Service is below average. Staff is not trained and often is put in place without any experience or guidance. It starts at the top and the Top Man Dave is a zero when it comes to anything but trying to reap in the most money. Members are an inconvenience for him and it permeates down into the organization. If you have ever been to a true Golf and Country Club, you will know what I mean. The Board seems to be blind to it, as it has been this way for many years. Join another club until there is change. The food and beverage manager is a beauty as well. Not really a clue, as she awaits retirement. Nice management job Dave, who needs to go. Great location, too many members, and bad service. Join another club. If you are thinking of joining interview Dave first over lunch. Ask him what happens if you bring a guest to play and the guest accidentally beaks a window! Ask him if he will make you pay! It is a bit of a gong show, ask 3 members prior to joining.

Had our wedding here beginning of September. Great venue, good service, but the food served was not the same as what we had at our tasting 3 months prior. "Beef tenderloin" tasted and looked more like a breakfast steak. And the chicken was really really dry with a lack of the mushroom sauce that was part of this entree dish. I'm sure the food they serve in the restaurant for members is great but when it comes to events, they lack quality and the consistency. The event coordinator that we started with in January, had left for another job and we were assigned a new one as our date got closer. She didn't seem to be keeping on top of things. Instead, you have to keep calling her to make sure things are on track. This place came recommended and quite frankly I felt I got the short end of the stick. Service was great the night of the reception but the food and planning process was not what we were promised. I would not recommend this place for large events to friends and family.

I had been canvassing in the neighbourhood that day. During a canvass you are essentially dropped off in a neighbourhood, given specific doors to knock and then picked up. Given the area, we ended up walking vast distances as the properties here are larger than other parts of the city. About halfway through I felt tingling in my intestine, and I knew I had a limited amount of time before I would erupt. Being in the middle of a neighbourhood can be quite the sobering experience. Normally I would not hesitate to simply knock on someone’s door and ask to obliterate their washroom. However, given that we are in Covid this seemed inadvisable. For a few moments I thought I would simply have to fight my body and hold it for the next hour and a half, until we turned on to Northshore and I saw the golf and country club. I informed my other two compatriots of my mission, expressing that I will meet up with them after, but this was not a drill. I cruised over, slightly concerned about whether I would be granted entry, knowing I had no choice but to try. I entered the clubhouse and was delighted that the bathroom was to the left. I strolled in there and had one of the most pleasant bowl movements of the entire campaign. The bathroom itself was immaculate and incandescent. The stall was larger than my microsuite apartment in Vancouver and completely private. The toilet paper was soft, and the toilet had a powerful suction. As I began my exit, I could not help but notice that they have cloth towels to dry your hands. This is one example of their leadership in sustainability. I then helped myself to fill my water bottle in the sink and was on my way. I caught back up with my fellow canvassers shortly after and we continued our democratic pursuits. Without a doubt the Burlington Golf and Country Club has one of the nicest bathrooms in the entire city.

Enjoyed celebrating our wedding here. The evening was perfect, food was absolutely delicious and staff very accommodating and helpful even during our snow storm event and we needed to delay dinner by over an hour! Highly recommend, their wedding coordinator worked very well with our event planner which was perfect to allow us to not worry about the small stuff.

Our violin and cello duo, trio and string quartet regularly perform at the Burlington Golf and Country Club for wedding ceremonies, receptions and private/corporate events.. We have always enjoyed the facilities here, especially the outdoor wedding location. The view is stunning. Bravo!

When trying to get information for a future wedding, I was given good prices for food, and I was told I would get a discount, as well as have my requests met. I went with family the next day, and they increased the prices, telling me they read the lunch prices even though I requested dinner prices, and on top of that, they said they cant do the discount that was previously mentioned. I was told the day before that I could bring food for the midnight buffet as long as I purchase some of their midnight buffet options, and then I was told that I cant. The irony is it was the staff that mentioned that I could bring my own midnight buffet food even before I asked that question. Just to hold the date so no one else will hold it, they asked me for a $2000 non-refundable deposit, which is the only venue that had asked me to do so. It was a very disappointing experience because everything I was told was not true.

Attended a wedding here. Chairs were set up outside with a beautiful view of the Burlington skyway & Hamilton Bay. Food was amazing, and the club house is very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

The portions are always plenty and they will box it up if you can't finish. Eat upstairs in the dining room or downstairs in the curling lounge - it the warmer weather you can even sit outside on the patio - over looking the golf course and Lake Ontario

The Burlington Golf & County Club is a great spot for a corporate event. Great view of the water, skyway, and mordor. Food is excellent, service is great, and the men's washroom has toothpicks, flossers, shaving cream, hair gel, and reusable towels. I was there for a company event and it was great.

Trevor Fackrell is the best CPGA Pro in Ontario. Course was in great condition. Rehab on some of the holes are almost complete. Will play again in the fall.

This "Skyway" is part of the QEW highway and is the only way to and from Niagara Falls from Toronto and Waterloo. Great place. A traditional club house, the food was very good (traditional roast beef buffet) and the place had a community feel, as the curling rink was busy and other events were going on as well. Use of club facilities requires a membership, but if get the chance it's worth going
