Had such a great stay. Clean rooms, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, extra cleaning supplies left in room. Hotel pool was open for half hour swims-found it a bit short with small kids, but I understand they have to make sure there is enough time for all guests. Breakfast was served by staff and was expected for continental. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Very expensive! Beautiful rooms. So so breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to prepare us a few items for breakfast knowing we were leaving early and wouldn’t make it for the breakfast that they start serving at 6:30 AM. We let them know of our early departure the night we arrived and when checking out the next day the breakfast was already prepared for us. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. They allow dogs which was a bonus. They even left us some dog treats in our to go breakfast bag. Very thoughtful of them. I would 100% recommend

The staff here are all so so lovely, from check in to check out! I got the breakfast time wrong and the woman working the dining room took pity on me and set me up with some breakfast items! The rooms are also very clean and comfortable (can we get an amen for late check out) I look forward to staying here again!

I've been to many hotels and this hotel is so far my favorite! Room was clean and pool was also clean.. but thing that made this hotel the best is the staff! Everyone works here are SO KIND! When you walk in the hotel, from front desk to room cleaner and breakfast staffs... everyone you meet here will be kind and nice to you! A very modern looking yet warm and comfortable place. Expensive for the size and layout of the room; the price however is reflected in the pleasant atmosphere, amenities in the hotel and care taken in breakfast lounge. I had asked for a really nice room, like luxurious type nice but I got a standard king suite with a shower, no tub. However the bed is to die for comfortable and the room is spotless with little desk type pullouts on the couch and despite being a very small room, has a well thought out layout and comfortable. All the linens looked and smelled fresh and new, the pool is quite shallow all the way across but is still a pleasing size and the lil hot tub is a nice bonus. The fitness room is clean and well appointed. I really like the color scheme here and the staff is unobtrusive and polite. I only give 4 stars because the price for the room was a little disappointing.... although overall I do really like this place.

The family is older now (80-90) and live in smaller accommodations. The hotel recommended we use the conference room to meet. We were able to meet with extended family. Everyone was very considerate and helpful.

Decided to spend the night here last minute to avoid an early morning drive to Kingston. We have a small baby and the suite was perfect as it has a seperate bedroom area so we could watch tv in the living room without disrupting the baby's sleep. Service was amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent Hotel. My wife and I stayed here for a week. Everything is super clean, the breakfast was great. Free coffee anytime in the lobby. Our room had a full fridge and stove top. Excellent for business travelers like us that want to cook. Laundry onsite, pool, excellent fitness room. But most importantly the staff were amazing. Loved our stay at TownPlace Suites Marriott in Belleville! The bed was super comfortable. Everything looks so new. We took a dip in the pool and jacuzzi....all very clean...the man was checking the chemicals when we arrived, which he says he does every 4 hours. The free breakfast is a full buffet with options of waffles, eggs, fruits, oatmeal, etc. We noticed that the staff was very friendly and happy. From the moment we arrived to when we left we felt very comfortable and taken care of. Room was very quiet too. And Tara and the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our dog was comfortable as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Staff are all friendly and seem happy to be there. They are quick to make right any problems -our toilet wouldn’t stop running and the electrical outlet in the bathroom flickered the lights when you plugged the dryer in- both were fixed within an hour of calling the front desk. If you are traveling with a dog you could wish for a better place to stay as the staff treated my pup to lots of love and attention! The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful.
