We offer you all the feddbacks of people like you who bought the products of Golf Town (Golf) in Borden territory (Canada).
At the present this firm has a rating of 4 stars out of 5 and that rating is based on 121 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings that it reaches is good, and it's founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the rating is very credible. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are pleased with the business, it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to place feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Golf belongs to the category of Sporting goods store.
Looking for advertised women's golf gloves on sale-none to be found.
Great selection.
Great parking area, nice clean store, sometimes a little short on staff. But all members are eager to help with your inquiries.????????️
Went into the store for a price match recently and there unfortunately was a mistake on the receipt in which I did not notice until I was home. I called the store back and it was handled exceptionally well over the phone. This is why I shop locally instead of online. Thank you Bailey!
Decent selection. Went twice with my old Taylormade Spyder putter and was comparing other putters and was very interested in buying a $300-$400 putter (Odyssey or Ping). Not one person in two twenty minute sessions even acknowledged that I existed. Very weak service, and it's not like I went on a Monday morning, I went on a Saturday, ther wad lots of staff, one even putting hats on the wall right beside the putting green.....in fact I'm in the parking lot writing this review right now. Skip golf town and go to a real dealer, just a joke.
Great service from every staff member in every department. This is the only place I will get my golf gear and if they don't have what I want in stock I will still give them the opportunity to order it.
Replenished my ball supply, after strategically hiding mine in amongst the trees
Found a pair of clubs online so I went to see if they had it in Stock at the store. I said I wanted to spend about $300 - $500 on a new set because I don't golf that seriously and the guy working told me I should just leave because he wouldn't sell me anything that cheap. The only thing he would offer me was an iron set that was $900. They had the clubs I wanted there but I got them online instead because he was a dick.
Does anyone ever answer the phone at this store. Called at least half a dozen times and not once has anyone picked up.
Price matching is a scam. Ordered from Golftown.com. Provided evidence of better price at local pro shop. They first denied saying the comparable was for ladies, not men. When challenged they agreed comparable was a mens set. Then they said pro-shops aren't retailers so they denied. Any excuse to avoid price matching. They don't live up to their own policy.
Very helpful service. Had my clubs re gripped. They did a Good job! Large store with a great selection of merchandise.
Great staff, very friendly. The staff know alot about the products.
Great palece
Great group of people
Great selection on golf apparel and accessories.
Too small and they never have what I want in stock. Staff is friendly
Had the opportunity to to get fit by Scott Z and I highly recommend working with him. He took the time to help me find the right clubs for my game. I will only be buying clubs from this location now.
Great place for all your golfing needs, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable staff. I get my clubs re gripped there every year and have bought all of my clubs and equipment there for years. Check them out.
Dangerous place to be for your bank account. :)
I love golf town. It's just a little pricey. Nice to see some better sales more often. But if you want the best quality stuff this is the place to go!
No customer service, we walked around the store not once did anyone offer to help us, they were quick to ask other customers if they needed any help to find what they were looking for
Large selection
Yep can find all you need for just golf !!!
A nice variety of everything from clothing to equipment to accessories but expect to pay top dollar. I'll almost always find exactly what I'm looking for but then see better price somewhere else. Definitely a reliable time saver but not a place to score a deal. (In my experience)
Best club repairs in KW. Mark is the best.
I found them Overpriced on their used clubs but happy to have a GolfTown at all!
Worst golf town location ever. Poor service. Got laughed at the other night bringing in my 6 month old Taylormade M2 driver which snapped at the hozzle. Took a photo of it saying he has never seen that before. Told me couldn't ship it to taylormade for warranty repair . Made me drive to Mississauga/oakville location . They acting professional and took care of me. Drive the extra 20 minutes down dundas and go to the 403 and dundas location.
Good place to go for club servicing. Fantastic selection and specials are good. A bit over priced for everyday things.
Clean location, friendly staff, always helpful.
