Great day on the course...great shape despite the heat wave we had. We were new to the course so a few directional signs to the next holes would have been nice. Great range, we will be back to take advantage of the pitching practice areas

Good place to go for a round of golf. Baskets are just slightly pricier than some of the driving ranges I’ve been to in North Van. Facilities are pretty nice with benches at every station. Friendly staff.

It's a beautiful place to be out in nature and have some fun with your family. Everything is very clean and sanitized, also hands sanitizing everywhere to keep yourself clean. Staff members are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They also show compassion, empathy and care for the one in needs. Thank you for making the game so much fun and for being there for your costumers!

Horrible booking system, doesn't even give you time to enter your Credit Card number before someone else gets your selected tee time(where is the count down clock that gives you time to finish your transaction?). I'm all about early bird catching the worm but when you dont even get a chance to finish booking your selected tee time, there is definitely something wrong with your booking system. Good golf course if you ever get a chance to play though.

This is such a beautiful golf course! It is so well kept and maintained; there's always lots of beautiful flowers on the property. It's rather high class and has that ritzy feel to it! We love spending an evening at the driving range here. Also love how the driving range has both upper and lower decks!

I think it has the best driving range I have been in Metro Vancouver. It has 2 decks with pretty cheap balls to play with. You will get space for sure for driving. The golf course is okay since I think there are better ones. Check out my photo it is super amazing. Chill view and you can just sit down to talk and enjoy the view and play golf! Recommend for driving!

It is a well maintenance golf course, challenging golf course, pro shop staffs is friendly. In this hot weather day, they even provided free cold bottle drinks to golfer, and the marshalls name Bills is humour and friendly, our golf buddies like to play in this course every week.

Definitely my favourite practice facility in the Vancouver/Burnaby area. Great driving range, nice chipping and putting greens too. The practice bunker feels like you're hitting off cement though.

First off my experience at the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course & Driving Range has nothing to do with golfing - I only went there for a wedding reception dinner! Surprisingly it was done very nicely and the food was good! Service was good be it minimal at times the main thing was how good the food turned out. If this is the quality they regularly serve their food maybe I should go there for lunch or dinner some time.

Great course, but good luck ever golfing. Every tee time is snapped up in 5-10 seconds when they become available. Everyone who gets a tee time must have a bot setup as the website has no protection and is relatively straightforward. Even booking on a Monday in January, you have less than 10 seconds to select a time and pay before it's gone. They need to change this system, but they won't. If you want to golf here, you should figure out a bot to do it for you.

Can’t give a 5 star as we didn’t golf. Tried their driving range for the first time, was a little confused with how things worked but figured it out eventually. For newbies who wants to do the driving range: go to the pro shop which will be the building on your right before the driving range building. Purchase your “bucket/balls” from the cashier. You’ll get a receipt with a code that you’ll then need to enter into the “range servant” that dispenses the golf balls. Pick a spot and hit those balls. Giving out this tip as it really would have helped if we knew this first hand. The place is kept pristine. No complaints at all. People are nice. The price is awesome, 6$ for 50 balls.

I've only been golfing for about 6 months, and I've played but a handful courses in the lower mainland. Out of all of them, Burnaby Mountain has become my favourite. The course is well maintained and the hole layouts are challenging, yet not overly imposing for a beginner. The only issue is that it is very difficult to score a tee time.

Great city run course, well taken care of. I have never played a full 18, as I usually go at 7:30pm (busy schedule) and get in about 9 holes. But you CAN’T beat the evening rate there! They also have a large (free) practice area for chipping and putting (with a sand trap)

Twice now I have tried to reserve a tee time by smashing the button right at 6:00 am like they require. Twice now there was a message telling me my time was "locked in" only to find that seconds later there are NO tee times available. What an incredibly frustrating system. Unfair to the max. What happened to my time that it said that I had!!

Probably the worst booking experience I have ever had. To wake up before 6am and then to get a payment error on already selected booking only because someone was faster, is more frustrating than hitting your pall in the water. The when I manage to get a time I get thrown in the loop where website says that my time is not available anymore and I need to choose another one even though it is still available, because once I try to book the suggested on I get the same message with my original time available now. Surrey golf club uses the same booking system, but at least I could of called them and book it like that.

I hadn't played this track in over 35 years. What a beauty. A real gem in the heart of the city. Plan on playing more here. With golf so popular, the ability to get a tee time is a challenge.

Love this driving range, a huge amount of stalls (double the room upstairs) and plenty enough room with a good 300 yard stretch. Renting clubs is $1.50 for a driver and a 7-Iron as well as $5 for 50 ball bucket is very good value.

The pro shop was great. The bar/restaurant staff were very disappointing. I watched the bartender argue with a customer about a burnt hotdog... the course itself was pretty well maintained however the greens were very dry. I expected alot better views. The price was decent for the course.

Beautiful course! My only complaint might be that the greens were not in great shape; lots of ball marks and spike indentations. But I blame fellow golfers for that, so I gladly give it 5 stars. I will be back.

