Fun public course that is always in immaculate shape. The greens are well-manicured and roll true. A little on the expensive side for a course that only plays about 6000 yards from the tips but it’s located in the heart of a Burlington subdivision where land is scarce - not 10 km north of Dundas where the rest of the public courses are located these days. Easy to score well here but has some challenging holes. Staff is always very kind. Recommended.

Great childhood memories here. Lots of nostalgia. Used to have friends hop the fences and cross the train tracks and pond fences to get inside at night. I have personally only been here during the day, and I must say the groundskeepers do a fantastic job at keeping the grass cut to the correct level, thus ensuring that I can play a mean game with the girls. Perfect grass height for a precise chip straight onto the green, and into the hole!!!

This course is one of few still left in the city. That's why I play here. The course is too short, the layout is terrible and you're likely going to hit a house unless you are an avid golfer. Pro shop is dated and the service level of the starters and marshals is terrible. One exception to the staff issues though is Ryan in the pro shop. He's quick and friendly and seems to work 24/7

Very nice course. Pretty expensive but very convenient especially if you live in Milcroft. Be careful as houses back onto the golf course! Something to keep in mind for amateur golfers.

Tight course with chatty neighbours. If you can block that out you'll enjoy yourself. The course itself is in very good shape. 7 x par 3s, 5 x par 5s and 6 x par 4s. A lot of holes require a decision between a lay up or a long carry. Greens roll true.

I give this course 4/5 stars because it’s a great course, challenging though not super long. It’s creatively designed through a neighborhood. It’s well kept, very scenic, and challenging. I do wish that the tee boxes were more flat and consistent. I also wish they had better drainage as it’s usually wet except in the midst of summer, but it’s local and beats a lot of ifs competitors as far as bang for buck is concerned.

1 group was slowing down the entire course.....they were about 10 groups ahead of us according to the marshall who a) didnt kick them off and b) actually told us to SLOW DOWN because there wasnt any point in "hurrying up". It was cart path only. I got yelled and and threatened that i would have my keys taken away after going like 1m onto the rough to let him by. Later on, a marshall came up in his cart flying through the fairway! so awesome! dumb course. overpriced too.

this course was in absolutely horrible shape. Fairways had not been watered in what seemed like weeks. teeboxes were uneven. Greens were very dry. I will not play here again, as it was not maintained well and the price was far too high for the quality of the course.

Great shortish course carved through the Millcroft neighbourhood in Burlington. Lots of houses, but the course is wide enough to not threaten them too much. The greens are always in great shape here. They run about the same speed almost all year, not too fast and not too slow. The routing is perfect for walking, very flat and enjoyable. Pace of play should be monitored more closely. It should not take more than 4 hours to play here, it sometimes it can be agonizing. If I play by myself I can finish in 2-1/2 hours with no traffic.

I love this course. Its very challenging ,the greens are well taken care of, the staff are very friendly and its a nice scenic view of houses and greenery between holes. It is a little pricey but I think its okay if you're okay with treating yourself .

Fun track. Short...but fun. Woven through a Burlington neighborhood (careful...houses are in play)... kinda reminds me of some Florida courses. If you keep it out of back yards, you can go pretty low here.

We had the pleasure of getting married this past weekend at Millcroft and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Both Tara and Kirstie were so accommodating (especially with the pandemic and ever changing restrictions) - they both have the couple's best interest in mind through the whole process. The day of the wedding, myself and my wedding party were so looked after by the staff - we were very well looked after. The food was delicious, our guests are still messaging us complementing how good their dinner was. Just because our wedding has come to an end, we will definitely use Millcroft in the future for any event or catering needs !

short course (5700yds from back) but tough layout, mostly the doglegs. more par 3s then most courses (7). greens were all in good shape. from what i heard is it will get shorter because of development, hopefully not. The last thing we need is more homes.

I have now worked with Millcroft on two weddings, my own and my sister-in-law’s, both as offsite catering. I can say without a doubt that they are amazing. The food is so delicious and it made even better by the amazing service. On my wedding day, they were there every time I turned around looking for a drink top up or hors d’oeuvres. I did not have to worry about any of it because they executed flawlessly. There staff was great to work with and accommodating when we have dietary restrictions and allergies to work around. I would highly recommend working with them to make your special day a wonderful experience!

