The course is very good condition and the greens are speedy considering it is only April. However, I will say that the pace of play was very slow and unfortunately there were no Course Marshall’s around to move the slow groups along. For the cost to play @ Mayfair on a weekend, there are better courses in the area that are equally as expensive but can complete a round in just over 4 hours walking.

First time playing at this course. Lots of water which is normally magnetic for my shots. But only lost three balls to the water. Course was well kept. Did not get to try the restaurant as there were three weddings going on, so they were closed. Overall, will definitely play it again when i am down there. I know i can do better now, that i know the course.

Had lunch at the restaurant and the food was quite good and prices reasonable. I had the loaded bogie burger, and for $16 (maybe $18), you get quite a substantial burger. Also had a little bit of the Pad Thai and one of the pastas, which were well done. Large windows give you a nice view of the golf course.

Writing this review just around the staff, catering and restaurant as I didn't play golf here. We chose this venue for our wedding. I have also been there frequently for lunch. The staff for the wedding were understanding, accommodating and friendly. We had some small day of issues that were quickly resolved. Food was prepared well and the overall event was fantastic. The location has abundant parking, though it can get tight during major events. The dining room is well made and looks modern with excellent huge windows overlooking the course. The patio sits full in the sun right beside the course and is beautiful. On sunny days you will definitely need the shade. The menu is a mishmash of nationalities with some Americana classics beside indonesian and latin dishes. While none of them stand out particularly they are all well prepared and tasty. The pricing is a little bit higher than you would get at a restaurant but the view and staff make up for it. The facility is very clean and there is no sense of degradation. Overall a nice place to eat, and a great place to have a wedding.

I went to my friend's wedding last week of June. Just can't imagine the amazing experience we had. Both cocktail and buffet dinner was delicious! The venue looks stunning for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Most importantly, the banquet staff were very helpful and professional. Especially Tammy who helped a lot throughout the night. The course itself is good and pace of play is excellent. 4.5 hours walking round is considered very good. Unfortunately, either I dropped it or someone just took it away from my bag. It was hooked on the metal ring to metal ring so it should not be easy to just drop off! I dropped my range finder 3 times in 3 different courses in USA and it was returned to me. In Canada, once and it was gone! Very unfortunately.

At this moment of the year where rain is almost every day, fairways and greens are still nice, but rough area are muddy, poor drainage or too much rains? I find weird the tee colours are opposite of the standard one. Here, Red tee is for low handicappers and Blue tee is for Ladies ????

The mussels in broth is quite good despite the mussels are on the small side. It served with a large order of french fries. The burger comes in a good size and there're couple of onion rings on the top which are cold and stale. You can choose half salad and half fries for extra $1.00. The grilled salmon sandwich is far over cooked and the Split Pea Soup is so salty that we have to send back!!

Always felt like a second rate citizen amongst the members and staff, and that wasn't just once its happened more often than not. The course itself is quite nice and playable, if you can get past the clubhouse you should be fine. ????️ I don't play this course with all the other courses in the lower mainland.

Overprice charged for aeration green, the greens are really bad due to recent aeration and misleading confirmation. When I was at the practice green, I saw the practice green was full of soil from aeration, I doubled check with proshop the condition of 18 greens, he confirmed that the greens are good ''as we do regular maintenance'' that confirmation was totally wrong. The course should have a discount price for aeration greens and not tell lie to the customer. $60+ for aeration green is not worth playing.

We are so happy with our experience at Mayfair Lakes. We had to make so many adjustments due to COVID and even cancelled our reception but they were very accommodating with all our requests. The venue was absolutely beautiful, we hardly needed any decor because the ceremony space was well kept and the flowers were in full bloom. You couldn't tell that you were in a busy golf course because it was so private and quiet in their ceremony area. Yvonne was amazing to work with. She was responsive to emails and was really helpful throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and she made sure we had some food and delicious bellinis while we were getting ready in the bridal room. When you're busy running around all day, even that small gesture went a long way! Thank you so much Yvonne and the rest of the staff at Mayfair for making our wedding day just perfect!

Greens and fairways are nice but no Marshall working on Saturday, we had to wait every single hole, very very slow pace. The group in front of us took a year to tee off on every hole. The hole in front of them was total no player on it. We had a 5 hrs round!

We had a group of 14 but there were only a few other tables of people and no excuse the poor service. The beautiful location didn't make up for the unpleasant experience. for children and youth its around 25 bucks to play 9 hole or 18 hole, golf carts are around 30 bucks. the place is very clean, people dont stall the people playing behind them and there are not too much OB areas so balls are easy to find. there are lots of water areas so be careful!

I hosted a party at their clubhouse and was being charged for all kids at the buffet without any discounts (even babies and newborns!). They were not accommodating at all by being so unreasonable charging babies that weren't eating nor taking up any seats!

Went there last Friday, course was in good shape but so many ball marks on the green. I was fixing 3-4 per green, with so many members there you would think they would fix the ball marks. Pace of play was fast finished in 4 hours.

Despite COVID we were able to have a small wedding and Mayfair made it PERFECT - couldn't have asked for a more magical day. Shout out to Yvonne the Wedding & Events Coordinator - she made all our dreams come true - both small and big requests she was able to pull it through for us! Good municipal golf course and well maintained. They got a two tiered driving range which is great. Pitching and putting greens available for more practice.

A very nice place to come for lunch with friends after church on Sunday. The menu is quite large and interesting. They also have special bruch menu. The plate is generous and satosfyong. Coffee is good. It is a pleasant place and the service is awesome.
