Good place to stay if you can get a good deal

Our recent stay started out great with the hotel clerk. The elevator was full of dirt but figured it was from repairs being done but on our day of check out the dirt was still there. We expected our room to be at least freshened up the next day but nothing. We called the desk at 3 and asked and were told they did check in rooms first. We mentioned we only wanted towels. At 5.30 we were still waiting. My husband went to the desk and asked about the towels and the girl knew nothing. Needless to say she brought the towels up just after our visit to the desk. The couch was so.old when you sat on it you were almost sitting on the floor. Breakfast was plain and nothing was hot. A hotel representing the Hilton it was a disappointment. I don't recommend this place nor will I stay again.

Bathroom fan not working. Breakfast was horrible. Bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. Very noisy with kids running in the halls constantly.

Friendly service, beautiful CLEAN rooms. Reasonable rates. Quick to access from the 403. ????to Emily who was very accommodating and helpful for my visitors last minute reservations.

Rooms were generous size and very friendly staff who were very cautious of guest spacing during Covid19. Appreciated this. Also had very generous meal in our room for breakfast!

This is the second time I've been to this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. Last time there was a jacuzzi in room but I guess they don't offer that amenity anymore.

The manager was absolutely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I will never return to the brantford Hilton.

Comfortable hotel, room, and beds. Breakfast was satisfactory. A bit of an out of the way location, but we were just passing through Brantford.