I bought clubs 3 days ago online for pickup. I was told 2-4 hours and they still aren’t ready. I have a tee time in 45 minutes and they store won’t answer the phone. This is the last time I shop at golf town. I spent 1300 on these irons and I’m not sure if I’m ever going to see them. If I don’t hear from the store soon I am just going to leave them there and let them automatically process a refund to my credit card.
Expensive
Very helpful with my first time purchase of clubs.
Great sakes and informative staff
Golf Town Kitchener, ON is great! Paul gave me excellent customer service. He was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this location!
The source for all your golf needs!
Great customer service at this location. Thank you Andrew for helping me out, you and your team are the best!
There is such a variety of sales staff and we had the worst experience today. (Last week was fantastic, but that's another story.). So sad today at home with no purchases where we had great hopes of coming home with new golf clubs. How can …
Great products, but the prices are a little inflated.
Love the ladies shirts!
Staff were great, bent my gap wedge a few degrees stronger so that it fits my set a bit better. Would definitely take my clubs in for tuning there.
My second home???? Always a great service
Great customer service when getting my new driver
Great selection. The putting contest was fun.
Always has stock, and when they don't easy to check online now!
Good store , well stocked.. service was great
Friendly staff and clearly defined covid procedures allowed me to shop for Christmas presents safely. Their store is always clean and very well organized.
Great store, great staff, great selection. You need something they have it or can get it for it. Scott is amazing to deal with and help your game.
This golf town suck!!! Because of one employer who said that I was (aka) "trash at golf"
Great service and selection
Great customer service...great deals!!
Typical golf town, lovely pre owned section.
Good selelction of clubs and accessories, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Large interior putting green and indoor golf screens so you can try before you buy.
They were great. The flyer was miss leading and they honoured the deal anyways.
Friendly and well informed staff.
Staff were exceptionally helpful. They will probably have anything you need
I visited my local Burlington Golf Town to re-grip my clubs. I was told that the sale was over, which is OK. After that, I was told that my clubs would not be ready until April 28th, which is OK. Then, it was suggested that it would be better to comeback in 2 weeks, because of security, I should not leave my clubs in the store. I guess the business must be pretty good for Golf Town, because I felt like they did not want my business.... Customer service is still the best representation of any business.
Seems to have changed over the last few years...could just br this location tho.
Golf Town has always been a number one choice for golf everything, located in Stonebridge shopping district, very good location drop mom or dad off and get all other shopping done, walmart, home depot, dollarama, food, hotel, gas, coffee all nearby walking distance, staff are knowledgeable about the products, such a wide variety and selection of golf clubs, golf simulator for trying clubs, great used selection, custom club fitting for shafts and grips available, putting practice putter before you buy
Good selection here. But items are in the high end in terms of price
Great service. Great staff. My home away from home.
Fantastic help, knowledgable staff.
Excellent service from their repair shop, plan on using them for all work needed on my clubs.
5 Star service here..!! I had a fitting today and the guys there are very knowledgeable and will suit what is needed for game improvement. Every question i had was answered and some info that was given will be remembered. Enjoyable atmosphere and I left very happy with the outcome. I will go back for sure and will recommend to anyone that is looking. Keep up the great work guys. !!
Kind of a depressing place these days. Lots of shiny new golf stuff. Employees hanging out together and not helping you. Can feel the beginning of the end. Too bad, lot of knowledgeable people work there, but they don't seem to care if you are in the store.
Friendly and helpful resources.
This golf town supports Donald trump
They are always helpful and give you honest opinions on what clubs to use and choose from given your price point.
Golf Town has a great selection of everything you need to feed your golf addiction, and you can usually find some good stuff on sale. They have their ownership problems sorted out now so I don't think it's risky to shop there. Only downside I find is their clothes are quite expensive.
