Wonderful golf course development on man-made Gleniffer Lake. Fairways are wide and green with those water magnets ready to suck down your golf balls. Thanks to those wonderful ladies who staff the Pro Shop I enjoy my visit every time I am on site. My apologies to the Lady running the Lodge - I couldn't stay for the Karaoke - it would have been a slice!

A very beautiful place to spend your weekend. It's a very quit place to revitalize. People are very friendly and welcoming and usually drive around in there electric club cars around the resort making it noise and pollution free.

I drove here from Innisfail, it took me about 20mins. I was delivering some pizza on this brutally cold night...but it was all good cuz little did I know that I'd be dealing with some hot chicks..I'll do that drive anytime for things so easy on the eyes...i wish I woulda offered to help them with their heater issues in their trailer the one said they were having...so if any of them are reading this....I'm sry I didn't offer, I was caught off guard by the hotness factor..order again and I'll pay for half of your total..and fix the heat issue..

Nice resort with a 9 hole par 3 and 9 hole par 5 golf course, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, tennis and boating among other things.

First half of this course is basically a swamp - problems with their course maintenance, obviously. And, if you don't live here and have a cart / membership, you don't really count. Booking a tee time is meaningless, because you are pushed aside for the "special" people. Marshals seem to cruise the course, but do nothing to maintain pace of play (maybe a rule for 5 minutes maximum to search for a lost ball??). Waste of time, VERY expensive, and would never come back.

I had the worst experience golfing out here. Don't waste your money, the course is poorly managed by some guy named Craig. He clearly doesn't know how to run the course properly. The prices are outrageous. He does not have any customer service skills. Get a new manager maybe people will come back

This place would be a gold mine if the lake would open earlier in June, but to have only July-August for a boating season really hurts the value of this place for the full resort experience, Golf course is good, Phase 7 has some very different homes, nice to see the relaxed control of styles allowed , the rest of the park is very well maintained and mostly friendly owners. Some owners go all out with well maintained properties others not so much

This is a wonderful Resort. ..indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, restaurant, Concession,Store, Golf Course. They have it all. Great friendly community on a man made lake.

WORST GOLFING EXPERIENCE EVER. Came out here to golf with my friend for the day because he has a place here. The course is disgusting. Full of weeds and can’t tell where to hit the ball due to lack of maintenance. The staff is uninformative, the members are extremely rude, pushy and grumpy. I Didn’t see a happy face here the whole time. I will NEVER be back again. Disgusted disappointed annoyed.

A resort by the side of Gleniffer Lake - about 200 km from Edmonton. We often go there to have relaxed time. It is unique in the sense that you can listen doves singing at the tree tops! A flock of doves escaped from captivity at Florida. Some flew all the way to Alberta. A few of them are nesting at the landing site of the lake as well as at Spruce View some 15 km from the Gleniffer lake.

Absolutely wonderful place. People there are very lovely and respectful. And the staff all over the resort are very lovely people. They accept everyone. New or old. Very clean, always well taken care of. Everyone helps each other and welcomes each other with open arms. The lake is beautiful and the houses are spreading and growing but isn't ruining the view of the wonderful atmosphere. The golf course is amazing. They rent out golf carts to players. And a beverage service goes around hidrating the players. There are 2 small but very nice play grounds. There are basketball hoops a tennis court and a sand pit with a volleyball night with a view of the lake. Beside that is the landing. It has a large outdoor pool and a small indoor pool alot with a small hot tub. In the same building there is a restaurant. Very good food. A little pricey but so worth it. There is another fully outdoor pool on the other side of the resort with a medium sized pool and a cute outdoor hot tub. These pools are cleaned every single morning. HIGHLEY RECOMENDED !!!

Was treated very disrespectfully by Randy today. My girlfriend’s golf bag had broken on our road trip so we put her clubs into my bag. We play alternate shot to keep pace and as a single digit handicap I know how to be on the golf course. Randy approaches us confrontationally and berates us for only having one bag. We explain the situation and he goes on to ask where we live, where we came from, and made a sarcastic remark about me being a ‘big hitter’. We’re thinking about moving to Innisfail, and if we do, we’ll definitely play golf elsewhere. Please teach your staff to have some respect.
