We had our wedding reception last saturday at the Brooklea Golf & Country club and Brian and I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Darryl and Radika were amazing and so accommodating at helping us create our special day. They went above and beyond all our expectations. Thank you for everything.

The Positive: Course is challenging and well maintained Negative: Disconcerting that they do not follow mandatory mask guidelines to keep guests safe. While in the clubhouse the two males serving behind the counter were not wearing masks (not 6ft between client and staff) and there were other golfers in there with no masks either. There was a guy I believe to be the club pro who kept going in and out without a mask with no social distancing with the girls from the golf camp.

I played on a day that the course was hosting a pro event, despite being behind a tournament pace of play was fine. Fairways were in fine shape, but the Greens were in great shape! The tees have seen many golf shots, but this certainly doesn’t ruin your round. The course is really fun to play, lots of mature trees and each hole is different. Plenty of fun tee, and approach shots. I really liked hitting into 9. Pro shop staff is very friendly, same with the marshals. We saw the beverage cart many times during our round, which is always a plus. Only reason for my 4 star review and not a 5 are the tees. Cart paths can make for a rough ride at spots, watch your drinks! Play well everyone!

Booked on golf now for $25. We played 18 holes and did not see the cart lady once. After 9 holes we informed the cart lady at the pro shop that we haven't seen her and that we would be playing the back 9 and to please stop by. She still did not come. At the 16th hole the Marshall came around and was very rude about how we were taking too long (We were postponed by other players which made our game longer). It was also ladies night and they started to play at random holes which did not bother us any. After the Marshall left he quickly returned to make very rude comments and then told us not to bother the ladies playing which did not occur as we kept to ourselves. I can honestly say that I will not return after the poor service and rude comments made by the Marshall.

The last time I goofed this course was three or four years ago. The course is under new management and they have made some improvements to the facilities which are really nice. The staff are very friendly, the course is a n great shape, not as many sand traps as I remember, and the traps are no longer silicone sand... They've also added water on a couch le of holes that used to have sand traps (#5 and #9). Good pace of play, expect about 4h20m on the weekend. Reasonably priced, I'll be back for sure!

Very friendly staff and great prices. You can now have a drink on the patio! Course is OK for what it is. Greens are in very good shape.

Course is much better with the way they broke up the front and back. New sand is coming soon I believe ( only thing it's lacking is the sand). West 9 is great for a quick round after work or with the kids. Best driving range in the area.

Daryl and Radhika were so easy and great to work with to coordinate our holiday event. They were flexible with the menu, allowing us input, and put great attention to detail to set up our event. We loved the graphic on the TV welcoming us! We look forward to having more events here! Thank you!

Recently, I was faced with the task of planning an event for 150-200 guests. I had four days in which to do it, which was a little nerve racking. I am not from the area and wasn’t familiar with Brooklea Golf and Country Club prior to finding the business on a web search. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this business. Rhadika and her entire staff were absolutely wonderful. The level of professionalism, warmth, and flexibility that I was met with as I tried to pull the event together was truly remarkable. The room was lovely. The capacity is upwards of 300, I believe. Somehow it feels very personal. It’s an intimate space with a Very pretty view of their snow covered property. Darrell who works their A/V was on point. We ran music, had speeches, also a slideshow. They were set up for us to plug in with great ease, and he made the entire process very simple for us. Looked and sounded great. We ordered several platters of food, which was fresh and just as we wanted. Their team of hosts and servers were fantastic and attentive. No hesitation on recommending this business. Thank you, Rhadika and team! I’m not sure that we could have pulled it off without you!

This course allowed a 5-ball of hackers to tee off ahead a whole field early on Sunday morning. They did very little to speed up play and we sat waiting on every hole. Plus, the course is bashed up from all the rain. Not worth the $50...

Golfed multiple times this summer during the week and really appreciate the great golf, great service during these difficult times. Deep discounts and lots of people trying to get on the course and the Management team trying to accommodate everyone and keep golfers safe!

Quite friendly staff. Golfed today and no one mentioned there would be no beverage cart on the course today (very warm day), we were told after it was men’s league on Mondays and the cart started later for the league, I guess they are more important to the course. Glad we brought water with us!! It also seemed odd that they were just cutting number 9 green at 2ish, I guess that was also for men’s league?? Course needs a bit more TLC Course very user friendly, but better to ride than walk from what I could tell. We played in under 4 hours, so good pace of play. We will give it another go later this summer, but not on a Monday.

Took my son to play the academy (9 hole) course. Great value and very family friendly. Course is in nice shape and is a great option for anyone looking to develop their game. We will 100% be back for more rounds.

I brought my 4 year old son golfing today. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received today. They were more than happy to have a youngster on the course. They didn't charge him a green fee or cart fee which is a nice change from a lot of other courses we've been to. Its nice to see courses try to grow the game of golf and encourage young golfer to play. Brooklea was also hosting a Junior Golf League event today as well. The course was in great shape and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the end of the round to see that Brooklea also has a 19th hole (short par 3, great to settle bets). We will definitely be back for more golf.

The 9 hole Academy Course is great for family and kids. It is in very good condition and several improvements have been made since last year. You can tell that management is reinvesting in the course. Kind and friendly service as well.

Was up visiting a family friends cottage and got to play a little golf over the weekend! The course is back to 5 star status! Pretty much all the bunkers have been replaced, the greens are some of the best in the area and the lady working behind the golf shop counter (the owner) was very pleasant to deal with and bent over backwards to help accomdate us! I will definately be back in 2020!

Booked a tee time for 9 holes. Arrived to find put that they let too many golfers on so we couldn't play. Second time trying we were told no need really to book tee time. So again we arrive told that we could play. Walked over found 5 groups ahead of us waiting and 3 groups waiting behind us. Needless to say we didnt wait as it was already 6 PM. I will not be back.

Excellent Sunday buffet. Nice dinning room. Great for cottagers who can "eat and go" on a weekend away. No clean up.You do not have to be a member.

This course has potential to be a very nice course. I enjoyed it but at the same time it could use a lot of work. First all the bunkers were horrible the sand was very bad and you could not hit out of the bunkers. Many of the bunkers were filled with water i've never seen that before. The course was full of geese, although thats not a big problem there were hundreds of geese and geese crap everywhere. They should go around with a dog at night and in the morning and scare them away and in the spring let the dog destroy the nests. If it weren't for these two issues this course would be a 4, 4.5 star.

Had a great round of golf over the Thanksgiving weekend. Played the 18 hole course and it was in mint shape and it shows that they have invested money back into the course to bring it up to the Championship standards...

We had our wedding here on 10/19/19 And from the second we choose the venue over a year ago with Daryl they have been incredible. Daryl, Radika and the entire staff were perfect the whole evening they put on a flawless evening for my wife and I. And it blew us away.
