Nothing compares to playing a couple rounds of Golf in the most majestic setting. Golf Canada West had the perfect rooms booked for a romantic time interrupted by some incredible golf. Although I felt I could do the same booking myself, leaving it to the expert made it easier and we had the perfect tee times to accommodate our needs. The first thing we did upon returning home is book the next vacation with this incredible company.

Our group (8 Golfers) planned golf trip to banff area with this company coming July 2018. We read all the posted Rating of this company carefully. I don't doubt they are good working people and very knowleged in that area. I will post more after we finish the trip with them. Hope we don't have any problems with this company. There are two staff we've contacted, Chris and Gordon, seems very nice people. So far, we are doing fine with this company. They arranged hotel and golf courses tee time and all very nicely. We don't see any rude attitude at all. We are very exited to go banff and playing golf there.

Dealing with Chris and Kelly from Golf Canada's West was a pleasure. Both replied back to me by phone or email right away. They were very easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. I never had to wait or pester them for any of the paperwork, vouchers or the itinerary. It was provided right away. With the challenge of coordinating tee times for 5 rounds in 4 days over a long weekend, Chris was able to put a golf package together with exactly what we wanted. Some of the guys described the trip as; amazing, incredible, unbelievable, once in a lifetime trip. We will definitely use Golf Canada's West again to do another golf trip. Thanks from myself and the other golfers for an amazing weekend.

I felt that as a tour/ operator they provided a quick response and a comprehensive package which was of good value at the time we booked. I suggested that perhaps a better overview of amenities at the resort and any information on the Golf Courses. I will give them a Four Star review because Covid restricted things that were out of the Operators control. Having said that I felt that the company that booked the vacation should have been aware of 1. House keeping by request only 2. Spa is a fee charge option at the facility 3. The pool area is geared 100% to kids so as an adult vacation it made the no charge hot tub/pool very unattractive and the Spa attractive but expensive at over $100.00 for a 5 hour pool and hot tub area no services just an adult area to hang out. The Golf Courses were Cart Path only and if you played Kananaskis you would know that with fairways that were huge it made the Cart almost making you walk back and forth to your ball carrying clubs so you had the necessary tools? I did convey my issues with the business owner and also with the Lodge and the Golf Course. I guess the saying” it is what it is”, fits perfectly here. John

I just returned from a 3 Panorama Golf trip that Chris and Gordon put together for myself and 7 friends. We stayed at the Ski Tip Lodge and played Grey wolf and Copper Point courses. Right from the beginning they were helpful and communicated well and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thanks guys!

Staff extremely RUDE. Spoke to someone named Gord who sounded like he didn't want to give me the time of day. DO NOT CALL this place if you don't want to waste your time. Guess I'm gonna have to go to Florida to practice my golf skills.
