The friendliest golf course I've ever played! I hadn't played there since my junior days many many years ago. The course has seen many improvements over that time and is well worth playing. Favourable rates on membership make it very very tempting.

This place is one of my regular lunch spots for taking work meetings. They have a fantastic cobb salad, and their fries are fantastic as well. They also serve great coffee. The only reason I dropped a star is because they had to tweak their menu, and in that tweak, the portions decreased, which was one of my favourite aspects in terms of value. That said, the existing portions at present are totally similar to comparable establishments in Victoria for the price point, and the view is super. (sit on the deck in the summer!)

For $94 I'd expect the sand to be consistent throughout the course and for the bunkers to be raked regularly. Some of them were pretty crusty. Also there was some kind of event at the cemetery so 2 holes were shortened without warning. Otherwise the course was great. Greens and fairways were perfect.

I have been here a few times but my most recent visit was for a wedding reception. I was the videographer, and although the food was good, and the service was terrific the lighting was not. I wished that I could've had a bit more light for the video of the lovely couple and the wedding party.

Food was excellent!!! Great prices and tasty, house made food. I will definitely be back. I met up with a couple of friends there. We ate outside and the service was good. Our server Lindsay was awesome. Safe distanced and wore a mask. Local micro brew beers were available. That is all we will drink so we were happy!

Had a good time golfing the Gorge for the first time in many years. Getting off the greens my partner and I wondered around a few times looking for the next hole. (spend a couple bucks on arrows or? your patrons will appreciate it) We got cut up pretty bad from the berry prickle branches that crossed many pathways on to the next T-box, looked like we were fighting with a manic cat. Over all we enjoyed the day

Great food enjoyed by four of us. Crisp cold salads, thick well filled sandwiches and the fried items on combo platter were perfect. Crisp and not greasy. As you can tell everyone ordered something different. Wonderful service by a young woman who was very attentive even though we were the only table enjoying lunch on the patio. Recommended for all.

I've been here once before , honestly have never been inside .speaking of honesty, I walked my dog past here to avoid my wife's sexual frustration with me . I am too young for these problems.

My father had been a member there for 15+ years prior to my my own membership. When I signed on with them at 13 I took private lessons and stored my clubs there. I took two months of weekly lessons, then a month off for skating training, and didn't see my clubs again for TEN years. They "lost" them, and I only retrieved my clubs when my dad cancelled his membership after 30+ years of membership. They then miraculously recovered my clubs.... Gorge-Vale used to be a great up-scale golf course for those in Victoria who wanted to take the sport seriously, but over the years it has just grown to be an over-priced facility catering to the d-bags of the sport. Case in point: stealing clubs from a 13 year old girl and only returning them when her dad cancelled his membership.

The food here has to improve. When I told our waitress our food is always cold, she said she picks up our order as soon as she's paged. Been going there weekly for about 3 years. Not going back to eat.
