Prior to calling JunkGone I had called around to another Junk Removal company (Just Junk) first and was NOT Happy with the response I was given when I asked for an over the phone quote. I then proceeded to call JunkGone Junk Removal and I was immediately responded too via text with a reasonable quote considering the information I was able to give them. I had just lost my father that week and it was a last minute call made to this company for their services and they were absolutely awesome, timely, extremely helpful and worth every dollar given!! They managed to remove everything in a timely manner. They were extremely friendly and made the removal of the stuff that I needed removed a very smooth transaction. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed 100%.

JunkGone came and removed my above ground pool. They arrived promptly but still sent a text 5 minutes prior. They were extremely polite and professional and very reasonably priced. They even took some extra junk from the yard for no additional fee. A heads up that if you message them online through their website they may not get back to you as quickly as if you call. My request initially ended up in their spam folder so it was a few days before they got back to me. However, once they did, they came the next morning and the job was done very quickly.
