It was a beautiful day to be golfing at Beverly. Course is in tip top shape. This typical R. Robinson design has tough greens. The pin placements made it even tougher this afternoon. I did hole out on #3 for eagle ???? We stay for a bite and the haddock sandwich was delicious. Hope to play here again !!

We were there for a group luncheon. It consisted of a nice variety of good, tasty salads and wraps and sandwiches. The setting was beautiful. Besides the golfing the pool looked inviting. The staff was very attentive.

Beverly is a great club with a fabulous course in mint condition. If you haven't played it recently find a member and get out there as a guest. Better yet, join Beverly while you can. There are only a few equity shares still available. The club has a modern clubhouse, practice facility, pool and a a great membership you'll enjoy being a part of...it's a real community. There's even live entertainment on the patio every Friday night. This place has private club amenities without the stuffy environment you find at some other places.

What a gem!! Fantastic course. It should have always been in the top 100 by score golf. Usually when I play a course, I rate how many holes were interesting or beautiful. On Beverly I thoroughly enjoyed 13 of the 18 holes!! At times this course reminded me of Dundas Valley with the rolling hills. Other times it reminded me of Thornhill with the elevation changes. Ironically I did not know that Beverly was designed by Robbie Robinson who worked for Stanley Thompson (designer of dundas and thornhill)!!

Food was excellent. We were met with a sparkling mimosa to start off our meal. Great way to begin. Lots of variety of food to choose from. I'm gluten free and theee was no shortage of food for me. Staff was pleasant and very attentive. It was a lovely way to spend mothers day with my family.
