("The owner") threw an epic hissy fit today. Accused my golfing partner of "misleading " his son that we were members the last time we were there. Not true . His son asked, we said we were not. We got charged the advertised rate in the TI Sun. Bottom line my partner was accused of lying to his son. Then he brought up an incident 3 years ago about a dead tree on the golf course that was said in a joking manner. Talking about holding a grudge. If Dennis Sr. and Georgia, the real owner's ,knew about this, they would probably come out of retirement. We have been patrons of this course for the last five years, we will not be coming back. Rude, rude, rude. On the plus side, the restaurant is very good with pleasant people. Go for lunch, go somewhere else for golf.

The owner of this golf course is very rude. He makes a huge deal about nothing. I’ve personally seen it many times. I do not recommend going to LA golf.. Wesley Island offers much better courses!

The owners are fantastic very well respected all around. Denny takes very good care of course only course enjoy playing. Never been to a course where the owners actually interact with there customers the way Dennis and Denny do. Thanks for everything I highly recommend to play at this course gives you alot of challenge and greens nice to put on.

Greens were regular grass barely cut. Fair ways were the Same length as the rough. Tee boxes didn’t have a level spot on them. Owner was very un pleasant

What a disappointment! The Friday fish fry was a joke! Never again. Small haddock, no cole slaw and one of the worst mac and cheese's around. No flavor. The service was barely lukewarm. Would not recommend to anyone I respected.

This place is the best! Beautiful golf course. It’s a nice challenge. The owners are the most generous and kind people I know. And the food at the restaurant is amazing. The prices are so cheap and the quality of the food is really great. The burgers and steak are so full of flavor. I highly recommend this place. You go in as a stranger and leave as a friend!