Good spot for golf products, sometimes a bit over priced though. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Not a lot of merchandise on display but a very nice store none the less
July 28,2019 Today I went shopping at the Appleby and Dundas store. I was looking for women’s golf shoes and some new clothes. It was very hard to find anyone on the floor to help. When I found the one person, I asked about another size in shoe. She said no, as I was trying it on and asking another question, I looked up and she had left. After wondering for a good half hour looking at different items -I had to find her again because the change rooms have coded locks(???) on them. She opened it without a word-no” if you need any other size , I’ll check in you” I left the change room to get another size, only to come back to the change room and someone else had taken it. I had to go and find her again and ask her to open another. Again, no words, no smile. I finished trying on my things, checked out. This was the worst service ever. I won’t be back, Anita Zante
Employees are very attentive and the store is very organized. Missed some sizing for some items but will come back in peak season when they’re restocked!
I’m very new to golf and maybe it shows? I waited about 10 minutes for someone to talk to. I was ignored by no less than three employees, before I went to the front counter to ask for help. I was told to wait as they were busy with another …
Nice staff. Not too busy.
Driving range training facility is great
LEARN HOW TO PICK UP THE PHONE!!
Recently at the demo day event, I met with Jamie and inquired about some Cobra irons. With Jamie's help, I purchased a set of Cobra irons on sale for $399.97 reg $899.99. Very happy with my purchase and with the service at this location.
Good Staff, Nice simulator
Great selection, great staff. Very helpful.
This location has a better selection for ladies..
Perfect equipment, perfect service! I would always recommend to a friend.
Great service and selection of men's golf attire and equipment but need to improve on women's selection
A normal shopping experience in my opinion. I'm not overly bombarded by sales people (which I like) and when I need help, it's easily offered.
Staff were quite rude to me before closing (got there about 10-15 mins before close), store hours are quite limited, there’s barely any stock of anything left and the workers provided me with one word answers when I asked them questions.
Great location. Manager was very nice and offered help finding the right push cart.
Just bad customer service. Went to check out a couple wedges/iron sets. While handling the two clubs was first told by a staff member to not to put the club on the ground (which I hadn’t done), then was told by another sales rep to limit …
Friendly staff, lots to choose from. Prices are little on the high end.
Poor customer service. “Don’t call us we will call you” after waiting 2 weeks for new clubs to come in. Will not check to see if clubs have come in, told to wait until we get a call. Update: Still waiting for that call 20 days after promised arrival date....27 days in total and they will not check for me. Told to wait for them to call.
Very nice store !
Nice store, very friendly staff, super knowledgeable and eager to assist you with your questions.
The guy with grayish short hair putting on grips in back had ZERO customer service skills and no personality. Asked couple questions regarding putter grips and got nothing from him, better off just googling it on my phone while i'm there. Me "Is there any putters that have this similar grip on the floor?" Him "no idea". Got a home depot kind of CS here.
Very professional store for fans of Golf.
I spoke to Jamie on the phone to get some info and check stock on an item. He was a good guy and very helpful. The item was waiting for me at the Cash when I arrived shortly after. Very helpful... 5 stars! Thanks Jamie...
Good selection and safety signage was very visible . The store appeared much busier than the posted occupancy of 40.
Golf town is great. A good place for golfing needs in Saskatoon. I go there if I have questions and they always have good answers for me.
Good store to purchase basic golf gear but I prefer the Ancaster store because they have more selection.
I had some work done on a club and it was well done and staff were excellent.
Phoned to see if they had a club in a stock the person on the phone would not say if they had club till i let him know what my budget was for the club.
I dealt with one of the younger guys and thought he was fantastic. I told him I was looking for just a PW cause I lost mine but was planning on getting new clubs after selling my house so he dug around and found the only just PW in the store for me. Then he showed me some cheaper sets and said based off the limited experience I had he wouldn't spend anymore money then some of those cheaper sets. Didn't push anything on me to try and buy. Helped me find a pull cart and the few odds and ends I was looking for. I asked about fitting and he said it's not worth it till I've been at it for awhile and have made changes to my swing and got that where I want it before getting too serious about new clubs. It always looks busy and some of the reviews aren't the greatest about staff but I thought the guy I dealt with was great and gave me good advice, I'll definitely be back in the future.