I played there with my P.E. class and we had a lot of fun even though it was raining. The employees are nice and helpful and the equipment was good: it's provided for left-handed too. The location is easy to reach, and the court is huge and well disposed. The training section is very capacious, and everyone have enough space to move and rest.

High quality driving range that looks much newer than Riverway's. Will be coming back to this location often. The distance targets feel closer than the ones at Riverway though, not sure which one is more accurate.

Very nice staff and a great experience. Not the most scenic views though, lots of trees with limited mountain views on the front 9. As a single you have to show up to the course and you get put on a waiting list. Which is not a long wait. Tee boxes are in great shape, fairways have some patchy spots, but the greens are true. Fast, but the ball rolls smooth. The Callaway rentals are x2 Hot. Stiff shafts. Worth the extra price. They do not offer 9 hole rates on the weekend, but they gave me a "free" hat since I was only hitting 9.

Our company held a two day leadership planning session in the Boardroom at Burnaby Mountain Golf Course and it was the absolute perfect venue to inspire our idea generation and team building efforts! Sheliza, Mandy, and the entire team at BMC were more than accommodating for our group's needs, incredibly detailed and friendly during planning our session and they delivered an exceptional experience for our team. The food was amazing and the pricing was very reasonable. I wish I could give 6++ star for their outstanding service! Thank you for hosting us so warmly and capably.

We missed their Dine Out special but they had an exceptional 3 course meal for $29. It's a clubhouse style restaurant at the golf course. Not high class dining but nice layout. They seated us at a table in the corner which was by two large windows. The view of the course was beautiful but it was a little chilly. The food was well presented and delicious. The smoked mushroom consomme was a strong but exquisite palate. The crab cakes were light and flavorful. My eyes may have rolled back into my head in delight while eating the lava cake.

The location is nice with ample parking. Ruined by large portion of ppl not following covid rules ie layed out paths and mask requirements in marked mask areas. Also the amount of litter on the exit path for the driving range is disgusting. No one cares enough to take their trash or cigarette butts to a garbage can.

Good, clean practice facility. Course conditions have drastically improved since the last time I played it (2009). Greens roll smooth and some are very challenging. The tree areas are well maintained and clear of debris so you can easily find your ball when you shank it. Customer service at the pro shop can be a mixed bag but generally good.

Solid city course - it's always busy so prepare to be paired up or they may even add a single to your group - chances are someone will be behind you and in front of you at all times. Prepare to wait - winter prices are reasonable, but for high season you can find much better courses in the lower mainland that have better scenery and more services at a similar pricepoint

Good luck getting a tee time. They are only available 3 days in advance but you have to sign up between 6:00am and 6:03am. That is if you can even log on at this time after that all you can book it tee times after 5pm. Won't be golfing here anymore ????

I don't golf but the course is lovely for a neighborhood club. There is a little lake called Squint and the little one likes that and the turtles!!

Love this course! If you want to book a popular time you have to do it online and do it early, like 6am. Right now they let you book 3 days ahead but it's usually only 2 days.

First time here trying out the driving range. Easy parking, nice grounds. The driving range center is in the far rear building. For club rentals and buckets of range balls, you'll need to go to the center building. The guys working there were helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Affordable place to come practice your swing and have fun. Club rentals were $1.50 per club (driver) and $6.00 for a bucket of 50 balls. The range has two levels. We chose to stick to the lower main level. Overall, fun experience. Will be back!

Pretty course by SFU campus in North Burnaby. Well kept, almost surprising how much they're devoting to grounds keeping. On the long side for beginners golf but fair.

Driving range way too packed, lineup to get in. Once the guy at the door says you can have a spot you have to put your mask on to go in the room with the ball dispenser. But you also can't have more than one person at a time in there. What's the point? It's a big room, and if you're already wearing a mask let both machines be used at once, the backup on the range is already bad enough. Or leave the doors open so it's has airflow and is "outside". Whoever created this setup isn't thinking straight. What more can you expect from a municipal resource though...

My favorite golf course. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant food is very good. Only beef is I didn't get to finish 18 as we suddenly lost the light on 16 and I lost three pretty yellow and pink balls on one hole as I just couldn't see them even though I hit on the fairway. So fair warning,twilight becomes dark almost instantly.

This has always been a solid choice for a nice quiet dinner. I like how the menu options are always evolving. They occasionally have a "miss" ie something that doesn't work out the way I'm sure they were hoping but for the most part they usually "hit". If you can go during their 3 course special, it's even more worth it.

Golf was good, well kept course.. However, the marshall was an old and grumpy man, terribly disrespectful and not cognizant of play. Why do we have to hurry our pace when we were waiting on the group in front with no one behind us. No apologies offered. I honestly don't know his problem but being rude does not help any situation and ruined our mood for the rest of the day. I hope his behaviour is not reflective of the organization. Seriously not impressed by the way we were treated.

I didn't try the course but I can say they have an excellent driving range with newish balls ($6 /50) and mats (2020) and the practice facilities for chipping and putting are great. Overall - everything is well maintained and of superior quality.
