It is conveniently located on Hwy 90... large parking area. Clean inside and spacious. Their mini-golf course is fun and challenging. However, the 'greens" are in need of repair in some places. I think it would be a great place to take a large group of your friends for a fun afternoon, or morning . We were told that after we finished the regular min course, we could play on the next course....FREE! And we had a ball..lots of laughs and challenges.

For many years, I've used the batting cages and have also used the golf range. Both facilities have stood the test of time. But you cannot beat the consistent positive customer service I receive at every visit. A feel good place to be.

In desperate need of an update. The machines are old and don't pitch consistently at all, bats and helmets are all really cheap quality and super old.

Hit the batting cages with my 9 year old son, 3 fast pitch spots (80mph, 60, and 40) and 2 slow pitch spots. Friendly staff reasonable prices.

Very cute mini putt. First game of the season. It is a bit old and dated but those courses are the best! Highly recommend this place. We played 2 games for $13 (per person). Theres the red course and yellow. Yellow was a bit more difficult but not overly challenging. Had a great time! Will be back again! Thank you for having awesome mini putt courses!

Incredibly rude lady at the front desk. Walked in with my 3.5lbs Yorkie in arms and before anything else, was told i HAVE to get off the property with my dog and all dogs are banned from the property. Terrible customer service! Not sure how my tiny dog will affect me watching the batting cages! I understand lots of big dogs being a issue, but cmon! Ridiculous way to treat a person trying to spend money at your facility.

Great value for a round of golf. $15 for a par 36 nine hole course. Great place to bring the family. There are 36 holes of mini-golf, batting cages, and a driving range. Enjoy a cold one after your round and watch the sports on a big screen television. Great food and friendly staff.

Hit on the range, the mats were better than average but the grass tees were pretty muddy. Plenty of well spaced targets. Average quality range balls but they were all clean which was good. Gentleman at the front desk was really nice as well. Overall great spot.

I can only speak to the quality of the batting cages. Cages, machines, and balls seem very worn and run down. Of the 10 pitches you get, half of them are not hittable. The balls are so worn they don't come out of the machine consistently. The staff is friendly. I've been coming here for 20 years, but won't be using the cages again.

Played 9 holes found the price fair especially if walking and grounds kept ok there are some poor drainage in areas but nothing to bad. One downfall there were no yard markers on the course so it's a guessing game on the second shot but $16 walking what can you ask for. The mini putt looked in need of some work and driving range did what it was suppose to.

I love golfing here. I only really started to enjoy the sport when I did...the year they opened the course. Service is amazing, always accommodating and the course is challenging enough that my game continues to improve just trying to get par. Hole 2 and 6 in particular...par those and you can say you golfed well that day. Thumbs way up to Frank, Mario and the crew ...keep it up!

Welcome to Duffer's Dugout, the best secret of BARRIE, Ontario!!! Here you will find a family run operation that includes mini-put, driving range, par 3 gorgeous Featherwind Golf course and my personal favourite…the BATTUNG CAGES!!! The cages include both slow pitch and fast pitch…the fast pitch includes 40mph, 60mph and a reduced from 80mph to 70mph!:( Loved the 80mph but you better not be a left bat that is a Strong PULL HITTER or you might hit the homes and highway that lead to this breathtaking property! The trees have grown immensely since I last hit here in July 2009…so the cages are OPEN AIR!!!:))) The only thing missing is a high speed Indy style race track on this property and this will get the TRUE NORTH TRIPLE TRIPLE DIAMOND raring I just made up as if anyone wanting these kinds of race car go carts look to Google in Myrtle Beach and you find An Indy 500 worthy training ground, complete with the opportunity to do a victory spin out on the grass…Just don’t let Frank, Mario(Dennis Eckersly Canadian twin, seriously right down to the mustache!!!). If the family see’s what I mean this off season on their annual snowbirds vacation they will HOPEFULLY agree that those miniature Indy race carts a must have with future Barrie Speedway dreamers just itching to teatdrive something Danica Patrick has raced PROFESSIONALLY…I implore EVERYONE to check out their website on Google and get there before they close down for the season and PROMOTE the race cars for an irrestible push to push Duffer's right over the Canadian SHIELD. Enjoy everyone, you won’t Regret visiting this family run facility on Hwy 90 just outside Barrie and East of Angus!!! Diamond in the ROUGH!!!:)))
