If you’re looking for a golf course for a round in PEC this is a great track. The course is well maintained, the staff are friendly and attentive, and there is a great membership base that has been nothing but inviting and welcoming to a new member like myself (joined last year). I’ve enjoyed each round I’ve played. It can slow down a bit on holes #5 through #9 on occasion, but it’s nothing crazy. Most rounds still play in 3h30m to 4h20m. The course isn’t long, but the course does require you to hit good shots. As there’s not many places to miss. Tee times are spaced 10 minutes apart. Beverage cart team on the course is friendly and food service provided by The View is good too at the turn and post round. Would recommend to anyone looking to play a round or join the club.

Great golf course - fairways and greens in great shape - Restaurant is excellent. Downfall is that there are no Marshals and they cater to the tourists so rounds can be really slow. Speed of play is slow so don’t be in a hurry.

Nice club, nice view, great way to spend an afternoon. The greens are kept well and the layout of the grounds is unique enough to have you turned around in no time. They put on a nice spread of food and dessert for big groups as well.

very basic course , with average to below average conditions. this course is incredibly short and should be priced around $40 per 18. instead they charge upwards of $80 (with a cart) . They had quiet literally no food available at all (not even your typical egg salad sandwich). staff was incredibly unfriendly and had very little knowledge about golf or ... well anything at all. wouldn't recommend this course to anybody given the outrageous price , but if you absolutely have to play here definitely do not go on a weekend they book tee offs 1 minute a part to ensure that you are waiting 2-3 groups deep on every hole. There are plenty of very high end courses in the area for the same price and even cheaper. If this course was the only place with a last minute tee off i could find , i would just head to the beach or the patio and plan to golf somewhere else another day.

My friends, family, and I initially felt warmly welcomed to the Picton G&CC. The course was in good condition, and we enjoyed our round until we encountered the club staff; specifically (who we later found out to be) the club president. Fortunately, the encounter did not take place until the end of our round, when he aggressively approached us. We will not return. Many other great courses within a reasonable distance.

The course was very well maintained and this review would have been a 5 stars. On the 18th hole, the club president was incredibly rude to us. He video taped us and gave us a hard time. Would never come back based on this interaction.

Scratch Golfer Review - love the track, great layout, well kept, and definitely worth the price of admission. Unfortunately the club president (2021) was unapologetically rude & belligerent to myself and my group after the round. Terrible end to a wonderful day, will not be coming back.

Nice enough course but the guy cutting the grass was right around us while we are swinging at many holes, this course is pricey, they should be doing this after hours. I have paid less at other courses and enjoyed them more. I was disappointed sadly.

The course itself was in nice shape. However, some patrons of the course were very rude toward fellow patrons very unnecessarily. What seemed to be members of the club were seen heckling other golfers from the club house deck when players were on the 18 th hole. Another individual who seemed to feel obligated to police the appropriateness of other patrons attire very rudely stated to a younger female patron that she was inappropriately dressed when she commented that the younger patron had no collar and no sleeves on her shirt. It should be mentioned that this younger patron had just finished her round and changed into travelling clothes. I’m a county native and I’m disturbed by this very rude behaviour by whom I assume are other county residents. This behaviour is intolerable and is certainly unsportsmanlike like.

What a great/beautiful golf course...it's always nicer when older people are running the show....greens 9 fairways 9.... Food after our round was outstanding and the view where we were eating lunch was spectacular...nice job Jeremy.... Very comparable to black bear ridge or trillium green and fairway wise....

I was expecting a little better care of the fairways and first cut. (Dull mower blades, dry, lack of fertilization) but otherwise the course and the greens were in excellent condition.

Only been there once, but planning to go back, staff are great, the views are incredible and the food is even better, I ordered their hamburger with cheese and bacon and a side of fries, it was amazing, one of the best burgers I've ever had, had some onion rings as well they were perfectly cooked, crunchy and delicious. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good quality food.

A group of 8 of us played the course on vacation. We thought the course was in great shape and very well maintained. The views were enjoyable; however, on hole 18 the club president was at the bar starring at us. As we walked up to the hole he gave us a hard time and was incredibly rude to us. It looked like he began to video tape us from the elevated bar on his phone. Based on this fact alone, I would never return here. We spent over $600 to play this course and were happy until we were disrespected by the club president.

Great round. Course is in really good shape. Staff friendly. Most holes are accessible for any level of golfer. There are several par 5's and challenging par 3's. Some holes require course management to make the best of your round. Would recommend a cart; distance between the holes.

Beautiful course with just the right amount of water/sand. Longer course - best to use a cart if playing 18. Tee times are always on time, and groups are well spaced so that you rarely run into the people in front of you. Restaurant has the best view in the county.
