I was at the Sport Check Quinte Mall location yesterday (October 22) to buy new shoes. I have problems with my feet that require me to have specially sized shoes and not just that but shoes specifically designed for my the problem with my feet. I have never experienced having a more knowledgeable sales associate than the girl that served me yesterday afternoon. I wish I could remember her name but sadly I can't. Anyway, I think everyone should have as much knowledge about the shoes you carry as this girl. She took the time to ask me questions, she looked at the bottom of my shoes to see where most of the wear was, she explained in detail why my current shoes were not quite meant for my issue and she helped me pick the correct shoes for my issue and explained why they would work best for my feet. I'd also like to comment on the cashier that served me as well. This cashier was friendly, had a bubbly personality and helped make my experience even better. Thank you so much ladies!!

My father brought both his bike and mine to sport Chek on Thursday. He dropped them off to just have a tune up done. When he left there store, both bikes were working great. Upon his return on Friday. They told him that his "gears broke". They said sorry, but that didn't fix the fact that we payed for a tune up.. Neither bike was oiled, or cleaned, in fact. My breaks that needed to be tightened... Still need tightening. Also, they aren't going to fix the problem they caused. We had to ride in a 25k race today, and he only had the highest gear.. Not cool ✌????️. But on a good note; the lady at the cash was very nice.

Bad customer service with my friend. Footwear woman .....she knows nothing about her stock. If you don’t have a a pair of shoes why do you only have the one to the pair ? You can’t tell me the other size Nike sandal walked away with out its match.... if you have it on display you can’t tell me that they are not there ! Lost the sale from us .

Customer service in the shoe department was horrible. Went in two different times the past week to buy cleats for my son. Long wait times to be served when no one is in the store. Then told wrong information by two staff. Won’t be shopping there again

I've went in here many times to buy running shoes and workout clothes. Most of the time, staff are nice. However, this one guy at the shoe department asked me unnecessary questions, like who is it for while I'm trying it on. I felt uncomfortable because I have a small feet that could wear children's and adults. He said they have adult shoes too. I mean, if I want to try on children shoes and fit them, why does it matter? My friend doesn't get asked.
