I had last minute issues with my wedding venue and had to find a new one. Although Glendale was booked, the GM phoned and had a real conversation with me. He offered alternative options for me and this is an incredibly valuable trait. If we had ended up at Glendale I'm sure we would've been treated exceptionally just because of this experience. Beautiful but rough terrain. Rolling hills make marksmanship a crucial skill, especially getting on the greens. Don't forget to bring some bug spray though cause the mosquitoes are vicious during the summer.

Was here for an event. It's the second time I've been here. Both events were catered and both left a lot to be desired. Food is really bland. I understand that Ina buffet style meal, you have to cater to many different tastes, but they could add some flavour. Food is also only mildly warm. This was the general consensus among our table of 12. It is a nice facility and the grounds are beautiful.

The club is nice with good service when I went. The only downside I've found to the club, since living in the area is that the people that drive down here are absurdly rude and self-centered. Wish the school zone was bigger. SLOW DOWN

Went here for an event recently. This golf course is great for all levels of golfers, even beginners like me. Staff are all very attentive and the service is excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. While I am usually not a fan of cauliflower, the vegetables au gratin (which consisted of broccoli and cauliflower for vegetables) was my favourite and everyone loved it. The mashed potatoes and steak were also very good. Great place for any event.

Our daughter and son-in-law got married at Glendale this wknd on the terrace. Paige and the staff are excellent to work with - ensured a plan was in place for inclement weather, looked after bridal party very well prior to the day getting started and went beyond ensuring we had everything we could possibly want or need. The bride and groom chose the Premium Wedding Pkg and it was perfect. Outdoor terrace is ideal for ceremony followed by cocktails. The buffet was an excellent variety, tasty and substantial amount (and in this case gluten free). If you are looking for a wedding venue in Winnipeg, you definitely should consider Glendale - I don't think you'd be disappointed!

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding at Glendale. Our point of contact, Paige Monzon, was phenomenal. We had tons of special requests that she accommodated without any trouble. When we initially started looking at venues, we had two or three spots in mind. But as soon as we met Paige, it was an easy decision. She looked after every detail, which also saved us the cost of a wedding planner. Glendale has a beautiful outdoor space in which to host your ceremony. Of course, our wedding was on the only rainy day during an otherwise month-long stretch of sunshine. At the last minute, our ceremony moved indoors. Not knowing what to expect, we walked into the room and it had been set up so nicely that we wondered why we didn’t plan to be indoors in the first place! Thank you, Glendale & Paige, for the great service, and for working seamlessly with our other professionals (officiant, videographer, photographer, etc.). Ryan & Lindsay, Married on Oct. 10, 2021

I’ve played this course several times over the last 2 years. The course is typically in good shape with some interesting holes and some of the most deceiving greens in the area. They are small, quick, and appear flat but have subtle and gradual slopes on most. I am writing this review only after playing most recently in early Oct 2021. Fairways were in terrible shape and indistinguishable from the rough, making it difficult to find your ball even in the fairway. Balls in the rough were almost never found. Tee boxes were also in rough shape. I’m not sure if this was a one-off due to some of the late season conditions and will likely give the course the benefit of the doubt and return once more. Hoping these conditions were not a sign of things to come.
