I only attended a function here and that's why I'm a bit more relaxed with my rating. The golf could be amazing but my rating is purely for the events side of things. There is no such thing as a private event when 3 other events are going on in the same floor and the music and loudness just bleeds from one to the other. The staff were great. Food was ok but definitely not attending or recommending a function at this place anytime soon.

The range is always busy. They still sell buckets and you have to bother ppl to ask if they are leaving or staying around. Waited 20 minutes and walked around twice. If u got time to kill its an ok place.

Looks like the place was built and then never kept. The range is in terrible condition as if abandoned. Mud spots everywhere, trampolines falling apart, and for some reason barrels randomly around. Additionally the golf balls should have been replaced weeks ago. They didn't even have rubber Ts around. I then for some reason decided to ask if I they had any openings for the 9 hole to try it out, then I was then aggressively told by someone else behind the counter "this is why we ask you call ahead". I was genuinely shocked because I merely asking if they had a opening. Then the person I was originally talking to said they have a T time available in 12 minutes. Why was it such a big deal to raise your voice at me for asking a question. I have no future plans to return to this place ever because of terrible service and poor quality range that's overpriced.

Great facility to better your game and especially to bring young golfers. Friendly staff. Quiet patrons. I had thought negatively of the kids camps. What they lack in detail they make up for in creating enthusiasm in the kids. Our son feels like a golfer now.

Went for Christmas lunch with Fraser health Finance. Very disappointed with the food. Not much of it and not much to choose from. We won't be going back there again. Fraser Health Finance have been going there for the last 5 years or so. Never been like this before.

They have a fairly nice field for the pitch and putt (9-hole), but it's quite short given the price point. Driving range is a nice setup with two levels. The range and facility is in need of some serious maintenance though! You can't tell the grass from the water or sand pits anymore. There is a lady up at the front counter that is super rude. Basically tells you "what do you want?". And forget getting any of your questions answered in a humane fashion. The poor customer service could in itself ruin the experience for some.

Today was my first time at Eaglequest. I had a great time there; however, the older person at the counter was very dismissive and was reluctant to answer my questions. I felt like he was looking down on me. Not sure why but was it because I was renting golf clubs there? I would have brought my own clubs if I actually had planned to go to a driving range in the first place! He didn't seem rude and dismissive to other people who had their own clubs. Very disappointing. 2 star sbecause of the very poor service. The other guy was friendly and helpful. This was on March 20th around 3pm I believe.

Worn out machines and clueless min. wage staff that can't figure anything out other than the cash register. Their old automatic ball dispenser broke and instead of just handing out baskets of balls or letting people with a ticket take a scoop off the back of their quad they tried to fix this ancient machine with only a screwdriver. After an hour of waiting, we got a partial refund. Only 2 employees on a Saturday?

This site is good for practice and learning. Course is small with good deal for kid learning. Drive range is equipped with ball tracking system. staff is really nice. One star off because the course is small and there are better ones for overall settings.

The golf course is alright. It's more like an executive course. The banquet area and bistro need a little update. Everything seems dated and a little les neat and tidy every year. Time to spend some money and spruce it up.

I mainly use the driving range. Not heated but two levels. So many spots. Never had any difficulty finding a spot. Bad tees. Mats are fairly new. 90 balls in afternoon and late evening per bucket. Pretty good value. Tons of parking as well. I've heard good things about the food too. You'll not be disappointed unless you are looking for real grass range.

My fiancee and I had unfortunately lost a head cover with a lot of sentimental value during our round. We spoke to Will at the pro-shop who kindly took down my name and number and said he would give me a call if it turns up. Additionally, he let us borrow a golf cart (at no cost) to check around for the headcover and watched over our clubs while we searched. We luckily found it and when I tried to leave a tip for his help, he rejected it citing that he was just trying to provide good customer service, which is exactly what he did. This course is a little far away for us so it was our first time playing here. Thanks to Will and his exceptional customer service, it certainly will not be our last visit.

One of the best mini golf courses locally. All interesting courses with 2 holes to go for on each. Nice well maintained turf with lots of opportunity for creative shots. The rest of the club is really nice too, we got a pitcher of draft beer for $16 and drank it in a nice outdoors area in the sun, enjoying the view.

Had my son’s birthday party here. We played mini golf. Kids had a great time. The staff were very helpful to ensure we had a good time. I’d recommend anyone who’s looking for a kids birthday to check them out. Can’t comment on the entire grounds, but the mini golf was good, seen better courses with water traps. But it’s a good one for little ones.