Pretty pathetic customer service. I emailed over a week ago about Golf Town honoring a price from a daily deal and still have received no response. Even if the answer was no, I would of appreciated someone contacting me back. For such a large company this is terrible client service.
Quick grip replacement, did it for me while I waited. Thanks for the good service.
Dream Town
Single star rating for one very simple reason , they are the WORST location to get ahold of. After 10+ failed attempts I contacted the Waterloo location. Not only did they pick up immediately with fantastic customer service but they also accommodated for me and held a club for an extended period. I felt that would not have been the case at the Kitchener location , even of you could get ahold of them. Customer service is hurting at times in Kitchener
Great selection of golf equipment
Golf town what can I say oh yeah. Cam King. The King of golf club making. Never sells you something unless you agree. Never makes you a bad club. Professional
The older Gentleman in the Shoe area was very friendly and helpful!! Really appreciated his service!! The rest of Staff are a absolute joke, Too busy too see if your trying to steal something! Profiling is alive and well at the Burlington Golftown, Will never go back again.????
Good selection. Knowledgeable staff
always a treat to shop, great service but where else can you go for golf equipment and the variety they have..
Good, very organized, test areas are starting to open up, appears to have a good inventory
If you can afford to shop here you should just donate to charity.
The purpose of my visit was to have 2 golf clubs regripped the associate showed me the grips I was looking for and he installed them while I waited, the service was excellent and associates were very knowledgeable and friendly, all and all a very good experience
(Translated) Good and a wide range (Original) Bra och ett brett sortiment
Awesome selection and always good deals to be had. My wallet might disagree with my life choices though.
Good pro shop guys,
The service was poor. They where more interested in counting inventory that helping customers. I was in trying to get clubs checked of lie angle a loft before going on holiday. They wouldn't even try to help . This not the first time I have received this type of service at the store. I drove down from Prince Albert. I was told to go there because I am left handed. They are the people with the equipment. Thanks for nothing
Good selection... Sales Staff friendly if you are spending mega bucks. If not, they find someone else to assist. Check Out folks were friendly
A little pricey but usually has everything that I am looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. It is my first stop when needing something.
Generally OK. However, if you pay for customized club fitting be sure to get what they call a real " Master Club Fitter" I got this 16-17 year old kid and had to change a few things after my clubs were ordered. This kid must have started at 2 years old to become a Master Fitter by 16 years of age
nice layout, small shoe selection
Overall the staff are more interested their own personal conversations than helping customers. I asked questions about stock and ordering a product and I was brushed off multiple times
I got some great advice from the salesman helping in the golf shoes section. Not pushy, just helpful and honest. My kind of way to buy golf shoes.
Great customer service. Clean and organized store
Staff is really friendly and helpful.
The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Far better than the St.catharines store.
Awesome service there! They asked me my price they brought me all sorts of clubs within my range and below it. They didn't even push for me to buy the expensive ones the one they recommended for me was actually under the price I gave them. I bought that one because it worked with my drive the best. Thanks for all the assistance Golf Town employees!
Great store but prices are nots
Purchased a iron set and driver from Kitchener Golftown. Paul was instrumental in making sure I tried each available set and club in my price range. …
Stopped in to get a putter fixed. Great staff, incredibly helpful. Sale on right now with some great prices. If you're looking for new equipment, a new club or some new clothes definitely stop in.
Horrible service in store and particularly on line - be prepared to wait at least a month.
Poor customer service.
No sizes only s,m
Just different with the Covid situation. 15% off not quite enough of a deal in these economic tough times.
Fair
Friendly helpful staff
Stock every thing you need pertaining to Golf from testing new clubs, clothing, excessories, etc. Knowledgeable staff and who doesn't want to take advantage of inhouse sales.
Great customer service at the pro shop.
Really good place.. great service.. reasonable prices.. i highly recommend..
