I honestly am super disappointed. I used to receive amazing service that has since gone downhill. I had my car in for an oil change Jan 20th 2021 - which I booked online a week prior. In the notes I mentioned I would need my vehicle back by 11am so I could go to work. When I arrived I was asked if Id be leaving it or picking it up, and I mentioned I specifically put in my appt request that Id need it- the person I left it with gave a slight sigh as if asking to get an oil change in TWO HOURS was asking a lot. If an oil change takes 2 hours thats a problem. When I picked up my car the service was much friendlier- HOWEVER. I was not given my 30pt inspection card, nor was my vehicle washed. I paid $144 for literally an oil change which is outrageous. They tried to "make it up" conducting the 30 pt inspection to tell me my one tire is cupping. Conveniently they didnt rotate my tires at the 45 k service which is what definitely caused it. Upon review of my service report I noticed at my 45k (done at about 42k) service all my tires were at a 7... for my oil change at 48.5k my tires were 2 - 6's and 2- 8's ... my tires magically got better? Jokes. Their service manager also completely ghosted me- I responded to her email questioning the above feb 8th... it's feb 25th now still no answer and a bs excuse from the dealer principle stating she had addressed all my concerns... really? cause all my concerns were not in my original email. Pathetic. Don't trust them at all. You'll never know the ACTUAL condition of your car

Amazing experience purchasing a 2022 Golf R here. My sales rep JB was very attentive and responsive with my questions and excitement, he made sure to have every answer to my questions. Angela Wrigley, the financial manager, was a pleasure to deal with when explaining all of my options and keeping on top of the things being done to my car. Being a brand new version, we hit a snag but everybody did all they could to ensure I was happy and receiving my car as quickly as possible. Everyone from the sales reps, manager, to the techs working their magic in the back were superb. Would absolutely highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to have a positive experience when purchasing their car.

Great friendly people! I will only have these guys work on my VW. I know it will get done right. My critique (not for getting 5 stars), every time I drop my car I get a loaner. They know I'll be there promptly at 4, but I still have to wait 30 minutes for them to arrange the loaner. Wish they could plan this out better.

Harassed me daily with offers for months. Can't find someone to provide customer service. Window tinting fell apart twice, very poor service center. Seat belt clip stopped working and was told they would not repair it by a greasy service center employee. Car is only 2 years old. Cant guarantee their seatbelts more than 2 years.

I really love my car and the sales staff were really good. But, after going in for a routine recall service, I found some hoist damage to my rocker panel. A few phone calls, emails, and a couple different service managers, absolutely nothing has been done to fix the damage. 2 years later I'm still waiting. They keep saying they will look into it and will get back to me everytime I drop in to follow-up with them. I would not recommend getting your car serviced at this dealership. There is no accountability whatsoever.

I had a new Tiguan for 3 weeks when a major module malfunctioned on my way north. Without my vehicle for six weeks BUT rental vehicles were supplied. Orillia VW and Brantford VW tried to get the part a.s.a.p. but with the current supply issue, it wasn't easy. Lorne Little from Brantford VW especially went out of his way to keep me informed and once fixed in Orillia, returned my vehicle to Brantford and back into my possession. Regardless if you have scheduled the first appointment the wait at this dealer is less than satisfactory and most times a simple oil change is in excess of 2.5 hours even if you are waiting and identified the need to be somewhere when booking. When phoning for the oil change it is never communicated what this scheduled additional maintenance is, rather they wait till you arrive........surprise! I have been going there because of a purchase and not once has a preplanned visit went according to plan. Seriously not impressed to the point I would not consider a VW for my next car and I truly enjoy the ride!

I would like to thank JB (Sales Rep) as well as Angela (Financial Services Manager) of Brantford VW for being such great people and helping me and my family with our latest purchase of "Mamba". (2014 Golf Wolsfburg edition TDI Wagon with 41K.) From our first meeting right through to the finalization of our purchase these two were wonderful to deal with and extremely patient. I've had my vehicle for over a month now and I'm still blown away by the service I received at Brantford VW when I was deciding on what vehicle to get. I can't recommend them enough, I dealt directly with JB and his professionalism and knowledge are second to none. When I was thinking about going to another VW dealership for the same vehicle, JB secured a deal for me that I couldn't turn down! I also spoke with Ian who assessed my trade-in and have nothing but good words for him as well. Melanie handled the financials and again, nothing but good words for her. Worked with Kathleen and Melanie to purchase a pre-owned hybrid vehicle. Easiest car buying experience I have had so far! Thanks to both of you for a seamless purchase experience - I was in-and-out both for the purchase decision (which was a no-pressure purchase) and then for the actual pick-up, which was some quick signatures and I was out of there with the keys in 30 mins. I had an issue emerge with a maintenance light coming on 2 days after I drove off the lot - Kathleen and the pre-owned manager have arranged for me to go into a local Jiffy Lube and have the bill sent to them. This is really excellent service and a great experience. I would definitely buy a car here again!

