519 Property Maintenance should be your go to for all lawn needs! His prices can't be beat and he actually takes pride in his work and wants to give/help you get a great looking lawn! I started using his services in the spring for aeroting, then this fall I had him back for aeroting ,dethaching and overseeding. When he showed up in the fall he complimented how good my lawn was looking just from myself taking care of it. He doesn't try to upset you on services you don't need, but if he gives you a recommendation I'd definitely follow his advice! He showed up both times, finished the job and actually stood and chatted for a bit and gave me his advice and recommendations and answered all my questions! Can't recommend him enough, best in the area!
