Completely unprofessional. We hired Bruce to do our lawn mowing during the spring and summer. Everything was great until we left on a 3 week trip. When we returned, we discovered that the lawn was not done once during that period, despite paying for 2 grass cuttings. What is more, we learned that Bruce had asked our neighbour to do our lawn instead of his usual crew! If we had wanted our neighbour to cut our grass, we would have hired our neighbour. No one informed us that the work had been subcontracted to our neighbour. This was unprofessional and unethical. I've tried to contact him, but his voicemail is "full".

If there was anybody that I would want to maintain my property it would be this fellow. He knows what it takes to make magic happen in the landscape field, and even inside the house as well. Made two appointments - he missed both. No message and no contact. Frustrating to leave work and have him miss both appointments. No care or concern. Didn’t try to reschedule or offer any reason. Total disappointment and very telling of the mediocre job they would have done.