Used to love this course!! Sadly the starter they have now is quite rude. Not a great way to start a round. UPDATE: Haven't had a problem with the starter since! Not sure if this review was noted by the establishment, however I have played here again several times and had no issue.

I golf 3-4 times a week and I've never had a worse experience than I had today. We finished 9 holes in 140 minutes with 4 golfers. The Marshall came up to us 3 times and hassled us saying we were moving too slow and this is a business. I told him it's 15 minutes per hole on average at any golf course and we payed $93 to play here.I golf 100 rounds per year on an average of 4-5 hours a round and this was the worst Marshall experience I've had.

Terrible service. Pro shop said they had alot of cancellations and should be able to go off early. No one was on first hole and Starter told us to wait for our tee time. Group before us was late and we had to wait on every hole. Could have been avoided if we went off early and they spaced out groups. They also "randomly" requested to search our bags for beer. Been playing golf for over 20 years and have never had this experience. Play somewhere else.

For the price I would have expected not to have to towel off my own cart on arrival. Was told by staff where I could go get a towel... seriously? Someone also asked my group if we had brought our own alchohol (8am tee off) and despite us telling them we didnt the marshal stopped and looked into our cart several times throughout the day. It was insulting. The game of golf will die completely if you allow the retired marshals on the course to treat your customers that are under 30 like they are criminals. Only good thing to say was the course was very well maintained. Fire your marshal, give the groundskeeper a raise.

Good layout and greens were in good shape, rough was pretty gnarly I lost 7 balls just off fairways. Reason for a 3 star is the course has its issues with location. Crossing the road multiples times takes away from the peaceful experience of golf, and their are homes on almost every hole which leads to alot of noise and commotion. On the 6th hole a dog jumped the fence and ran towards me barking which was kind of startling. I would play again but all of those factors are things to consider when playing.

The course was in good shape. The staff are some if the worst i've seen. My young son was braught to tears by a Marshall who told him to stop chipping and putting on the course, which had already been cleared with the proshop. When I e-mailed them they said they should have refused my son at the pro shop as i quote " having people play golf with children can take away from the people who are paired with them's golfing experience" the group was myself my father my uncleand my son. The intent of my e-mail was to make sure no other young golfers get treated the way my son did but it looks like my efforts are falling short. This experience has truly made me appreciate all the wonderful courses my little guy and myself have played that are excited and super friendly to my little guy when he comes with me to the golf course....wish Millcroft was one of those places but it is truly is not. Side note our pace of play was spot on as we waited on every tee.Shame on this place for claiming they support junior golf.

I am not a picky golfer but golfing here last week was extremely disappointing. Fairways didn't have any grass on them- just dirt. Tee boxes were torn up really badly and even though I booked on GolfNow it was still $70 to play. Far too expensive for such a bad experience. 1/5

Right in the town with some narrow fairways guarded but the resident area. If you are a sprayer with your tee shots, be aware! Ready to shout fore!! :D but layout and conditions are usually good. Offer different challenges than other golf courses with wide open fairways and big greens.

It's a nice shorter course. It's better to be accurate then hit it far. It only plays 5700 yards from the tips. The course is very flat, so it's highly walkable (except there is quite a distance between some holes as the course meanders between streets and houses). With all of the rain this year the course is in fantastic shape!! I like this course as it is close.

A gem of a course. Perfect for all types of players. Many of the holes don't require hitting Driver (>250 yds.) off the Tee Box and are a good test of all your clubs. The course always seems to be in good condition. Friendly Clubhouse Service and Marshalls.

Being from Niagara I felt Millcroft was a little on the pricey side at $80 dollars for 18 holes, especially considering it's a shorter course at par 70 / 5735 yards. That said, the course was extremely well groomed / maintained, other than a handful of sand bunkers being waterlogged. One thing I was surprised about was the carts didn't have ball & club head washers on them, which is something I would definitely expect at that price point and I felt the beer prices were a little on the higher side as well at $9 for a tall can. All in all I still enjoyed my afternoon at Millcroft, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars, it's just those few things above that had me take 1 star off. I would still recommend playing the course at least once if you haven't played it, or even playing it once a year, as the course still made it challenging although it's on the shorter side. Overall it was still a fun afternoon with good friends on a nice course that still provided a decent challenge.

Tee times are 12 minutes apart instead of the 9 minutes from last year to accommodate social distancing. Course is in good shape. Price is a little high compared to other courses just outside of Burlington.
