What an amazing golf course ! The details are where the course excels. The Tee Boxes are large and manicured and the elevations give the golfer a clear view of the target. The Fairways are generous and the turf is impeccable. . The Greens are superb . The Cart paths are well designed. The Clubhouse is comfortable and the staff are welcoming and professional. The Nest is destined to be the premier golf course in the Barrie area

Word class experience. Me and my son booked the Tee time on Fathers day June 20th 2021.. We could only play 9 holes as we started late evening. It was our first time but Superintendent/Supervisor Maxim was extremely helpful. He guide us through each hole and explained in detail how to navigate through different tees. Maxim.! we really appreciate your courteous way of treating guests. We also could network with other golfers and enjoyed playing our tee time.. Again Nest is a world class golf club.

Golfed here back in the summer. The grounds are stunning and in great shape. Course has been hardly used. Is a hidden gem.

Incredible golf course, amazing hospitality. Played on a rainy day, pretty much had our own beer cart. Steve in the shop was incredible. I would 110% play this course if you’re in the area.

What a beautiful golf course! The layout, with its undulating fairways, gradual changes in elevation, large greens, friendly and courteous staff, and overall great condition made this an outstanding experience!

Course is in great condition, tough greens, very hilly overall, challenging track and friendly staff. Only knock on the experience would be the cart person only came around once during all 18 holes and it was a hot day so that could be improved on significantly. Will be back.

A shame that this isn't 30 minutes closer to the GTA. Played in late September 2021 and conditions were better than all the high end public courses within the GTA. The best practice facility as well. Fairways are fairly wide and ondulating, so will reward strong driving. Greens have great contours as well. Fescue could be shorter.

This golf facility is nothing but first class from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Public play or as a member you are treated royally. The attention to customer service and maintaining a new course is impressive as is the course itself.

The only reason why I'm not giving the nest 5/5 is because of their foolish semi private policy! If Eagles nest in Vaughan is 100% public, there is no reason why the Nest shouldn't be either. The course it self is great, have played it twice, enjoyed it very much both times, would recommend the course to anyone... able to play it during their public tee times. Staff is very nice, and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your experience. I was refused a tee time on a Friday afternoon at 1:30 because that is the member period... and the kicker was before the gentleman i was speaking with asked if i was a member, he went on to say "1:00-2:00pm is wide open" and this has happened more then once during member black out periods. Beautiful practice facility, but again members or tee time holders only. I just don't get it, charge $20 or have a range membership like eagles nest does and let the public use the range. I guess they would rather have a empty "private" facility, then one that gets played and enjoyed by the public.
