Excellent hotel to stay with family. Well maintained rooms, the choice of items for breakfast was awesome and kids enjoyed spending time in the pool. Over all it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful in attending to our needs.

Organized a weekend hockey trip for our team. The hotel staff were excellent from my first contact months earlier to our final departure on Sunday. Facility was clean and lovely. My room was perfect with so many nice features. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay again.

Very good value for the money. This hotel was clean, and in very good condition. The beds were comfortable with firm and soft pillow choices. We had breakfast there 2 mornings and were very pleased with the selection. Cereals, breads, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, yogurt, etc. There were scrambled eggs, sausages and a pancake maker. The pool was a basic pool but in good condition and clean. The kids enjoyed a couple of swims, and enjoyed trying out the hot tub too. Management at the front desk was helpful and interested in ensuring we were well taken care of. I would seek to return here when we have to stay in Belleville in the future.

Every year I take a trip this is my second trip and first time in Holiday Inn, I found the hotel to have great standards ie; the hotels well furnished from the lobby to the rooms and even the bathrooms toiletry. Reasonable per night rates for a high standard hotel with recreational amenities. Most of all professional staff.

The staff are wonderful, especially Lorrie. She recommended some local spots to check out, which were beautiful! She also arranged for a bottle of wine, a cheese tray, and flowers because it's our Honeymoon. The breakfast was fast and efficient, lots of variety, but a bit basic. The hot tub jets didn't seem to turn on properly, and our bathroom door didn't close properly, but they did fix it within 30 minutes. Unfortunately the requests from Expedia didn't go to the hotel, but that was more of a let down with Expedia, not the hotel.

Stayed here while attending a funeral. We had a large group that had last minute reservations. Not only was the hotel nice, clean, well situated and well maintained but the staff were absolutely great. Ben and Isabelle were both fantastic and incredibly accommodating when our large group wanted to get together and enjoy some much needed family time, they provided us space to use and ensured we didn’t disturb other guests.
