Had relaxing time in the "SPA[AAH} ROOM. Staff very accommodating and would recommend staying there. Located very conveniently in town. Right off the 401. Will definitely stay again!

Paint chips floating in the hot tub. a Noisy heater in our room. Most of all the breakfast quality is lacking. Maybe some fresh baked goods from the local Taste of country bakery would be nice to see . At least there would be more flavor.

The newly renovated hotel provides a comfortable, contemporary home- away- from home . Close to highway 401, Quinte Mall, a short drive to downtown and a 25- minute drive to Prince Edward County. Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth a visit.

This was an amazing experience! We loved it. Called about two hours before arrival and booked a room. Included breakfast which was top notch for any hotel I have ever stayed at! Full breakfast with lots of options both hot and cold! Couldn't have asked for more. The hotel pool was one of the best pools I have ever seen in a hotel, so clean, modern, and comfortable. Hotel was clean in room and bathroom! Would stay again without any questions at all!

Excellent stay! We only spent one night here while passing through on a 7 day trip, but it was our best hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We called only about an hour before arrival to ask about a roll away bed and they told us the room had a pullout couch which they had set up for us by they time we arrived. The staff were all very helpful and kind and breakfast was very well done with turkey sausages in addition to the regular pork sausages and fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, eggs, etc. I used the laundry room which was equipped with complimentary detergent and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. The room had an excellent little book about the area and activities and we recieved a cute little map at the front desk that makes us want to return just to visit this area. Again, the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the woman working the breakfast area during our stay.

I spent two nights here with my family and I have nothing but good things to say. The hotel location was great and staff were amazing!. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom could be improved but overall we had a great stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Best hotel experience ever! Our first stay and we were very impressed with the delightful helpful stay. Mobility was an issue for me when I arrived because there were only stairs to second floor I couldn't manage, they offered to change our accommodation to the first floor, upgraded us to a suite as it was what was available, at no extra charge. The breakfast catered to dietary needs and made for an enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and professional and our room and all corridors in the complex were very clean. Amazing pool though we did not come prepared to use it. Thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable and the wonderful ladies working hard in the kitchen to provide an extensive breakfast. Rooms are very old and need to be redone. The ceilings looked like they had previous water damage as they were pealing. My family was disappointed with the room and their experience.

The Fairfield inn was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in in the Belleville area. Our room was massive, staff was friendly and helpful upon check in and the complimentary breakfast was way more then I expected. I hope our next stay we can utilize all of the amenities as we weren’t able to, due to our busy schedule.

I woke up with ANTS all over my room, specifically all over the table where there were no spills. It was my second weekend stay in two weeks and i paid over $300 per night, each weekend costing over $600 for my king suite. I called the front desk to inform them of the ANTS and they sent maintenance to my room to verify. 10 minutes later I received a call from front desk manager offering to clean my room, which is something they do anyways, and a $30.00 discount, which I proceeded to tell her didn't seem fair. She argued with me frantically as if i personally offended her and threatened to call her GM. I calmly suggested that was a good idea and that we didn't need to be arguing over this issue. 4 days later i called to remind a different gentlemen who was working the front desk of the situation and he assured me that a his GM would be contacting me asap - it has now been 9 days since the incident and i haven't been contacted by anyone.

Maybe the garbage removal was a mistake and overlooked, however it left a poor experience and health concerns during a pandemic where people are dying. Perhaps management should conduct periodic inspections?

Everything was fine, except at breakfast, coffee is really awful. I’ve stayed here several times and that’s my only negative. No dining on site but several restaurants in town.

Stayed here with my daughter for a basketball tournament. It is right next to the 401 and the Quinte Mall. Easy to get to various restaurants and any type of shopping that is required. While service is good, the hotel itself is more of a low-end motel and not worth the money. Bathroom in particular is uncomfortable and awkward (so crowded the door is almost impossible to close unless you’re standing in the tub). Spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel is better than it looks at first blush. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. Bathroom is smaller than average but still serviceable. Breakfast was busy with the high volume of guests but staff were very prompt and made sure the continental breakfast was always fresh and only moments away from refilling even in the dying minutes of the breakfast period. Wifi was poor during our stay partly due to our room location. The hotel also throttles usage limiting its usefulness. Despite being a two level hotel, there was no available elevator which could be an issue for people with lots of luggage.

Definitely do not recommend staying here especially at the price that it has been listed for as of late. The rooms are very out of date and unclean. Found a pill on the floor underneath a chair which could have been very dangerous if I were travelling with a child. There is no order at night time. When I was searching for the ice machine the first floor hallway reeked of smoke and there were multiple doors left bolted open with parties going on inside rooms for hours. The only upside is that while checking in the staff were very pleasant. Other than that I see no reason to ever want to stay here or recommend for anyone else to stay here.
