The pasta was freaking delicious! The bean dish with smoked fish was so hearty! It will be amazing after a cross country ski! The lemon tart was also very tasty ????

Great atmosphere and amazing coffee. I stop in for fish fillets and candied trout but stay for the flat white and cippino trout picnic pie. Other treats worth mentioning include the chorizo trout scotch egg (with inhouse pickled onions and cauliflower) and berry birch tarts. Most of their ingredients are locally harvested --- the fish gets dropped off to the dock in the back. Most importantly, the staff is just the best.

Amazing, creative cookery. Wonderful people. The place to go any time of yeaf to get the best fish fillets or coney candy and they do top notch non fishy items as well.

Delicious fish wings and fresh cocktails to enjoy in the back yard with view to the bay and planes landing on the water, nice place to go in groups and with family. There’s also a dock from where you can access to the lake to swim. The service is quick and friendly.

3 friends and I thought we'd try out brunch at Fishy People Butchery's Fin Dining. - there is not enough parking. Be prepared to walk or bicycle there. - this is a small venue. Be prepared to wait, and expect it to be full. - the coffee and bailey's was lovely. As was the kombucha mimosa, if a bit pricey. - I ordered the bacon sandwich, add egg. The mustard and tomato jam were nice additions, a little build your own sandwich action. I felt the bacon was too thinly sliced for the feature of the entrée, and the egg (initially forgotten, brought out after a complaint) was definitely value added to an over toasted, dry crunchy sandwich. A little more char on the bread than I like and the egg was cooked on a dirty grill. - a dining partner, when asked if they would order the fish cakes again, said no. - another dining partner, who ordered the eggs Benedict, noted that the dish was not great. Their egg was a little undercooked for their preference, and they judged the hollandaise too thin. They did say that they would order it again, however. - my third companion did not finish their pancakes and frozen fruit. They were disappointed that the fruit was served to them still frozen. - I noted burnt grill detritus on my plate. Not cool. - the table also shared a scotch egg, which was a delightfully executed take on a classic bar snack. Crispy crust without too much crunch, delightful fish based sausage, perfectly done egg, and very lovely little pickled accompaniments. Overall, a positive experience, but I will go elsewhere for brunch next time.

Super cool, beautifully creative plates, drinks and desserts. All locally made components to boot! Service was wonderful. Apparently they can do a hell of a catering too. Must love fish imho, when most elements are fish based with a smoked fish deli on site you cannot escape it's essence ????

Scotch Egg was awesome. Brunch menu was somewhat satisfactory. The fish cakes were cold on the inside and not fresh. Something to accompany them would be ideal considering the price.

Heads up: despite what you may think, this place does not sell fish flavored people.