Not a great customer service. Receptionist (old lady) didn't know what's the difference between pitch and putt and golf course. Demanded to book a tee time for pitch and putt even there was a tee time available on website. Not going there again

Nice pitch and putt course. Can be unkept in winter. The staff are friendly. The mini golf needs MAJOR maintenance. The place is overgrown with weeds. The grass and landscaping plants are in poor health. The pond is filthy, and has plumbing pipes visibly lying around and disconnected. The fountain in the pond is literally a utility pump perched on a rock. The place is disgusting. People are littering empty beverage cans everywhere, and it isn't being cleaned up frequent enough. They need to spray weed killer, lawn fertilizer, and call a plumber to get their pond up and running again. I can't believe they charge $10/person for this. Not worth it.

Quite busy, but found a few empty stalls near the back. Nice and bright during the night, and well taken care of. I wish people would stop taking three or four tees for themselves though, as it was tough to go hunt for just one tee. Overall loved the place and the montiors on each stall tracking your flight path is a nice touch.

We come here for mini golf mostly with our kids. Don't go to the driving range...it's turned out to be so dumpy, run down and gross. Some of the 'targets' on the range are literally dumpsters. Definitely not worth the price of a bucket of balls. Go somewhere else.

My friends and I went for foot golf and the course was very disappointing. The holes are literally just broken buckets half in the ground. And the buckets were filled with nasty water. Looks like they don't care about the foot golf course much. Still fun but not good quality.

Staff was nice. But you need to change your hours to say 8:30 pm because that is when your machines close. No one cares when you choose to lock the door when you can’t even get balls an hour before your supposed close time. I came all the way from Surrey because that one is undergoing renovations that you fail to notify people on your phone hotline on whether you’re even open. This organization seems very disorganized. I go here because there’s no option.

Good range to practice. You are hitting into some artificial turf so the ball seems to roll further than other grass driving ranges. Been going here for years since it opened. BUT, one thing I find frustrating with this place is that they don't have enough tees on the range. You have to walk back and forth to other stalls and see if there are any tees you can use for yourself. Not sure if people steal the tees. Its frustrating because you bring your driver to the range but sometimes you can't even find a tall tee to use so you can practice with it... Because of that, I have gone to other driving ranges like Burnaby Mountain or Meadows Golf Center because they seem to have all the tees you need.

Great range with great prices, usually not to busy but it has its times as they all do, the added factor of drums, trampolines, and dumpsters is actually more fun than you think it is, having a target you can hear is great especially when working on accuracy. The other facilities they offer are great as well, minigolf,footgolf,etc are all great fun and would make a decent day out with the kids or girlfriend/wife.

1 star They have zero customer service! So they could start there. Then the restaurant doesn’t have half the things available on the menu. Literally all of our meals were cold. The lady was beyond unfriendly and couldn’t care at all. Even after ringing bell several times for service she was still no where. My son got fibreglass slivers in his hand from the 8 hope flag pole. It took over an hour and a half to get out. We told them and no one cared. Not even an apology. I asked for a damp rag to help remove the fibres and they told me go to cafeteria. The girl there gave me a filthy greasy rag. Really nice!! I asked for something clean but nope. We will NEVER come back nor would we recommend this place to anyone. There are so many great places in the lower mainland that this place does not need to be tolerated. Save your money

Good driving range, reasonably priced balls. Soccer golf is an option but it you land your ball one water it takes some effort to get the pole used to fetch them. The course is also quite good and well maintained. The banquet hall is quite elegant (expensive obviously) and the restaurant/bar is pricey and what you would expect quality wise from a pricey golf course menu.

This has all the amenities! Very popular place, it gets really busy during peak hours. The staff probably couldn't keep up with cleanliness when I visited, maybe the reason why the washroom was not maintained property. Everything else was good though.

Went to the driving range first thing in the morning. Pretty empty and 3 of the 4 ball dispensers were empty or out of order. I was figuring out the payment system (looked like a refillable card) and the gentleman fixing it offered me the bucket that automatically dispensed from the last purchase. Mats were good, field was brown and unkempt. I didn't like the noise from the highway either but there were a bunch of items like trampolines that you can hit balls on to.

It was a very good experience coming here. We are avid mini golfers who take competition seriously but it was really fun. We were hesitant to try the place because we thought it would be dilapidated. Well it was actually not too much over used. It seems that they do keep up the mini golf course. Washrooms need to be kept clean but that's usually what you get when open to the public. Next we will be trying out the golf soccer and some driving range.

