Love our pellet stove! Keeping our family nice and warm. We did have some trouble in the beginning with the new stove with some smoke etc but both Lance and Kyle helped us through our concerns super quick and made our decision filled with 100% satisfaction. Totally recommend Certified team 5000000%!

Don't know what I would have done without Lance at Certified at -40 when my furnace died... qualified professionals giving from the heart service. That was a couple of years ago, he still is the same great guy with the same great service.

Excellent service and support. Replaced an old oil furnace with an electric one after working through all the options for our specific needs. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I had some minor issues after the fact and they were dealt with very quickly.
