Been here a handful of times when in town on business. Unfortunately I don’t have my clubs and purchase the rentals. The set of rentals looks like a collection of wedges that were forgot on greens. There was no driver and only a bent 45 degree hybrid. Still a great simulator but a new set of rentals would be awesome.

We brought a group of 10 to avoid having to hang around with our wives and girlfriends while they attended a baby shower. Players offers a comfortable atmosphere and reliable and accurate simulators. It's a good test for your game as the warm weather comes along. There is a terrific selection of courses...so much so we could find one to fit all the abilities of our group---which range from solid -- to none. Even more important...a great selection of craft beers...which always makes our day better.

Had an unfortunate experience, I had called the previous day to book a date and time for Christmas Eve and got a reservation for 3:00pm - 4:30pm. I had travelled 45 minutes to get to the location when I was told I didn't have a reservation.They asked me and confirmed all the details over the phone when booking but didn't say I should be looking out for a email confirmation. When trying to solve the problem, the lady behind the counter just disregarded the situation and walked away when we were trying to figure out what happened. I was told me there was no males that worked there when I couldn't recall whether it was a male or female I spoke to over the phone. They assumed I came to the wrong location, but when I showed them my call history, it didn't mean anything. I even called the other location to confirm it wasn't there and they confirmed that. Definitely not the customer service I would expect, disappointed and won't be returning.

My friends and I showed up for the Sunday night Pint & Wings special. Wings and fries were good. Then we played 18 holes at Pebble Beach in 2 hours while watching the end of Sunday Night Football. Felt expensive for the first time out but if you remember it is golf .... Enough said.

I went there yesterday with my Son and few of his friends. We rented the multi-sport VIP room and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The multi-sport was great and came with a variety of games (basketball, soccer, football, baseball, hockey and zombie dodgeball) It kept the kids active and entertained for 2 hours. Stewart and the staff were helpful with showing us how to use the system and the food was great.

Went there to start a lads night out. I had emailed before hand and I've never had service like it. Stewart was amazing and literally done anything for us that we needed. Very polite and helpful. We had 1 golf screen and 1 multiscreen and everyone loved it. Food and drink was good as well. Would highly recommend this bar.

We’ve been to Players 3 or 4 times. It’s a friendly atmosphere and very clean. My husband enjoyed the golf while I enjoyed a drink and some food. Jessica was our waitress and she was amazing - very friendly, patient and explained everything to us. She even took the time to help me decide what to choose from the menu! We will definitely be returning because of the excellent service.

I've been coming to this place for 3 years now and quite enjoy it. The service is good, prices reasonable and food hits the spot. I love that there are several beer varieties to choose from, including local micro breweries right up to the major guys. The bays are spacious (with the exception of the small one) and the full swing shots are fairly accurate. It's nice to know club head speed and ball speed and knowing the angle of attack and launch. Wish I had these options on the real courses!! The golf course selections are very nice too. If you want to swing a club or watch sports or just simply grab a pint, this place is nice! Free Wifi means it can work as my office when needed!!

Fun place and great deal on the screens. I've used the VIP lounge a few times with a group of friends. It's worth it. Food is getting better, they need a good wing deal. They used to have one, but it was a bit too adventures for them to keep up. Best wing deal I've seen was in Cambridge. 6.99 a pound with fries.

This is my second visit. The service and the experience were great! The simulator was a lot of fun and we generally had a great time. My issue is with the policies and misleading advertising. We were all putting on the 9th hole when the simulator was turned off. Why couldn't we all finishing putting to complete the round? After the round we wanted watch the leaf game and get the pitcher/wing deal that was advertised on your website. We were told we were not eligible because we golfed. I cant find anywhere on your website that states this. Again, the experience was great and we want to come back. I just wish your advertisement was a bit more clear.

Been there twice. Once to play golf for a friends bday and once for the cheap pizza and pints. Both times were very good experiences with great deals and awesome friendly staff. Played golf for 4 hours in the private room, it was very nice since i am not a golfer so had not to worry about others watching how bad i am. Lol Food and beer selection was fantastic. My only issue was the specialty drinks werent priced in the menu and died for an old fashioned since i hadnt had one in awhile and they were out of makers mark so i substituted jack daniels only to find out later when getting the bill it was $11 for this drink, a bit pricey considering it was made with JD but i still left a 5 star as my fault for not checking the price. Looking forward to trying the other sport simulators they have like football and hockey.

May be a great golf simulator, but as a bar/restaurant there's a lot that needs improvement. Service was great, but all food is cooked with a MerryChef. Due to this, food can't be cooked simultaneously, even for just two meals. They need to either add more of these cookers, or switch to a traditional kitchen. Menu also needs to be updated since a bunch of listed options aren't available any longer.

Jaylee was very helpful on any question we had and guided us through the formalities. The computer golf was rather accurate on distance per clubs. Nice atmosphere. Make sure to keep latest updates on computer programs to prevent screen from freezing.

False advertising, they advertise free wings with purchase of a pitcher on their website during leaf games. Turns out its only available of you aren't golfing, which isn't specified on the website. It also seems like a pretty stupid idea given the purpose of the place is to virtual golf. Since I can't reply I'll edit my review, can you show me where in the screenshot I took it clearly states your terms? I don't see it, none of the people in my party saw it and it is clearly bait and switch advertising. Accuse me of slander? I posted a photo of proving your website doesn't state any terms, perhaps you should update it.

