We had a tree planting ceremony for our wedding. Maidstone Tree Farm helped us find the perfect tree, when we couldn't find one anywhere else, in the off season. We are so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help! Our tree has grown so much since the wedding and we can't wait to continue to watch it grow. Outdoor stand offering beautiful fall plants, hay, pumpkins, fruits and vegetables. Free parking. Ģentleman staff was very helpful and was just learning English so had some difficulty with the math if you purchased a lot of products so be patient and kind with this individual. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Overly priced, and customer service is inexistent. Not to mention, very messy with weeds everywhere. I tripped and no one was there to even assist. If I can give a piece of advice, check Blue Star Nursery. Fair prices, organized, good quality and variety of plants!

I have never been to a tree farm before. The lot is huge and I was lost. I approached the first girl in the greenhouse and she clearly was not taking me to the tree. She wrote down numbers and letters for me to find the tree. I approached a second girl. I asked her to please help me because I had no clue where I was going. She also did not help me to find the tree. They said you got this. Clearly I did not "have this". I spotted a gentleman and I explained what was going on. He apologized on behalf of the two girls and proceeded to take me to the tree. It was all the way at the end of the lot. I would never have found it. Thank God for Andrew. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The gentlemen who delivered our tree were also very pleasant and helpful.

Very good varieties of high quality plants and shrubs. price slightly more than similar varieties available in Canadian tire in Windsor (about 25% more). However large number and variety in a single nursery so early into spring.

I bought 3 fruit trees recently and 2 were infested with peach tree borers. I called to ask about my options and the lady on the phone didnt even care. Youd think youd get healthy trees for planting from a nursery . I had to buy pest control so well see if the trees survive as they are in bad shape

Every time we have been there the staff has been so lovely and helpful. They are always offering assistance and suggestions which shows how well they know their stuff! The selection varies throughout the season, as you would expect, but we always manage to leave with some gems every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The short slim lady cashier with glasses was very disrespectful & unprofessional to us & other customers in front of other staff & was really yelling just because it was 10 minutes over the closing time due to Covid 19 restrictions .Not sure if she has some Psychic issues. All the other staff was very polite & cooperative.

Told us what she thought we needed, didn't listen to what we wanted. She went to cash someone else out and said she would be back... after 1/2 hour she didn't come back we left.