My father in-law loves coming here so he took me here to enjoy the game. If you get here before 9AM you get a sizable discount so that never hurts. The two decks are nice so that more people can come and hone their skills. The cameras with tv screens at each station are great for feedback on each shot showing the speed and trajectory of each shot. It was pretty easy to get in and out of there and there was plenty of parking. The road leading to the site is pretty dangerous with blind curves so slow down and be careful.

The double tiered driving range means there will almost always be open spots avaible. The driving range balls are in fairly good shape and so are the astro turf mats. You wont need to worry about them damaging your clubs.

We had lessons there with Andy. He's very prof and nice! The staffs are friendly too. The reason I gave three stars is beacause we ran into a grouchy Asian man (I am Asian too) who complains about my coaching my kids being loud. First, it's a public range (kids freiendly too). Second, it's not busy you can find any stall you want. No sense being anal!

I guess there is truth in the old adage “you get what you pay for”.....otherwise could be great facility

The range in general is above average and most casual golfers won't notice the huge negatives. Toptracer is really fun for the casual golfers but almost useless for serious ones. The range fence is around 240 yards so long hitters do not get accurate readings. Coupled with the worst range ball quality I have ever used i was left extremely unsatisfied. 90 percent of the balls have zero dimples and come out like knuckle balls. Unfortunately, I will not be making any trips back.

Apparently, when you go and do mini-golf, they don't tell you that there's a golf camp of 30-40 kids coming right behind you 45 minutes later and that the camp supervisors will spend their entire time on the mini-golf course looking at their phones and laughing at your concerns about kids rampaging all over your game. What's worse is when we were done, we talked to the guy in the pro-shop, Daniel, and he basically said it was our fault for some inexplicable reason...because we didn't immediately end our game and come running back to the pro-shop to tell them. I mean... we talked to their other staff who didn't seem to care so why would we think the pro-shop would be any different? He didn't even offer an apology. Sorry Danny, your well-trained blank-stare doesn't work on me. It's not our fault, it is actually YOUR fault. You and the other staff we interacted with were awful. We weren't looking for a freebie. We would have accepted a, "Sorry that's our bad. We'll talk to the camp supervisors and make sure they are more diligent in running the camps as to avoid inconveniencing other customers." But hey, stonewalling people works too I guess...since we're never coming back and you've earned this awesome review! Now that I've finished rampaging about the awful service, let's talk about the course itself. The course is in terrible disrepair. Many of the holes have broken curbs that end up funneling balls off the course. It looks like they've never replaced the articial turf. I don't expect yearly replacement or anything but this looks like it's been there for well over a decade, maybe even two. The surface is so compacted and smooth, it's like putting on ice. This is truly an embarassment. I can't talk about any other aspects of this facility but I can only assume they're in equally poor shape..and we already know about their fabulous commitment to service.

Been 2 years since I was there at Christmas time for the buffet,and then Cov-19 happened the world went in to shock,and places where force to close down. I missed eatting there. I am glad that I am back there to see the aftermath of cov-19 changes there. I have been coming there in the past. Sadly the old staff had moved on in life before cov-19 and after cov-19. The staff there now where very friendly there,and help me out with questions. Went with my wife and another couple for a light dinner and some driving range time. Food was well prepared and nicely presented. Good portion sizes. Very relaxed and comfortable outdoor patio. We then proceeded to the driving range and paid 2 hours for Top Tracer golf game and 2 large buckets of balls. Only $42.00 woth tax. We had a blast and our friends wife who had never played before really enjoyed herself. Great friendly staff, all were friendly and cheerful. This place also has a mini putt, 9 hole pitch and putt course and a great chipping and putting area. Awesome complex designed to appease anyone's golfing experience. This will become a go to date night for us. We'll done Eaglequest.

A really fun place! Great putting and chipping areas. This place is always full with people, which is great! Only one thing I want to mention is the quality of practice golf balls. They are in very bad condition. A lot of them are worn out (I can barely see dimples, extreme scuff marks, etc). I wish the practice golf balls are replaced… Other than that, everything is fantastic! I haven't tried their par 3 (9 hole) course, so I am looking forward to it!

The staff at the register are very friendly and inviting. As far as the driving nice layout with lots of targets to aim for unlike some ranges you go to. My only biggest complaint is the quality of range balls were horrendous I would rate this way higher if they were even half decent a couple had no dimples at all maybe this was a one off, but I'd be reluctant to hit balls if this is the norm.
