This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf club.
Greens are vibrant, and course is beautiful and well laid out. I look forward to my next visit!
Very nice course. Slightly challenging greens as its up and down. The course is all par 3 except for the first and last hole. Service has always been excellent. Bring lots of balls if you dont hit straight
Good location, well maintained greens and clean facilities. Their restaurant is great for a bite before or after golf. Hopefully one day I can play this course without losing a ball, i always have a great time here, but golf can be frustrating even on a good day. And I'm.not very good either, but I'm just bad. Your probably better, so come here and golf!
Nice facility, but you not s good place to practice. Putting green not available to practice because of covid and never allowed to chip. Much better facilities for practice in the surrounding area.
Great track. 2 part 4s and 16 part 3s. True greens. Friendly staff. Great kids programs. Awesome membership deals. They treat you right.
The conditions of the course are always fantastic. Some of the best turf in the gta imo for a heavily used course. Had an issue with a pair skipping a hole ahead of us, just to find out that the wait would increase even more. Called marshal to sort things out, could have been handled better, but worked out in the end. The lack of two stars is because it took 10 minutes to reach the clubhouse, nobody would pick up the phone, from all extensions, including the golf director. This is at 2 PM. Im usually happy at this course, this time it was a little disappointing.
Beautiful little course, a hidden gem. With holes 1 & 18 being par 4's and the rest par 3's, your iron game will get a workout. This is a links style course, so if you miss, there's a good chance you're losing a ball. The driving range has some beautiful target greens as well. Beautiful patio and restaurant for after the round is a nice bonus.
Amazing amazing amazing! Beautiful course, great course staff, and fantastic restaurant staff! Jordan is a king and the highlight of Turnberry for sure! Only thing is that I wish the tee boxes were in better shape (that’s on the guests playing though). Divot fixing rules should be put in place. 5 Star experience!!
Beautiful day, good lunch on patio with a good friend. Excellent staff.
Went in with no expectations and it was honestly a fantastic course in great condition
Beautiful place!
Great playthrough for beginners and intermediates. Very enjoyable.
This is a fun course to play. It is very well maintained and the price is fair. The course setup is challenging but not impossible. The pro shop staff is friendly, and the prices are where they should be relative to other courses in the area. Also, the restaurant/bar is fantastic!
The staff at Turnberry Golf course made every single dream I had for my wedding come true. Kathleen was incredible ! She made sure we had the most incredible deal (for our winter reception) and she adjusted things to make sure we still had every luxury imaginable !! Jordan was in charge during our set up and on the day. I cannot imagine a kinder or more patient and innovative individual. Any obstacle we ran into Jordan found a way around and actually made it way better than it was before. Everything was done with a smile and a “whatever you would like we can make it happen”. He even found a way to put up all my hanging fairy lights I had always wanted !!!
Love this little course. The holes are all interesting and the greens are fast and well kept. If your game is all about the long drive, it's probably not for you
One of the best par courses I've ever played. A touch pricy. The driving range was pretty beat up as well.
Great course and great condition despite a lot of rain the day prior. Super test, especially with the wind picking up. Will be back.
Course was in good shape. The Marshall's were all friendly. Had a great time.
A nice gem in Brampton, not a long course, mostly par 3's but all very challenging. Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my wife, very reasonable for such nice ambiance. Staff are friendly and service spot on. Exec Chef Tony had done an amazing job with the food and beverage. Will be a regular for awhile.
Very well kept grounds and great prices too.
A beautiful golf course and the restaurants NINE 18 was amazing. I’ve always had great experiences here.
Grass could have been better at the driving range, also prices could have been better.
Amazing driving range! Highly recommend.
Great place with a declious menue option and peaceful view. I had a lovely luncheon.
Food was delicious, i got a vegetarian option, even though I am not a vegetarian ! It was the mushroom ravioli and ir was creamy, fresh and satisfying. My father and my sister got the seafood pasta and it was waaaaay too salty my dad couldn't even eat his food. The chocolate mousse cake they brought for dessert for my father was also great and decadent. My brother got a steak sandwich and my sister in law got one of the burgers unfortunately i can't remember which one but they all enjoyed their meals.
Very nice course. Greens were in excellent shape.
