Wow! A huge thanks to both Dave and Eric for their amazing service over the last two days. Great experience getting my irons tuned up by Dave, and an extensive driver and fairway wood fitting with Eric. You will not be disappointed dropping in here. The store is beautiful and the service is next level.

Great fitting experience with Eric. Finally got new weapons. Irons P-5, Gap wedge, Driver, 3W and hybrid. So far so good. My only wish was that there could be more models to try as there was a limited to no selection for Callaway drivers. That said, Eric was a knowledgeable fitting and took the time to really find the right fit for my swing. Already referred a friend and recommend if you plan to get fit to go see Eric.

I've probably received the best customer service of my life at this Golf shop and its raised the standard of what I though possible. As a rookie golfer, I came in when I ended up breaking one of the adjustment rings on my driver. I had recently purchased the driver and wanted to continue to use it this golf season. Eric in the service shop mentioned that he might have a spare part at his house. In less then 24 hours I had the part fixed and all my rookie questions answered about fit, fittings, and clubs. Both Dave & Eric in the shop are super knowledgable and go above and beyond when they could easily just do a good job and have a happy customer. This is the kind of place that you want to go if you want to be taken care of. They understand the value of lifetime customers and want everyone, even a rookie like me, to understand and enjoy the game. Whatever your golf need is, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

From the entrance to the store, the whole store was a neat and luxurious interior. People looked friendly, and the merchandise on display looked good. However, its expertise was lower than that of its interior. It was fancy on the outside, empty on the inside. We did fitting a few weeks ago, and it was full of mistakes. On top of that, they refused to admit their wrongdoing and tried to avoid it, and it was most difficult to hear "SORRY". It was okay up to there. But he lied and made a fool of us. Eventually, I got a refund, but I don't believe in the professionalism of this store anymore. You can buy things, but I never recommend fitting (Even simple work tells me to visit again tomorrow. What a waste of time!). We've wasted more than three weeks of time and money, and I don't think I'll EVER visit the store again.

Great Experience!!! I took my clubs in to be shortened and regripped. The folks here did a fantastic job from start to finish. They explained the pros and cons of my decision and how it will affect my play. My clubs were ready in a timely manner and the work done was exceptional. After my first round of play, I can say their advice was bang on! Thank you for this great experience and looking forward to more great rounds of golf with my custom clubs and visiting this store more often.

Highly recommend all Vancouver area golfers visit this store and get fitted for clubs by "Eric" @ Golf18, who is an extremely dedicated fitter with a great personality, and with keen product knowledge to help guide customers in the right direction. I also strongly recommend Dave, who expertly does all the store's club repair work and installations. With both Eric's and Dave's combined help, my new set of custom-fitted clubs have allowed me to experience major improvements in my game as a 'weekend warrior', and actually enjoy the game of golf more now, instead of always being frustrated by it like I was before. This store also features a cool 'tour truck' style repair shop which can be directly viewed from the shop floor itself, a carpeted putting green area at the front, two new golf simulator rooms in the back, and a really sharp-looking 'open concept' shop floor, making it easy to walk around and look at products. Golf is already a difficult enough sport as it is, so definitely get fitted for clubs with the right setup and technology options for you, as it will truly make an enormous difference in the long run.

Phenomenal service, I stoped in on my way home the other day and was immediately greeted by Eric. I explained that I was in the market for a putter in the next few months but not looking for anything immediate. Eric went above and beyond showing my around the store and explaining all the services that they offer (I look forward to booking a swing analysis in the next few weeks). The whole time I was at the store I never once felt pressured or pushed to purchase anything, which I really appreciated. All together it seems like an awesome spot, prices seem very fair and service is next level. All this combined with a very clean and sleek layout created a very enjoyable experience. I look forward to visiting again soon.