Service was a little slow, but it was busy. Got what I went for. Last set in stock. 7am tomorrow try them out.
It's beside my bank.
Love this place
Friendly staff! Great customer service!! The assistant manager in the golf repair was very helpful!!
Sadly only a 2 for a store I use to like but sadly they are not very good with the curbside service. I visited their website, products are available. Called the store to find out what their turn around time is for online order to curbside …
Very good
They have a monopoly since there is no other golf equipment store you can shop at in Ontario, Canada for the most part. Customer service is hit and miss.prices generally are high...but have to admit they had decent sales around boxing day.
So I decided to trade in my old clubs and get some new sets, went to the Burlington location, and met Terry the store manager. He made my experience so wonderful and happy so informative, overall I was very impressed. I ended up buying the Honma, I fell in love with her the first time I hit it. Big thanks to Terry for making my experience so pleasant and wonderful, keep up the good job! Best experience ever I highly recommend this location and Terry the store manager and his staff.
Poor customer service. I went into this store 15 minutes to close to quickly look for some equipment and was greeted by a young man rudely telling me that it was 4:45pm and to hurry up and look for what I need because they close at 5:00pm. Two young men were working and they were both rude.
Haven’t been to this location in a few years after receiving no service every time I went. But I was playing in the area and needed a few things. Wow! What a difference! Was helped the moment I walked in, great conversation with Cameron, and quick and easy check out. The place was busy but the employees seemed to make the time.
Came from Prince Albert to go to golf town and a employee, older guy, maybe 55-60 wouldn’t stop following me around the store. I would even walk away from him and he would still follow me. And when I would walk away he would stare me down until I was looking at something else then he would continue to follow me, I think they thought I was trying to steal because I’m a younger guy and they thought I couldn’t afford a new driver?. Was going to buy a new driver and putter until that guy kept on pushing a new driver on me to the point of following me. Only got the putter because the man left me alone when I was browsing them, but still staring. The man was also way to arrogant for his position. Also only offer me 80$ for a M2 when on the phone they said 140$ in any condition.
I will never step foot in this store or any Golf Town again!!. I will drive to the US and shop there before ever giving this store a cent of my money. After driving from Hamilton to Burlington to purchase a golf bag for my father they told me that it is no longer in stock . I called that morning to ensure it was in stock and was told they were indeed in stock. When I got to the store I was informed that they have been sold out for about two weeks. While I can overlook the error in stocking levels, I cannot overlook is the sheer ignorance of the staff that followed. The one staff member flat out said that I must have miss understood them on the phone as they would not say they have something in stock if they don't. After explaining that we skipped the Ancaster store to drive to Burlington as they claimed it was in stock , the staff member snapped back and simply said well you just wasted your time as its not here. No sympathy, no apology no nothing. Golf town resolved this issue with my father and eventually made things right however they lost me as a customer in the process. The new golf clubs I am buying this year will not be coming from golf town.
A manager took the time.to explain where the taxes were when I returned a club. Would have been far easier if I just could have seen it on the receipt. Help him out so he doesnt have to explain it everytime. I appreciated his detailed explanation and time he spent with me. He was great.
Great place great staff
Walk by
My experience at golf town was amazing the service was great and along with that it was fast.
I just had an excellent customer service experience with Chris at the Golf Town on Appleby line in Burlington. I was in a pinch, and he went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure my needs were met. I will be asking to work with him in the future. Great job Chris!!
Great selection, went in looking for pants that could masquerade as business appropriate for work but were comfortable - lots of options to choose from and the staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable in terms of what would wash and wear well. A great retail experience all in all.