Awful service!! We stored our winter tires (that we own) here over the summer. We booked an appointment to have the tries swapped out and took our car at 8:45 a.m. Around 2:30 p.m. we hadn't heard from them so we called to get an update. They said our car wasn't done yet because they were short staffed. We had to pick up our kiddo from school so my husband walked over to see if he could get more information. It turns out Brantford VW put our winter tires on someone else's car and did not have our tires (that we own). They did not tell us this over the phone when we called them. They do not have a solution for us. So now our property is on someone else's car and we have no winter tires. We are appalled at this incompetent customer service and would encourage folks to stay far far away from this place!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs Purchashed a 2017 Jetta under the certified pre owned warranty from VW Brantford They claimed this car was accident free which was a lie In addition to the damage on the front end of the car There were several other issues I noticed within the first day of owning the vehicle I immediately contacted the dealership to express my displeasure and was referred to their manager Lorne Little Lorne told me to bring the car back and he would personally redo the 112 point inspection and would fix any existing problems However when I brought the car back he was extremely ignorant and refused to inspect the car and address my concerns He even went as far to say that he would not be honoring the dealership credit that I was previously given due to the fact that the car was poorly detailed and oil change was not completed That's right they did not change the oil prior to selling me the car After taking my Jetta to Volkswagen Waterloo and paying for their mechanics to inspect the car my concerns were confirmed Not only does the repairs to the front end of my car not meet Volkswagen standards I also need my alignment fixed as well as have my oil changed among other things Despite this being a CPO vehicle and having bumper to bumper warranty it appears I will be absorbing these costs As the crooks at Volkswagen Brantford refuse to accept any responsibility for selling me this car in it's current state While I hope for some type of resolution with head office I am fully prepared to take VW Brantford to court should I need to be reimbursed for repairs If you are in the market for a VW take your business to Waterloo their service people are extremely honest

Kristen was nothing but accommodating with my super last minute car purchase and made everything super easy despite the tight deadline on when I wanted the car, the fact that I hadn’t seen the car and the dealership hadn’t seen my trade all until the day of purchase. Angela was also super helpful considering I had forgotten some of my paperwork behind for the financial side, but was patient and ready to assist me remember what I had needed to get. Prior to this we had visited other dealerships and the level of service was great but not to the extent of what we received at Brantford Volkswagen. Amber was our sales agent and she is the epitome of what I characterize as someone who puts customer service at the forefront of the sales process. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and took the time necessary to inform us of everything we should know about the vehicle we were interested in. In fact, we ended up purchasing two vehicles. One new and the other used. The used vehicle was spotless in and out. Certainly a reflection of the pride they take in their business. Even the way they have the sales floor furnished made us feel very comfortable. Additionally, when it came time to negotiate the prices of the vehicles we were purchasing Amber was back with an answer from management within minutes. In the past, with other dealerships we had to wait lengthy periods of time to get an answer on the price from management. I think this sales tactic is outdated and I appreciate that we did not have to sit through a long drawn out process. In closing, I would not even be writing this were it not for an exceptional experience in our vehicle purchases. Well done Brantford Volkswagen. You are doing it right. Keep up the good work!

Amber chatted with us briefly in the parking lot and a few minutes later after looking around, went in and sat for a few minutes and left with her card saying that we were just starting to think about purchasing a new car. I recently purchased a new to me vehicle at Brantford Volkswagen and am more than pleased. I love, love, love my new car and I had a wonderful experience. I test drove a couple of vehicles on my own and then I test drove my now vehicle- it was love at first sight and drive. I then spoke to Angela, a delightful young lady about purchasing an extended warranty for my new to me car, she was informative and gave me all the info so I could make a decision on what was best for me. My salesman was Jeff and he was great at giving me all the facts about each car I looked at and answered all the questions I had for him- he went over everything I needed to know about the car and told me to call him with any questions I might have. Finally last but not least Ian was absolutely wonderful to deal with, he gave me a very fair price on my trade in and found me a winter set of tires and rims for an excellent price. Fantastic service experience as always whether its a regular oil change interval/brakes/new tires/alignment. The pros at Brantford VW have my complete trust in my vehicle's service needs (which aren't at all frequent, but when they are due, I don't even hesitate to make an appointment here). They don't upsell you on stuff you don't need.. I've never sat in the waiting room thinking "oh what are they going to *find* wrong with the car and try to sell me on".. No, they just perform the agreed upon services as described by the maintenance schedule, no fussing around.. this is very characteristic of how businesses in Germany operate and I'm glad to see that business practice repeated here. I have a 2018 Golf.. best car I've ever owned, extremely reliable, drives as well 80,000km later as the first day I took it home. Thank you Brantford VW for helping me keep it in tip top condition. Your prices for service are THE MOST REASONABLE of any dealership in the Hamilton area.. well worth the drive. It's no wonder you are a Wolfsburg Crest Club dealership. When I first bought my Tiguan I had no issues. Everyone was great. Never an issue getting appointments or anything. Now I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment. No one is helpful. I asked to be put on a cancellation list and have had no calls. I don’t get my schedule 3 weeks out to be able to book. I was contemplating trading in my Tiguan for an id4 but at this rate I’d rather look at other manufacturers. To note: I understand tire season. I understand it’s the busiest time of the year. I also work in retail that involves tires. Which means I have a fluctuating schedule. What’s hard to believe is that they don’t keep just service appointments open. Update: wow. What a response vw. Did you not see that I have a fluctuating schedule? The next available appointment is on a day I AM GUARANTEED TO WORK. Also note to potential future customers…you don’t need to listen to their peer pressure speech when you buy new about only giving a 5 star review. They clearly don’t help when you need it anyways.

What a Team. Recently in the market for a Mercedes Benz C300. Came across the vehicle at Brantford VW and reached out via email. Amber was prompt on her response and worked with me to provide details on the vehicle. We drove to Brantford (45 minutes away) to meet with Amber and test the car. From the moment we got there, Amber provided details on the car, history and let us take the car from the spin. We then met with Ian (Manager) who filled us in on the history of the car. They provided us with more details on the car than you can find in CARFAX. Convinced we found the right car and team, we made our purchase.
