This club is a great club BUT... Louis Fazari Executive Chef is a DEADBEAT not to be trusted in any way. He once owned a Pizza place in Dundas Ontario where he never paid any of his employees. Ongoing Labor disputes if this man pay his employees I would not be writing this today.

Back in the good old days, you could expel in the bushes. The course is lengthy and sometimes its tricky getting back to the washroom. On my last visit, I was told that relief in the bushes is no longer permissible. This is a crying shame! I demand a review of club policies!

@ toxic mustard.. how does one know the servers last name ? I do not believe that when a server goes to greet a table, at any dining establishments, in no way do they give their last name ? Really makes you go hmmmmm . Also , how on earth can you make two reviews about the same person on the same day, but for two different establishments? I call a fraud, a sabotage. Slanderous and unjust . @google you should be taking this matter seriously because it's absolutely disgusting to have someone hide behinde their computer screen calling themselves " toxic mustard " going around and trying to make a bad rep on an individual .This is not ok . Not only are they now bringing the said individual down, they are bringing a bad rep for two different companies where she doesn't even work ! How crazy can you be ?!

What a remarkable golf course. The fairways are perfect, the greens are challenging making it tough to earn a birdie. The venue was in pristine condition for the Canadian Open and the tournament itself was very professional. If you have a chance to play this fine course, I'd recommend it.

One of the top courses I've played due to it's escarpment structure and gorgeous vistas. Greens are extremely tough and an experienced putter will still have to be careful. West / South are the championship combination yet the East course is still beautiful.

Gorgeous! I went to watch the Pro Am a couple weeks ago, and I spent most of the time in awe of the views. The landscaping was impeccable. Staff were courteous and cheerful! Everything was laid out very clearly and I never had one blip in my day. Tip: If you are plant-based at an event like this you should pack ahead. Your choices were: chips, water, pop, and coffee. I packed a meal and snacks so it was fine for the day, but be warned.

The course itself is wonderful. All three nines never get old. The grounds are usually in good condition. Unfortunately over the past years the greens have gotten a little slower. I would recommend walking as it is a wonderful way to spend a morning or afternoon. The clubhouse itself is beautiful and historic. Staff are not the friendliest but can be quite helpful. I love the caddie program as it does wonders for the local youth. The only real concern I have is the lack of community involvement through the rest of the club. The course gets a bad reputation amongst non-golfers because of its high exclusivity.

Great course with 3-9 hole courses. Fairways were in perfect shape with the greens being a little slow, though we played when they just sanded them. Range is spacious and plenty of short game areas to practice on. Restaurant is also very good.

For a golf course that is going through a transformation, it is suprisingly still in good condition. The meal afterwards was spectacular.

Our server Courtney was extremely and disgustingly rude making racist remarks under her breath thinking we didn't hear her. Service was appalling and she wasn't in the slightest fazed. When we tried to ask her if everything was ok, she just snapped and said if you don't like it, go somewhere else.

Attended a Christmas party recently and had a great time. The club itself is grand and historic with beautiful grounds and golf course. The food was five star quality and the service was excellent. I'm not sure if the club is open to the public as I believe you have to be a member. This is my third time attending a function here and I've never left disappointed.

Sweetwater is a beautiful community with wonderful people. Perfect for your dream home. Love the golf course. Great Professional staff. I've been here many times Pressure Washing Tile Roofs, fences and driveways. If you're thinking about buying a home this is definitely the place.

Went to The Canadian Open on Saturday. Security was terrible. Never had to show our ticket or go through Security since we rode on Wheelchair bus. Not enough porto-potties throughout the grounds. Beautiful sunshiney day with great golfers and we had lots of fun!

The open was great, as usual but stands ran out of food, wine, and after walking all day there was over an hour wait for the shuttle to take you back to Ancaster fair grounds. Very very poorly organized both morning and night shuttle.

Top notch golf course. I had the good fortune to play this tremendous track. I played the South then the East. While I preferred the South, the East was also gorgeous. I have recently played the West too. It was gorgeous. Lots of elevation changes which adds to the challenge of this course!!

I attended the RBC Canadian Open over the weekend and purchased a hot dog from one of the on course kiosks... Before I get started, I have to imagine that if hot dogs are available in prison, they would be comparable, if not better then this dog. The dog came squished into a sheet of tinfoil, with a dollar store caliber, stale bun. The dog itself was cold, and possibly prepared in a microwave hours earlier with a strong rubber-like texture. Each painful chew was filled with shock and regret. The kiosk offered only 3 standard condiments, ketchup, mustard and relish, all of which were hot from the sun and extremely messy. Unless you are starving and have no other options, I would not recommend you try this hot dog. Overall I am rating this a 1.1 out of 5, and for the first time in my long and prestigious hot dog eating career, I will not buy again.
