastures and some really nice homes.
Quite Sunday morning on a beautiful day. Fairways are in great shape. Greens are not too fast, but very playable ⛳⛳⛳????????????????
good
Like it, challenge green.
Great staff. Wonderful course. Best deal around !!

Good city course.
Nice community course
Langara Golf course is magnificent I love the opportunity to play with my Boss have a great day and few cold one's.thank you Langara Golf
Its golf
Its golf
Easy course to play. No elevation changes, very flat. Reasonable price and close to downtown. 15-20 minutes. Typical city park course.
Great staff, awesome conditions, true greens. Love this little gem.
Info service is awesome but if you are a bigginer, I do not recommend here. They have good location and everything but my mom had to give up at the beginning because they push her too much. If you are not a beginner, recommend here.
Bad drainage don't go here after a a day of rain or plugged balls will be an issue
Great city run course. Bit short but tricky tee shots. Always green during summer droughts bit wet during the winter.
Excellent.
Nice field.
I mean it was shrouded in smoke and I played horribly, but the course was great and the greens were quite challenging.
Good for jogging .... very nice views
I really enjoy playing this course. Great layout with a variety of holes. The greens are excellent. The only thing I don't like is the lack of a driving range. However they did install some nets that you can hit in to that do help a lot. I recommend golfing this course!
Good pace of play tuff greens

Snowed out mi golf game
OK
The girl who worked on Feb 5th Saturday at the counter was extremely unprofessional. Not only she was unfriendly from the beginning but had not score cards available so when asked if she could print them out she looked at me as if I were asking a question from another planet and told me it was not an option. When asked if she could find some more she told me all her excuses (like the fact that the office was messy which was none of my business). Anyway either she was clearly not in the mood for working and she expressed that wholeheartedly or she just simply shouldn’t be working there for all golfers’ sake. Ruins the whole day’s experience.
Had a great afternoon with my hubby, friendly staff. Difficult course for me.
moderately difficult fairways but difficult greens. always a fun time
Very beautiful place to golfing…
Great
Decent city golf course. Fairly wide fairways and well kept greens. Offers power and pull cart rentals and a clubhouse for refreshments. No refreshments offered on course.
Very very very poor drainage on their fairways..city of vancouver cheaped out on the rebuild on the sand base.greens and tee boxes were ok ...not a wet weather track..
Great place for lunch...especially if you are taking a weekend class at Langara!
This is an awesome to just relax, bask in the sun and if u play golf, a quaint little golf course tailored for friends and family. If you like to walk, the perimeter of the course has a walkway with beautiful sites to enjoy and benches placed perfectly in certain spots. When one wants to relax further, there is an awesome eatery that fits any budget. Too, there is a little golf shop to buy passes for the course or just to buy anything from golf hats to knickknacks. Overall, i found this establishment to be a worthwhile visit.
Great golfing today!
A city golf course in south Vancouver run by Parks & Recreation. The golf course is quite popular. There is a path around the golf course. This is well maintained. And, the path runs under tree canopy which provides shades. People walk and run here all day. The club house has a restaurant. The menu is quite good. Prices are reasonable. After a round of golf or walk around the path, you can stop at the restaurant for a cool pint and snack.
Nice little track..kinda short but well kempt
Best little muni. around
Original Greens in Good Playing Condition.
Friendly golf course for the weekend golfer. Well maintained by the City.

Very pleasant round...not very difficult, but a lovely course for a round with my wife.
Suitable green grounds with ample greenery to play Golf .
