Traveling home down the Alaska Highway we encountered a chain/sprocket problem on an older bike. Despite not having our odd size parts, the guys here at Lister, especially Micah and Spencer went the extra mile to help us build what we needed to get back on the road. Don't call here if you are traveling and need help. They are "too busy". Appalled at the response I got. A quick job easily and professionally completed at another shop in town. Note correction to owner's reply: When I explicitly asked if there were any other shops in Whitehorse that could help, the Lister employee replied that "all shops would be backlogged." No assistance was offered in any way. The owner's response confirms my recommendation. "Don't call if you are traveling and need help". They are three weeks behind schedule and unable to assist if you need immediate assistance.

I was traveling through Whitehorse and in desperate need of a chain replacement on my adventure bike as I received news from home of my father near passing and needed to return home. Pleaded my case to the owner for help to get me on my way do to my circumstances but wouldn't offer any help and I'd need to wait 10 days for service. Terrible service and lack of any human compassion.

I called Nov 09, 2020 and asked about the leaf blower. After discussions, I told the guy over the phone that I will buy the Stihl Leaf Blower 800X. He took my name and phone number and SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM THAT I WILL COME BACK TOMORROW NOV 10 to pick it up. I asked what time they open and he replied that they open at 830 am which is perfect because I will drop my son in school and get it on my way home. The following day I came at 828 am. The guy in the front now told me he sold everything yesterday. This business don’t care about people. As soon as they see $$$$$$, they just don’t care about the words that come thru their mouth. I WILL NEVER BUY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN

I have bought 3 boats over the years from Listers - each time moving up - - - starting with a Hewescraft 160 Sportsman to a Hewescraft 220 Sea Runner all the way to a 2825 Kingfisher. When I bought my Kingfisher I had moved down to Vancouver Island and yet - - - I bought my boat from Listers Motor Sports up in Whitehorse, Yukon!!! They rigged the boat for me and delivered it down to me on the Island!!!! You will never find another company and their staff that will go out of their way to provide you with the best service possible. These people KNOW their "stuff"!!!

I went to Listers Motor Sports after a terrible experience with Honda. They helped me right away (was not the case at Honda), and i found them to be very knowledgable. I bought a Stihl chainsaw and am very happy with the product! I would highly recommend this store!