Great place. All the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection and competitive prices
Very disappointed today at golftown in saskatoon. I took my daughter with her full set of Taylormade m2 clubs to see if she needed new shafts because of her swing speed increase and growth. Was over ten minutes before any help with staff standing around doing diddly squat!!! Finally after some time help arrived. After her session the so called "pga pro" tells us yes, she is now into a mens shaft. He then tells us it would be $800 to reshaft her clubs and it would be better to buy a new set! So trade in value. Hmmm. $410 dollars for driver down thru all the irons!!! So another set of m2's at 2800+ is better than reshafting at 800, which is high anyway! Really! And at the same time I am trying out a new me with the twistface. Zero help with the computer. No help or any questions if I would like to try another shaft or adjustment, nothing! Dropped 500 there on other stuff like shoes and such. Wish I hadn't. Won't be back there. Go to regina. Much better store and staff!!!!
Good service!
My daughter recently had a fitting with Andrew and hands down he is one of most knowledgeable and patient people I've ever dealt with. He has so much knowledge when it comes to clubs, fittings, swing characteristics - the list goes on. He also helped us tremendously with a warranty issue that was dealt with professionally and expeditiously and for that we will remain loyal customers for a very long time. This my daughter’s second set of clubs through Andrew in the last 2 years and if you’re in the market for a new set, make sure you at least talk to Andrew before deciding. Thank you again Golf Town and thank you Andrew for your support.
Scott was helpful - although got me driving back and forth between two locations, spend the money, shafts had to be changed out, the head had a missing washer, at that point didn't feel comfortable with a stock item purchase. No follow up on returning the item. Wasted two hours of the day.
Good selection and nice store but customer service isn't great. Bought a new set or irons, asked for help for employee to never come back. Spent 30minutes trying to get someone to help me. Never struggled so much in a store where I was going to spend $1000.
Excellent staff, great service
Had the absolute best golf fitting experience. Master Club Fitter Mark Thomas took his time and made sure that I walked out with the best possible fit for me. Love my M2 irons. Thanks to Golf Town Kitchener and special thanks to Mark Thomas.
Brandon - discussed with his customer service. Absolutely appalling
Great selection of Golf gear. The front staff aren't very friendly and are less helpful.
Sadly, online shopping experience VERY disappointing. Golf bag shown as in stock; ordered. 10 days later email received that it was no longer in stock. Substitution product offered didn't compare. Questionable online purchasing inventory management = questionable attention to customer experience = questionable business sustainability = opportunity for a competitor!
Best golf store around.
Very impressed with on scene re gripping of two clubs. I waa expecting to drop them off and they were done in 5 minutes. Store is very clean and is adhering to covid-19 protocols. Now that I'm getting back into sport of golf, this will be my preferred shop for all my golfing needs.
I've been in twice and dealt with a young man named chris who helped me pick out a driver and make the proper adjustments on it .he knows his stuff and was a good listener understanding my golf needs .I'll be back thx
Love the product but the customer service has taken a nose dive.
Lots of nice clothing options.
Doesn't have a good selection. But still ok
Store takes pandemic procedures very seriously. Shoutout to Stephanie who was very thorough in wiping down the fitting room.
Stores expensive (golf is expensive in general) but sometimes there's a few goodies on clearance. It's nice to just go in and try the latest clubs without nay pressure to buy anything.
Their return policy is appalling and their manager is pathetic.
Just left golf town on Fairway road in Kitchener and the service in the repair shop is impeccable! In out done exactly like I asked. Friendly courteous staff. Check it out for yourself. Thanks
Very professional, friendly, and courteous staff! Found a great putter after testing out a few of them on the practice green. Can't wait to test it out on some serious greens at Osprey!
Best place in Canada for golf supplies.
Went to look at new drivers. Was ready to buy the latest and greatest. After a few shots in the SIM bay, it was clear a model from last year was a better fit. Thanks for being so impartial and honest.
I don’t really enjoy golf
Had what I needed. Was very helpful with instructions. Nice store!
Many of items, most of which looked nice.
Shopping got shoes 30 min ago Have never received such poor service anywhere The staff member (male) was very rude This is first time I have ever posted a review This shows how terrible customer service was Too bad good store most staff are great I found the one who should have stayed at home
Always go here when demo sale is on, this is the first year I bought a nice set of Ping irons and they are great! The staff helped me understand my clubs and customizable options for them too! I cant wait till next season starts, just indoor playing for now.
