Always great and friendly service both in the yard and in showroom, I picked up a few small pieces of a variety to look at for my garden project, fully expecting to pay. The show room sales agent wrote up details on each product giving me great advice and idea on my needs, then included to samples for me to take home. Appreciated having the samples to put in my garden area to see how they look in different lighting through the day, it will help me make the right choice that I will enjoy for years to come. Ordered some top soil and mulch bags. Was told delivery would be $60 for both. They ended up changing $82 per bag to take them less than 5km down the road. $164 in delivery fees when they actual product was less than $80. When confronted they laughed and basically told me I misunderstood them and to take a long walk off a short pier. They lied to cover their rear ends. Stay away from this store better off going to Costco and getting their bags of mulch and going down the street to Walmart to get bags of top soil for a fraction of the price. Save your money. Give it to a corporate store who at least pretends to care about their customers.
