Today I had the pleasure of playing SIM golf at this facility. Yesterday I went in to check the place out since I've been to many other Sims. Most excel in most areas but typically fail in another. Great graphics, lousy putting. Great putting but can't track the ball. Top heavy in Asian courses instead of familiar courses. Rooms too small. Hit a great shot that doesn't register(wow I'm getting frustrated just thinking about it). So I wanted to check things out here. I met Jason as soon as I walked in and he was so accommodating to show me around. He explained the systems to me as well as showing me the gameplay. He let me hit a couple balls. Made me feel very welcome. Ty Jason! So of course I booked a couple hours with my brother for today. This place is by far the best SIM I've played in and here is why; 1 best system I've played(Trackman), stunning visuals, numerous courses both familiar and even local(Glen Abbey ), putting was spot on! . Ball tracers let you follow ball flight, Some rooms were private, not to mention huge,for same right price. This is best deal you will find. It's a one stop shop for all your golf needs. I could go on and on but I would recommend you contact Jason and check it out. You won't be disappointed. I'm not saying the price because I'd rather you stop in and see what a great facility this is. While you're there, ask about the Trackman app.

I found out about Golfer's Academy through a friend. I've always wanted to play golf but I find the course intimidating and when I do go out to play I end up getting frustrated. I was told that Coach John is patient and super knowledgable. And is he ever! After every lesson, I go home with coach's notes and tips on what I need to work on and what I should practice. We spend equal amounts on fundamentals as we do with hitting balls which I like because that's how I learn best. The lessons, combined with he atmosphere at Golfer's Academy, have made a world of difference. In just four lessons, I'm noticeably better. I have recommended both coach John and Golfer's Academy to my girlfriends as well in hopes that one day we can do a women's league together! Step aside boys. :) If you've been thinking about golf, or even if you're a seasoned player, you have to check out this place!

Words cannot describe how good the lessons with Jason Faubert were, but my golf game can! Jason has worked with me on my complete golf game over the summer (7 lessons) and I have improved more than I ever could trying to work by myself or buy new clubs to try and improve forgiveness and reduce the effects of mishits. I have gone from shooting mid to high 90's every game to shooting mid 80's - yes I have improved each round by an average of 8 shots! I highly recommend anyone (low or high handicapper) to call Jason and get some lessons to work on your game. Best money I have ever spent. About the golfers academy: This place is really nicely done. Top line of equipment in house to help you work on your game, play indoor rounds of golf and practice. Trackman in every room is amazing! Small putting green, net to hit shots into, multiple rooms with trackman and golf simulators. Jason and Brad are both very friendly and accommodating.

What a fantastic golf facility! I found it one day searching on Google for an indoor golf facility in the Burlington area...and I am so glad I did. Jason and his staff are professional, courteous and accomodating. The facility is state-of-the-art including the 3 huge Golf Simulators. I've gone from knowing practically nothing about golf to knowing that with Jason's kenchuto method that everything is just going to naturally come into flow and really make golf super enjoyable for a total newb like me. One of the things that will blow you away is how huge the rooms are, and there is a variety of them, some of them are super private and you can close doors, while others are more social and open. Their tackman simulation accuracy and tracking seems incredible to me, you can almost forget you're not out on a real course when you see that sailing through the wind, the realism is just incredible.... I like that there's no booze here too so you don't have to worry about some other folks getting too rowdy or rambunctious...

A nice renovated space with ample room in the simulators. However, they are unlicensed and not the place to go if you are expecting a night out for a drink with your friends. This should be advertised, as my friend and I certainly expected this. The entrance ambience is rather dark, and hard to find with barely any lights outside. We played a round for an hour and wanted to leave since they didn't have beers (yet a bar is definitely constructed). Yet I was charged for the full 2 hours with no objection. The schedule was not busy, and I found this a low blow as the place is $50 an hour. TLTR; No alcohol license and not advertised, did not refund hour not played, hard to find dark building. 4 stars technology (legit trackman technology) 2 star service

After visiting other Golf sims in the area Golfers Academy is hands down the best facility. I visted the location during covid 19 protocols and it was great to see all the proper precautions being carried out. The location doesn't have a bar/kitchen so there's less germs to be worried about and more about your next drive or chip shot using the trackman. My 4some will be back and plan to visit throughout the winter season. Brad was also someone who greeted us and showed us the ropes. He took his time explaining the sim and advised of the different services and features the facitlity has to offer. If anyone is interested in lessons he comes highly recommended.

