Owner/ manager accused me of loitering because I was waiting for my van to be serviced across the road at Ford Woodstock. I was only sitting on a Muskoka chair enjoying the scenery. Way to go... I spent good money there too in the past now I'm reluctant to.

I called from BC on Christmas Eve and spoke to Ginger about getting a last minute custom made succulent gift pot together. She was amazing!! She stayed for a few minutes after closing to put together one of the most beautiful pieces of 3 succulents planted in a piece of driftwood. She went above and beyond - very professional. I’ll be doing business with them again! Thanks Ginger for accommodating my last minute Christmas planning!!

I always love going there. Unfortunately I could not get what I was looking for which was vegetables, all sold out. Not their fault. I was in quarantine for two weeks.

I got pa surprise when I got the bill. I have to pay for them to load, unload and dump trimmings at $88/hr Other companies don't do that. Won't be using them again.

The team at Haight’s were very patient and understanding with us while we struggled to complete a shed project recently. We returned to the store so many times for more supplies it got to be pretty funny. They have a great selection of home goods, building and landscaping supplies, and plants. We’re excited to take on more projects in our yard and we’ll definitely be back to Haight’s!