Turnberry, is an excellent experience and a wonderful golf course. It has amazing greens, challenging holes and a beautiful design. The food is excellent also in the clubhouse. The best place to play golf
Great course and nice driving range
Great short game track PERIOD!! Wind will cause you havoc here. 1 is a tough opening dog leg left up hill par 4. Good luck on that opening hole.
fine dining and great servers . great place for a birthday dinner
The ambience is excellent...wonderful view food was okk
Very fun course with fabulous landscaping. Great place to work on the short game! Very well priced. Recommend a cart since it is a tough walk ????????
This is a second time we got rejected at the reception desk. I personally love this spot but front desk staff just leave the bad taste in our mouth. Communication and customer service skills can be a focus point to help improve their service.
Very nice course! Well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent course to work on your irons with majority par 3 holes. Need to be accurate though as the fescue is thick! Highly recommended ????
Great course and staff. Very understanding and what an amazing course for intermediate players to have some challenging gameplay.
This place used to have good food from when it opened to just before the new management took over. We love the atmosphere (you see a lovely sunset from the patio), and the service is good. But the food was just not edible. So I've changed my rating from 4 to 2 stars (the stars are just for the service and the atmosphere). Fyi. We ordered the grilled calamari which literally came raw, and the both pasta dish were so overdone that you didn't need to have teeth. Spoke to the manager and he just went on about he is training the cooks (what? ) And that he knows Gordon Ramsay and a whole bunch of BS that he really thought we would believe. Maybe they know how to make other dishes, but this venue is now not the same quality of food you would expect from a place like this. It's fast food or worse.
The food is not fresh. The salad served with the grilled calamari I ordered half of it were yellow. The calamari seems poached not grilled, don't have any grill marks on it , undercooked. On menu it says served with baby spinach but I got arugula instead. I really don't mind it but they should have advised me of the replacement. Golf course at par food triple bogey
The food is great and worth‼️. I recently had my birthday celebration here, everyone liked the vibe, food and view????. A great yet unique place to dine in the GTA. Highly recommended ????.
It has the best public driving range and putting area in Brampton. Beautiful practice facilities for a relaxing evening or morning. Great place to hone your skills.
Excellent track to polish up your irons, chipping (yes I missed several greens) and putting
Beautiful place
Very nice course all around but very very challenging on the windy day we played it. Truly very challenging all around - bring extra balls!
The patio is great!! Staff is friendly and food is tasty
They have a driving range. Great course. The customer service needs to be worked on. Whenever you call no one ever answers. Also they have a vibe like they are doing you a favor for allowing you to play there. They also make a point to let you know that even though it is an executive course it is very challenging. Starter, servers, and staff are very nice and friendly. The service itself when you are there is good. If they could answer their phone and be more gracious of customers coming to play then this would have gotten 5 stars.
Kind of a funny experience, made the reservation not realizing it was a par 3 course but actually had loads of fun and really got to practice my short game. Staff are also very friendly and nice. I'd recommend you check the course out if you were looking for a par 3 course.
Pretty good course, short so it’s nice to work on your irons. Very well kept. There are 2 holes that share the same green, kind of odd
Tough course but in great shape. Definitely worth the money
Great course, starts you of with one of the hardest par 4 you'll encounter. The greens are in great shape and putt true. Great place to test your iron game.
Excellent course, challenging and very well maintained. Water, bunkers and sloped fairways. (get ready of ball roll overs) very scenic. Great location. Nice Staff...
Well thought out Par3* course. Very well maintained and conditions were great! * 1 and 18 are Par 4s
Golf here often. Have had our company golf tournament here the past 2 years and this will be our 3rd! Love the hills as I love the exercise! Our clients come from across southern Ontario and everyone has enjoyed the course and the venue.
A great place to escape from the busy and conventional restaurant chain. Love the atmosphere... Perfect family place for get together.
The view excellent and the staff is very welcoming.
Restaurant has great selection of food and drinks. Tasty and fresh
Challenging short course in beautiful shape.