This place has great simulators! They have a full bar, and pub food available while you golf. The simulators are accurate. They also have a separate sitting/bar area if you want to eat after you play golf. The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. I would recommend to all my friends

We've played a number of golf simulators over the past 4 or 5 years, but I found this facility to be the best. Great selection of courses and tee boxes to compliment my (lack of) abilities. Yasmin and Jaylee have always made us most welcome and will make every effort to make our experience the best it can be. During this period of COVID-19 protocols, I'm impressed with the attention to detail in making this a safe environment for which to enjoy the game and the pub afterwards.

I've played at multiple indoor golf simulators over the last few years and this setup is by far the best. The accuracy of the software is pretty much spot on. Extremely accurate yardages, conditions play true, and the club/ball senors give you a very detailed reading which helps if you're looking to improve your golf game. They have great local beer on tap and a pub-style menu. The nachos are large enough to feed a small family and the wings are easily the best in town. Plus, their pizza menu alone is worth a visit. I will often go in for just a pint and a pound of wings or a pizza with some friends to watch a hockey game. There are multiple television screens (which are absolutely massive) all around the venue and they are always playing sports. On top of everything else, the entire venue was extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The service from the staff is top-notch. I was speaking with Mariah the general manager and she was extremely friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding the menu and the simulator. Overall this is such a fun place to be. It's impossible to have a bad time. I highly recommend checking this place out.

It was a great experience. The simulators have an awesome picture and are state-of-the-art. They provided every single statistic related to your swing, it's unbelievable...definitely a good swing teaching tool. I can see why the staff says they are the best available in the marketplace. The bar area with the huge flat screen is perfect just to sit, have a beer, a bite to eat and take in golf as it was meant to be watched after you complete your round!

I play at the Brantford Indoor golf location several times a week through the winter with my friends to keep my swing in shape. The online reservations make it very easy to pick a time and day to play. The hardest part is deciding which of the 150 available courses to play. They also run a great league on Wednesday’s which keeps the competitive juices flowing with competition between the Brantford and Kitchener location teams. The simulators are bang on with the distance and accuracy from my outdoor game. Jess, Jaylee and the rest of the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable (because they golf) and always have a warm welcome for all who come in. They also have a good menu of both food and beverages with great service.

This place has some fun aspects though the atmosphere was very dead on the day I went (we were the only people there.) The zombie dodgeball was a hoot, but the food was very bad. The pizza was worse than freezer stuff, really greasy. The nachos were decent, though nothing to write home about. I'd go back for the dodgeball, but only that, and not frequently as it's not worth it for only that activity. Having said that, the golf simulator screens looked good, I'm just not a golfer so I didn't take part in that activity. I think it would be a great place to go if you're a golf enthusiast and want to keep your game up in the long winter months.

Awesome facility! Very impressed. 2017 season update: we havent even been out once since this years promotions arent very good. Leafs game days with buffet? Its a golf facility I am not interested in the leafs nor a buffet while im golfing. 50% off sim days now require a $20 food and beverage purchase, so it really isnt 50% off and we dont always want to spend $20 on food and bev. The new promos just completely killed it for us, I dont see us going out this winter at all. (last winter we played every weekend for contrast lol) Was fun while it lasted though.

This is a great sports bar with big screens and great craft beers. Great food and entertainment for all. Jaylee and Jess are fantastic, all the waitresses are fabulous. The facility is always clean and fun to hang around. I come with my friends to play darts, and have some drinks and I am always amazed at how great the vibe and atmosphere of this place is. I have also tried out the golf - even though I wasn't the best at it. BUT I won the hockey shootout on the simulators during a Leafs game! So there is truly something for everyone here!

I have booked this venue twice this month, once for a work outting and we had SO much fun that I booked again for my friends. Jaylee and Connie were both fantastic in helping us book, making sure we were all set up and ready to go all the while providing us with excellent service. None of us are avid golfers, yet we will be back. The intimate, welcoming atmosphere was very inviting and the staff made us feel like real VIPS. I HIGHLY reccomend this venue for a fun afternoon, or evening out with colleagues, family or friends! (Fun tip, they also have virtual soccer, hockey, football, bocce, zombie dodgeball and more!)

The employees liked it so much in October 2018 that Players was voted the #1 place to book for this year's event. And we were NOT disappointed! The hitting mats could stand to be replaced once in a while though. They develop low spots where everyone tends to hit and stand. Overall, I'd say it's a good value for the price.

We had a group of about 30 of us attend Players in Kitchener for my husband’s 40th birthday. It was AMAZING!!! The entire process from viewing the venue, to booking it, to communications back and forth with the owner, to attending the event and then follow up after was incredible. Stewart the owner was attentive to every little detail to make sure this was a memorable occasion for all of us who attended. And the staff working that evening were very friendly and accommodating too. Our ages varied from 4 years old to 70+, and everyone enjoyed their time there. I would highly recommend Players!! Played a round of golf with some friends here a couple of weeks ago. The experience was great. I found the simulators very accurate compared to others I have played in the past. Great selection of beers on tap here as well. Our server Sarah was very attentive and our glasses were never empty! We ordered nachos and some wings as well. All of the food arrived very quickly and was delicious. Overall a very good experience! We will definitely go back in the near future.
