I believe this was the first course in Saskatoon. Great beginners course most wide open shots. Little challenging some holes. Lots of people playing on The Daily and they're super friendly. Would suggest anybody to play it at. And the course is well kept off

I am a huge disc golf enthusiasts. I've been playing disc golf for about 10 years and I started on diefenbaker disc golf course. 3 years ago I would have given it five stars not because it's a super complex course but because it's so good at ushering in new people into disc golf and such a beautiful place. But now that this Optimus he'll is gone in it's lost most of its luster and it's completely destroyed five the best holes on the course I can't believe this city let then build a ridiculous sledding and snowboarding hill in such a beautiful place. What a horrible decision. At all the beautiful trees that they cut down in the environment that they destroyed in order to create a couple of extra dollars doesn't make any sense to me. Optimus is supposed to as per the agreement with the city plant one tree for every tree they cut down well in my estimation The Optimist project cut down well over 3,000 trees and I highly doubt they're going to plant more than 30. Diefenbaker Park will never be the same

Great 18 hole course. Mostly par 3's with a couple par 4's on the back 9. Fun, simple but not to easy! definitely a well made course. Good for beginners! Having the UDisc app makes it a lot easier to know where the holes are.

Just got started into the disc golf community and it's a pretty fun sport that anyone of all athletic levels could get into. You get your kilometres in with this course and very well maintained. The community seems to be very chill and would highly recommend anyone give it a shot. The only upfront costs to playing is buying your own Discs from a sports store. I recommend Escape sports as they have a very large selection of disc's.

I got lost a few times, but that's just how it is for disc golf courses the first time you go. The map on the website isn't accurate right now because of some construction in the area. I did find all 18. Good course, I'm going again tomorrow.

Definitely your best option for disc golf in Saskatoon. It's a little tough finding your way around your first go at it, but there is always someone around there to point you in the right direction

Great course! Gets a little busy at times so you have to be patient. A good variety of shots keeps this course interesting. If you're new to the course download the U-disc app as the transitions from holes 2 -3 and 12-13 are not obvious if you don't know where to go next. Don't forget to bag your head/tail wind discs.

This is an excellent course. It's not as fun with the new holes though. Hopefully they put some holes back on the hill

We play disc golf here all the time! The grass is well taken care of and tons of parking. Haven't tried the ski slope, maybe next winter

Fun course and fairly open so good place for beginners too. Can get a little windy. Holes all have real baskets and most have tee boxes.

Really fun course. Highly recommend. Can be confusing if you don't have a proper map and haven't played it before but it has concrete tee pads and decent baskets.