Great layout, super staff
We give 10 stars!!! Turnberry is a hidden gem. The chef here is superb! Our compliments to the Chef Luigi & Jr.- exquisite work. Talk about getting a bang for your buck, Turnberry was the perfect place to take my parents for their 48th Wedding Anniversary. The soup!! Steak, lobster, shrimp, butternut squash ravioli... mmmmm! To die for. The best coffee and deserts. Meagan, our server was absolutely lovely and attentive. Thank you, Turnberry for making our night so delicious and memorable. Xo
It is such a beautiful course with a nice-looking facility. If it were based only on my personal experience with the staff, I would have given it two stars or one. I wasn't given a map upon entry. Our experience would have been more enjoyable had we been able to navigate through the course. There were no indicators for newcomers as to where to turn or go next. Let's say that we were lost.
Very calm place
Very good golfing experience. Check in was fast and pleasant. Got a nice surprise that they provide senior discount. Starter was friendly and helpful. As I was playing there for the first time, gave me a few nice pointers. Course was in great condition despite the recent wet weather. Must not miss the fairway or green as doing so means a lost ball to the thick fescue rough. Challenging enough course where missed shots will be punished by the fescue and water hazards. If u don't hit it straight, bring more golf balls. Can be a very hard course if the wind picks up. Easy to walk course. Didn't get to try the clubhouse restaurant though it looks very welcoming. Will be back before the end of the season.
Went there for my Birthday to have some drinks and apps on the patio. It was referred by a friend of mine from work. It was my first time there and it had a great atmosphere and I had a great time.
Best par 3 in the city. However only two par 4s. Great walking course. Beauty patio.
Didn't play the course but the range is pretty sweet. Nice people there too
Nice executive track, same ownership group as Eagle's Nest in Toronto. Very well maintained, little pricy on the rates but value for the price. Clubhouse and bar are excellent, very solid wine selection and they have quality drinks, including a very good scotch selection. Highly recommend this course.
Great place for beginners like me. Proper care for Covid precautions in place. Food in patio very reasonable.
Fun course for average golfers. Friendly staff
Great short course that will eat you up if you aren't on your game. Love playing there and done in 3 hours or less. Rough walk too.
Very challenging executive course. Very well maintained.
My experience at Turnberry Golf Club specifically restaurant Nine18, was amazing! It was the best venue I could have chose for my sister's bridal shower. The food was so good and I have received endless compliments on how good their East Indian Buffet was. So happy with the service we received from all the staff. They were all very polite and helpful. Thank you so much to everyone at Turnberry, truly a great experience.
This course is extremely beautiful and well manicured for the price. The links style course provides new challenges not common in Toronto and it’s a great place to dial in your game. Mostly par 3’s but the first hole is a behemoth par 4 that requires 2 really good shots. If you don’t let the first hole get to you, it will be a fun round.
The atmosphere is really nice! Was a frequent visitor back in 2012 the menu has changed .we missed one of our favorite menu items steak sandwich but the new menu is still pretty good! Wings needed to be a bit more fresh with side sauces and carrots and celery only thing missing everything else was super !!
Fun and attractive par 3 course. Very well maintained and challenging for people of all levels. One of the nicer driving ranges I've seen in the GTA as well.
Gem of a par 3 with tough greens and hilly landscape.
Very bad customer service, didn’t seat us inside. Wanted us to sit outside in the cold with no heaters!
Nice short course with two par 4s and the rest all 3s. Great for people who hate their driver or love their low irons.
Very well maintained par 3 course with two par 4 holes. Good mix of challenging holes with a great pace of play. Beautiful and picturesque course, also one of the nicer driving ranges in the GTA
Great par 3 course, harder than it looks. Very well kept grounds, but call ahead for a power cart as they get booked quick.
Very good looking course, at a reasonable price. greens and fairways were well maintained given the time of year and little amount of rain recently. Although the staff was oddly abrasive and was very gruff when we went to tee off because she didn't remember us paying (we did, and she later realized her mistake). the biggest pitfall of this golf course was the fertilizer spread on all the tee blocks which would constantly get stuck in the grooves of your club, even on practice swings, making it a necessity to clean your club after every swing. on some tee decks it was so bad that i now have lasting marks on my M2 7- iron. I am very disappointed with this oversight by the maintenance staff, who should have realized this would happen.
Course is always in great shape and i can work on iron play. Dont miss your shot or u will pay a steep price for that. Tough track if your not hitting your shots well
Love this golf course. It may have 16 par threes but is a great rest of golf. The fescue is deep, you can't hit out of it. The greens are big with lots of break and elevation changes. I always hear people say it's a par 3 course how tough can it be. I say come on out and try it you will be lucky to shoot a good score here.
