I had heard this is a good place to go for Husqvarna sales and service and I have to say "Its THE place to go!" I had been having issues with a new Husqvarna 450e ii and been 2 to other Husqvarna dealers to fix it. Lets just say nothing was fixed. I called and spoke to Lou who told me to bring it in. I packed it up and drove 3.5 hrs to see if they could do the warranty job. Lets just say, they did. They replaced everything that was factory faulty and it works like a charm. In the mean time Lou gave me an amazing deal on a new Husqvarna 550xp mark II. I can't say enough good things about Lou and how he treated my brother and I on all accounts. I would also like to mention how nice the technician that fixed my saw was and how friendly the ladies that work the store were. Save yourself the grief and shop here. Done right the first time and amazing people that treat you like family. We will be back for all our cutting needs. Thanks Lou and company for an amazing customer service experience.