The Golfers Academy re-kindled my love affair with golf. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, some 100% private to work on your game without judgement. Jason is a fantastic swing coach with easy to follow techniques and practice drills that allow you to improve your game by yourself. I was previously a 7 handicap, have been climbing up to over a 10-14 in the past couple of years. Jason immediately identified the bad habits creeping into my game with only one session I am back to shooting in the high 70's low 80's with ease, and a very controlled, reliable swing.

An amazing facility to either improve your game or just to go and play an indoor round when the winter seasons are rough. I had the opportunity to have a lesson with Jasom Faubert last April, my game went from shooting in the 100's to mid 90's with just a few improvements and swing analysis from Jason, the lesson packages are little pricey but you get what you pay for!. I started striking my Irons more pure and further than some of my friends who have been playing 10+ years. When I booked I thought it would be just another money grab similar to instructor's at the golf range or Golf-tech facilities as assured it was not. He works directly with you for a hands on golf lesson, and even when your lesson is done and the room is too yourself he will pop in to make sure you are still doing okay and answer any questions you still have. I plan on booking more lessons once healthy, but my advice to anyone looking to improve their game is to unsubscribe to all of your YouTube Golf advice videos and tweety birds at the golf range and book through Golfers Academy you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best indoor golf sim in the region. The use of Trackman and hi res projectors make the experience as close to reality as technically possible. The hitting areas are perfectly setup with large amounts of space in every direction. The people running the facility are friendly and helpful. If you want to seriously improve your game or have some fun playing one of the many golf courses from around the world, this is the place!

I found this place about 3 weeks ago, and since then I have been back 3 times. It is absolutely incredible. I play golf minimum once a week and always dread the winter, until I found this spot. They just updated their systems and it is accurate with distances, putts, chips, etc. Graphics are unreal and you can play some of the nicest courses in the world. They will be seeing a lot of me there, dont hesitate and stop in!!!!

I've been to The Golfers Academy many times. The first 5-6 times were to play 18 simulated holes against friends. The most memorable time was for a lesson with Jason. I had just started my season and after 3 rounds the final numbers on my scorecard looked like US highway exits. I was hitting the ball all over the place and frustration levels were high. I booked a lesson with Jason and within an hour I was a changed golfer. He encouraged me to make swings I made when I was playing at my best, altered my set up and backswing and within 10 minutes I was hitting the ball very well! Jason continued to encourage me to repeat the swing and feel certain "keys" before hitting. This lesson was in May, I didn't shoot a score over 83 in 28 rounds until October. Facilities- 5 stars, Staff- 5 Stars, Jason - 6 stars. Great place, you'll have an amazing time and if you take lessons, you'll get better. Simple as that. Thanks!

The Golfer's Academy is hands down the best indoor golf facility out there. The bays are large, the facility is very clean and the simulators are extremely accurate. The Academy absolutely helped our daughter place 3rd in her first CJGA tournament last weekend in the girls 9 and under division. After our first visit, my wife and I fell in love with the place and immediately purchased the winter package. We have been playing indoor golf for over 10 years and wish we had found this place sooner. The simulators are the most accurate I have ever played on and along with the quality of the balls, tees, and the crystal clear picture on the screens, make it and enjoyable experience. The spacious private rooms can make you feel like you are in your own man cave at home without all the distractions of the bar type atmosphere, loud music and people walking by all the time. I can honestly say that the Golfers Academy is one of a kind. It is massive in design where feel like you are they to golf and learn. This location is leaps and bounds ahead of your typical indoor golf studio in every aspect. Regarding the instructional aspect I can only say this, if you are coming in for a quick fix don’t waste your money. If you are coming in to genuinely improve your game and want to start at the basics and correct what is wrong Golfers Academy can not be beat. I will be back as often as I am able as it has opened up a whole new game for me.