Nice atmosphere, great selection, very pricy
Staff members come off as arrogant and stuck up ( mostly the elderly gentlemen) and not willing to work with you to find the clubs you need. Basically no extra effort to satisfy customers very poor customer service in my experience at the saskatoon store.
November Demo and used golf clearance is great. Look forward to this event every year.
It s golf what can you say. Great selection, good service.
Staff in the ???? department very help full
Has pretty much anything a golfer would need. Great spots to try putters and woods/irons.
Over priced but only game in town
Weak. I was looking for a specific product and had trouble finding it - I couldn't find any help looking for it. It turns out the guy who is supposed to be working was in the Golf Simulator working on his iron play! I finally got a hold of him (as he was also busy checking his phone) and asked that he check if there was more stock of the product in the stock room. He went back to check, but then didn't have the courtesy to tell me that they had no more left. As a long-time customer, I will have to strongly reconsider going back to this store - in the future, I will check out Sport Chek or online for golf equipment. It's sad as this and other Golftown stores will eventually close and many good folks will lose their jobs, but for this chump - I can't believe he's even employable.
I purchased a new set of irons today. Sizing assistance was excellent and they were very fast at customizing my new clubs to how I needed them. Will be going back to the Kitchener Golf Town for any of my future golfing needs.
I had a tour trek golf cart cruiser, Did not work as the front wheel rubbed against the bracket where the bag sits. Used it one. Called Golf Town and Tyler agreed to exchange it under warranty with no issues. I upgraded the cart to a Tour Trek one clic classic model and Golf Town honored the same discount as was given on the initial purchase. All I had to do is bring the old unit to the store and pick up the new unit by paying the difference in price after they applied the discount. Excellent service and was very pleased on how Tyler at Burlington Golf town looked after my issue. I would give this location an excellent rating on customer service. Much appreciated especially during these covicd-19 times.
I would like to thank this Golf Town for their excellent customer service. I paid $375 for the most uncomfortable pair of Foot Joy golf shoes. Instead of standing behind their product they told me that I was out of luck because I purchase the shoes two months ago. It was the first time I had them on today other than the time I have them on the carpet in the store. The store feel and real time wearing do not match. I left the shoes there as I would never wear them again. There is no doubt that Foot Joy would provide a comfort guarantee but Golf Town decided against it. I hope this post will deter others from shopping here. There is no doubt why they are claiming bankruptcy...their go to market strategy is a recipe for failure!!! Hope I was very clear in my post!!!!
I had a grip replaced on my 8 iron. Cam did a great job. Very fast and efficient. Be sure to drop in and see him when you need some work done. -The Co-op paint Guy-
Clean place with lots of products. Understaffed during peak hours.
Had everything i wanted ror now lol.
The ol guys are really nice in there
One of the last decent golf supply houses for the regular golfer. Great selection.
The staff were very helpful and they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking to buy. A very pleasant experience and I would go back again.
Always great service at this location. Great selection of equipment and footwear.
very poor customer service. lots of young guys very arrogant and no customer service skills i will never go back
Great selection of different products and helpful knowledgeable staff. Regular prices are a little high but they have good deals for merchandise that's on sale.
Get selection. Staff very helpful.
Went for a custom fitting for a new set of clubs. Danny was amazing to deal with he was a great help. The Burlington store was great.
Absolutely great service from knowledgeable staff. Worth the drive from Toronto for the experience.
Customer Service was non-existent. The Customer Service Rep laboured to tape up a club for me and didn't even bother to set up the simulator. I will be making my purchase online.
Good selection of golf equipment but expensive
Great service by Cameron and the team. Thank you!
Great buying experience with Jon and Andrew. They made it easy and was affordable to get a new driver after almost a decade between the purchase of clubs. Thanks guys!