Nice little gem in Brampton with an awesome range!
Well kept, great practice facilities. a little bit pricey for an executive, but they definitely put that money to work. course is always in great shape
Very well kept course. The greens were impeccable, easily the best that I have played on this year. You can tell that this is this sister course of Eagles Nest. Don't let the shortness of this course fool you, it plays very tough especially if it is windy. The 1st and the 18th holes are the only par 4's on the course, the rest are par 3's.
Beautiful course that they maintain in great shape, especially the greens. I have played here many times and it is always in great condition. The first and last hole and par 4s and the rest are par 3s so it is a very short course. Being right in the middle of Brampton makes it easy to get to and if you’re looking for a shorter round you’ll be able to do 18 in under 3 hours. I would say that for beginners this would be a tough course because of all the very long grass around each hole (have fun finding your ball) and you are hitting over water on a lot of your tee shots. Definitely fun to play and they do a great job at maintaining the grounds.
Great course for your short game
Reasonable golf course. Communication with staff non-existent! Called in about the range . They said it was opening 12 noon. Arrive. Still cutting grass. Then everyone leaves but no one says if the range is open. NO ONE KNOWS. Terribly run business. Will find other places to practice and golf!!!
Great place for local golf; course well maintained; friendly staff; would rate higher except new management have main restaurant closed til 5 pm??? With thunderstorms today, there was no food available??? Shame was always a great restaurant
Staff are very rude! One guy used derogatory terms when asking us to not drive the cart on the rough! He was very rude and unprofessional! Golfing comes with a certain level of etiquette, Turnberry golf course have fallen very short! Will never go back there!!
Great short course. Extremely well kept and for a mostly par 3 layout pretty challenging. Recommended for sure
Nice place great greens
This was an amazing start to the season. Forecast was rain but turned out to only be cloud cover. The facility had a premium driving range with practice yardages each having their own greens and flags. So helpful to dial in the ranges before the round. When it was time to tee off the friendly staff helped us onto the first tee. Started off the round slow picking up a good amount of double bogeys but ended up with a lot more pars and TWO BIRDIESS. The overall play pace was solid, never felt rushed. The traffic noise was extremely quiet even being so close to the 410. This course will test your iron game with plenty of challenges varying from slopey greens, water terrain, heavy mounds of thick grass, and incredibly rewarding views. Truly the best executive course I've been to. Cheers to a great season '21
Beautiful course in the middle of the city. Great value for 18 holes.
Beautiful course, very well maintained. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because we had difficulty locating the beverage cart and had to put a call out to send them our way.
Good for practicing Par 3s. Otherwise, very well maintained course.
Do your self a favour and drive 10 minute north. There are many decent courses out there. The service has really gone down. Get ready to be discriminated if you are young. The guy at the front said “there better not be any beer in the bag” I don’t drink and I don’t appreciate the way they treat their customers. He’s just standing in the corner and making rude comments. I have been coming to this place for years but things have changed now. Never going back again.
Pretty wet day and course was very soft. Still had enjoyable round. Love the layout. Be back soon.
Great place. Helpful staff! First time here.. really enjoyed.
Beautiful course but pretty bad sewage system. The day we went was so clear and nice weather but it rained for 3 days before we went. And we literally got ruined by mud. All the shoes, pants, clubs etc got all dirty. Now still suffering from cleaning my white shoes up from mud.. Anyway, the lawn was very well maintained and the scenery was so beautiful, so I would go there again.
Great practice facility, always well maintained.
I cannot believe the incompetence of the restaurant manager. We had booked a retirement party for a colleague on a beautiful Friday afternoon on their patio. We had approximately 20-25 people. We were having a few drinks and laughs on the patio and some of us wanted to order some snacks and finger food to eat. We were told WE CANNOT order food because we had more people then we reserved, and we had to go into the dining area for a sit down fixed priced menu($50/PP). Are you serious???? Let’s do the math on this, approx. each person would’ve spent around $100x 20=$2000 of lost revenue for the business, on a not so busy Friday afternoon. SO WE TOOK OUR BUSINESS TO JACK ASTORS!!!! Not everyone wanted to sit down and eat or spend $50 on a fix menu. It’s too bad your floor manager is not a business oriented person and lost a lot of revenue for the business and future parties.