Not the greatest customer service, headed to this place with a friend an older gentleman attempted to help us was quite rude and blunt. Uneducated and unable to support us as players. Felt very rushed the whole time even tho we are paying for the hour. Would recommend the site in Hamilton or the falls as the experience and staff is amazing, wouldn’t recommend this place at all sadly.

This place is fantastic! If you want a real experience this is it. I can play 18 holes easily in my hour booked it’s always clean and management is always available to help. From new courses to choose from ( pebble beach????) to new carpets in the sim rooms it’s well looked after! Give it a chance and you will be hooked for good!

The Mohawk College men's golf team trained regularly at the Golfer's Academy this past winter, and it was fantastic. Using Trackman and the dual camera system, the team was able to understand their individual swing mechanics and make measurable improvements. The data gathered was extremely helpful in narrowing down their carry distances with each club and identifying both their strengths and weaknesses. Jason and Brad were so helpful in explaining the Trackman system and in supporting our team in their training. It was a wonderful experience and a huge benefit to the team. Thank you Jason!!

Just had my first round at golfers academy this afternoon with my sight limited uncle. He loves golf and when his vision started to go its been harder to play courses without a spotter. We had a great time, and he could of course actually watch his great shots instead of just hearing about them! The trackman launch monitors are top of the line, and the 4k virtual golf software provides stunning vista's of some of the best courses in the world. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We chatted for a bit after our round about winter leagues and we are definitely signing up. What a great way to keep your swing in during the winter, or tune up for the summer.

I've never been to a golf simulator before, but this place was awesome and I plan on going back regularly throughout the winter. It took some getting used to, but the experience was very realistic and felt like I was actually on the links. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable with all of the settings in the simulator. The price was excellent as well! Love this place!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Golfers Academy for the first time earlier this week (Feb 2014) and had a blast. They were very helpful getting us set-up, explaining how everything works and answering all questions. As long time sim golfers it was nice to see the different technologies. This place is first class, private bays make it enjoyable from the driving range through the 18th hole. Accuracy is unmatched and graphics are terrific. I'll definitely see you guys again soon! JT

I wanted to post a review on this site to talk about my experience with the golf academy in Burlington. About a year ago I was told about this place where they could help with a swing that had lost its way due to a severe arm injury four years ago. I had lost my distance balance swing path and tempo due to compensating by coming over the top. I met with brad and he began the process of identifying what the issues were. Example I was hitting my 8 iron 120yds with a terrible slice. Big issues. Together he started slowly introducing small changes to begin restoring the proper club path the proper weight transition and the proper positions at impact. These changes for a 68 year old male were very hard to install but we both did not give up. Month after month I hit balls working on these small but critical changes. Then jay started to look in and give me valuable advice on things like weight transfer grip pressure and many other things. Another very important thing they offer start of the art equipment such as Trackman and most importantly they teach you what all the numbers mean related to your swing. When I walked in there about a year ago I was not capable of breaking 95 on most courses. Along the way there was not much difference at the beginning but slowly I started hitting shots that I had not seen for many years. But I knew I was coming and they kept up their end by fine tuning and keeping me online with the changes. Scores began to tumble as to the point that I shot 75 this week on a course where my handicap was 15. All I can say is this. If you want to put in the work which I did four to fives times a week sometimes two times a day these are the guys and the facility to do it at. It’s exactly what the pros use to work on their game. State of the art equipment excellent training in a very well done building. Thanks guys you have made golf fun again for me in one year. All the best John G

WON'T BE BACK - website says rate is $45/hr on weekends, I wanted a half-hour, got an email confirming $25/half-hour but they charged me $35. When I questioned it they said it must be right... too bad. He said the email I got must be what's wrong, not that they over-charged me. Web site does not show any rates at all for half-hour. Enjoy the extra $10, I'll not be back to give any more revenue.

Indoor Simulators: - if you golf and haven't tried an indoor simulator you're missing out - I golf more now in the winters than I do in the summers - single person can get an entire 18 in an hour - the system are incredibly accurate - they will help you figure out exactly how far you carry each club (not what you think because of one good shot) - they also provide a ton of statistics to help you improve your game Golfers Academy Setup: - Great setup for serious golfers - individual rooms with Trackman systems - nice projector and large touch screens - net area to warm up - putting area Lessons: - getting lessons with Jason and his team for a couple years now - cut about 14 strokes off my game - my mechanics are also a lot simpler now Club Fitting: - there is also a Callaway customer fitter - last year spent a few hours getting fitted for a new set of Callaway Irons and a Driver that have work very well

The place is perfect. I’ve been playing at The Golfers Academy since its inception. Jason has always made sure that the experience is second to none. Trackman technology is crazy accurate, and there’s a course for everyone to enjoy. Also, Jason has made sure the safety is a top priority during these strange times. Rooms are fogged and sanitized before and after use of all private rooms. Can’t thank Jason and his team enough for the many years of quality play during the “off season”. I’ll be there for many years to come.

Why have I been a 'member' of the Golfers Academy since it opened? It's THE place to refine your game - the Trackman system provides you with all the statistical information that you need to improve your game. (OK, you still need to practice and execute on the course)... But put your ego aside and find out exactly how far you hit your clubs - a good starting point. And for the fun side of your brain - play your way through some of your bucket list courses - either alone, or in a group for bragging rights - the Xmas vacation tournament I organize for my golfing buddies is the highlight of my golf season, complete with Closest to the Pin, Long Drive for Show and Putt for Dough contests :-). 5 stars from me.

This long winter has afforded a chance to play at several golf simulators in the GTA. Our golf group tried out the equipment and facilities at The Golfers Academy today and I can tell you their golf simulator is easily the best I've tried. The Tracman picture is more realistic than anything I've tried and the shot data / swing information can help players of all abilities. It was the most enjoyable indoor golf experience I've been involved. The facilities at Golfers Academy are first rate, comfortable and makes for a pleasant experience. This is the best facility in burlington/oakville by far. Here's why: Excellent facility, friendly and very knowledgable staff, ACCURATE and NEW trackman software, and reasonable prices. The nitty-gritty: Software - very minimal delay from contact on the ball to the ball in the simulator taking off. I'm talking VERY minimal. Accuracy is excellent in terms of reading how you contact the ball and how the ball in the simulator flies. Facility - large rooms, some with closed door for privacy and others semi-private. Large screens and great clean turf to hit off. Huge big screen in common area usually playing golf tournaments (obviously) and if no golf, expect raptors or leafs. Screen can be seen from 3 semi private rooms which is great! In terms of food and drinks, there is no alcohol served here. For me that's just fine, can always grab a bevy around the corner :) there are a few food items offered. Staff - Jason (owner) knows..his..golf. period. He takes the utmost pride in this business and it shows. The odd tip from him if you ask is given with a smile. Lessons are offered on AND offsite which is great! Brad is the onsite fitter, club repairs and regripping, and instructor. Very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Summary: This place has an awesome feel! It's always a comfortable feeling playing here (despite me not always playing well). The accuracy of the simulator is excellent and the graphics are amazing. This place is clean, friendly, and very on-point for what a great indoor golf place SHOULD be. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't come here at least once. Trust me.

I only had a lesson with Jason Faubert and my game improved with more than 10 shots/18 holes! I am now saving money to take a few more lessons. ;-) I will definitely try the indoor golf, simulators looked awesome!

Exceeds our expectations everytime. The owner is a joy and very respectable. My friend and I stumbled onto this place recently and we are glad we did! Staff is extremely helpful and courteous and the simulator technology is the best we’ve seen in Burlington! The owner has even teamed up with local restaurants so that you can get great discounts at their establishments just for coming to the golf academy! Regards Mark

The facility is great. Technology is above all other ones we have tried. Would have gotten 5 stars easily except for one thing......the gentleman working the front desk was a little too friendly. He took it upon himself to hang out with us while we were playing and was talking through our swings and really wouldn't leave us alone. He was very nice but we went to golf as a group not with your employees. Upon asking 2 other groups who we had recommended to try out the golfers academy they had only one complaint - the gentleman at the front was literally there the whole time in their private room. We will be returning as the place is excellent. If u go just be prepared to have a tag along in your room the whole time!

Jason is a first class human being and a top of the line instructor, i have enjoyed working with him at the golfers academy. Whenever I’m in town and i have time to go work on my golf game he’s the one i call. Highly recommend working with him. And also the facility is amazing.
